Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sonder Cirrus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable, room service, or daily cleanings. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to Disneys Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. Please visit the front desk or contact customer support for available shuttle times.

- 75abbieg (2/5): Extremely Disappointed – Last-Minute Cancellation with No Support - I had a confirmed booking at this hotel for a two-week stay and was shocked to receive a cancellation just four days before my flight. No explanation was given, and no alternative accommodation was offered. This last-minute cancellation caused significant stress and disrupted my entire travel plans. I had carefully chosen this hotel in advance, and the complete lack of communication or accountability was unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against booking here – reliability and basic customer service seem to be