- 2 travelers (5/5): Not returning - Location The paid parking, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are flat, and breakfast was disgusting

- MariaLuisa (8/5): Comido, limpio, agradable - Comodidad, ubicación Internet lento
- Cruz (10/5): Other than the breakfast and coffee, everything was excellent. - Very updated and spacious. The laundry room. The breakfast. The coffee was not good. Perhaps the bean grinder would be excellent such as the one in Holiday Inn Express. More ingredients for the oatmeal, pecan , walnuts, cinnamon, honey, etc. A delicious breakfast always wins me over.
- Kandace (10/5): - Great hotel stay, very friendly staff, and nice rooms and facilities
- james (10/5): - Biggest drawback is the traffic at rush hour, takes 20 mins to go 5 miles.
- Marco (10/5): - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Great Stay… Just Not Faster Than the Seniors!”
I stayed at the Hampton Inn Southeast Nona and honestly, the amenities were amazing! Super clean, comfy beds, friendly staff, and that classic Hampton breakfast I was so ready for… or so I thought.
Unfortunately, my stay happened to line up with a senior golf tournament, and those folks were up at dawn like it was the Masters. By the time I rolled out of bed and made it to breakfast, the buffet looked like a war zone — not even a lonely muffin left behind 😂.
But hey, that’s on me — lesson learned: never underestimate a senior with a 7:00 a.m. tee time.
Other than that, everything was top-notch. The location’s perfect — step out of the hotel and you’re close to great food spots and local attractions. I’d definitely stay again… next time, though, I’m setting my alarm for 6 a.m. sharp if I want a waffle. 🧇🏌️♂️
- Laina (10/5): - Room was very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. Had to leave before breakfast was available (had to leave at 5:30 and breakfast is at 6:00). From menu, looked to be delicious. Did have the coffee at breakfast bar, it was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Hotel has huge selection of snack or on the go foods available to purchase as well. Highly impressed and will go there every time from now on.
- Karen (8/5): - I enjoyed the options offered for breakfast.
- Candi (10/5): A welcoming hotel - Clean room, service pet friendly, business friendly
- Erika (10/5): - Lovely hotel
- Gilbert (10/5): -
- Andrew (8/5): - Great place to stay. Staff was a bit stand offish. I get that people are introverted, but in the hotel business having people that won’t even acknowledge you is a little frustrating.
- Erick (10/5): -
- Alejandra (10/5): - It was a great and pleasant stay!
- victor (10/5): - Fantastic Place.
Amazing breakfast.
- Sindy (4/5): Misleading Booking and Unsanitary Room -
I specifically booked a room with two queen-sized beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two full-sized beds and was told these were “standard queens.” This was misleading and unacceptable, as the smaller beds caused my husband and me to sleep very uncomfortably the night before our daughter’s wedding. We woke up exhausted on one of the most important days of our lives.
When I raised the issue, I was offered a room with a king-sized bed. However, this was not a workable solution, as I was traveling with my 7-year-old daughter who required her own bed. On top of that, we had a wedding to prepare for and were already exhausted — moving all of our belongings after we had already settled into the room was not feasible. Instead of a meaningful resolution, I was offered only a small number of points on my account, which felt dismissive given the severity of the situation.
To make matters worse, the condition of the room was appalling. The walls and bathroom were visibly covered in some kind of bodily fluids. This was not only disgusting but raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation standards of your establishment.
This experience was both stressful and disappointing. I am requesting a full refund for my stay and a detailed explanation of how such conditions were allowed. I also encourage you to review your booking descriptions and customer service policies so that guests are not misled or inadequately compensated in the future.
- Lloyd (6/5): - Conveniently located close to where I teaching classes. Not inexpensive. But, it’s Orlando. Worst having to an additional $10.00 a night to park there. Had I known that, I would have gone somewhere else.
- Keiko (6/5): - Sink hot and cold was messed up. I was almost burn my hand
- Claribel (10/5): - Good
- Antonio (10/5): - Good
- Michelle (10/5): Soccer tournament stay - Room was great. The barn-door to the bathroom wasn’t my favorite, but nothing to lose sleep over. Breakfast was a hit with the kids. Close to the Austin Tindall Sports Fields.
- Daryl (10/5): Family trip - Hotel is perfect. Super clean and quiet. 20 dollars for parking in a hotel parking lot is weird.
- Curtis (8/5): - Did like paying for parking on there lot
- Maria Cecilia (10/5): Excellent experience and for sure we will come back soon. - Very nice hotel, beautiful decoration in common areas. Super convenient breakfast with many choices. Great location in Lake Nona area. Parking fee and I would like to have EV chargers on premises.
- Christian (6/5): - Charging a fee for parking by leaving a pamphlet on my car was not acceptable.
Hotel should find other ways to nickol and dime
- Carlos M. Rivera (6/5): - Overall, good.
- Steven (10/5): - Cozy!
- Corrine (10/5): - Everything was great.
- Narciso (10/5): - Very clean , hot breakfast nice pool
- Sandra (10/5): - Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast.
- Norma (8/5): Corporate Greed - Hotel was very nice and clean. Did not expect to be paying for parking at a Hampton Inn, never had before. Was told it was $10.00 per night which it actually was $12.25 per night which I think just shows corporate greed just to have your car in the lot. Other guests were also complaining about it to stating the same and it wasn’t even valet parking. I’ve always loved staying at Hampton Inn but with the rising costs of hotels, parking will now be a factor for me when making my choice.
- Kathy (6/5): Many other hotels in the area - Breakfast was just ok. Room was small.Paid parking was ridiculous! If you need and xtra an extra $10, add it to your room rate rather then hassle your customers to log into a QR code etc!
- Diaphni (10/5): - Very clean hotel
- Naomi (9/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): Stunning - Absolutely beautiful hotel! Probably the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve been to! Extremely close to Orlando VA
- Michelle (2/5): - The front desk clerk was way out of line when he asked what kind of service animal I had and when I said Emotional Support (I have PTSD) he replied “That’s no service animal!!” I was appalled and quite literally felt devastated. As if we all don’t have enough going on with our lives, now we have persons dictating their definition of what is considered helpful. I seriously doubt he was a doctor or in the medical field! As much as I liked my room (I was there for a total of 11 hours) I will never stay there again!!
- Diann (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Absolutely beautiful hotel, new, super clean, perfect stay!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - You have to pay extra for parking.
- Ramon (8/5): Great Option - Good option and great price.
Great location
Excelent Hotel
- Kathy (10/5): - My husband is handicapped and should not pay for parking. We like staying there because we are in town to see friends. I also can bring my dogs.
- Denisse (10/5): - There’s a $25 fee upon check in and parking is $10 per day. Other than those 2 things it was amazing.
- MICHELLE (10/5): - Beautiful property and very convenient to multiple dining and shopping options. Will definitely be back!
- Herminia (8/5): Si mejoran el desayuno sería una excelente opción - Las instalaciones y servicios excelentes El desayuno es terrible, muy pobre
Hay que pagar el parking, no me parece
- Nora (10/5): - Staff was awesome. The place was clean and close to everything.
- henryaquino23 (10/5): -
- Constance (10/5): - Breakfast buffet was great! There is a daily parking charge that you have to pay thru a 3rd party app. That was a surprise.
- Joseph (10/5): - In a nice area with shopping and restaurants close.
- Kalpesh (10/5): - Great place to stay in Lake Nona. Clean rooms and nice breakfast, exercise facilities and pool
- Tracy (10/5): - Beautiful
- Lisa (6/5): - Hated those pillows. Also live TV channel selection is not very good
- Yoanna (8/5): - Not ok to pay for parking - absurd
- Charlene (9/5): Superb -
- Denise (10/5): Comfortable stay with great accessibility to restaurants and stores. - Location and cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable and smart tv. Had to pay extra for parking.
- max (10/5): - Good small hotel for business or travel and leisure, quiet ambiance and good breakfast
- Daniel (10/5): - N.a
- Ralph Kindred (10/5): - Location was excellent. Close to everything.
- Abel (8/5): - Property is fine. Nice Hotel. Do no like that you have to pay for parking another way to squeeze your pocket. No need for that.
- Ana (10/5): - Perfect location, clean and nice rooms.
The breakfast is ok.
- Shana (10/5): - The room was very clean. The bed was comfy and the people at the front desk was really nice. The breakfast food was also good.
- charlene (10/5): - I have stayed at other Hampton Inn Hotels before. I knew it would be an enjoyable stay due to my past experiences. I will always choose a Hampton Inn
- Geovanni (10/5): - Nice and clean
- Aida (10/5): - Very new hotel, beautiful rooms, amenities, pool. Very good breakfast with lots of options. The only downside you have to pay for parking. Would stay here again.
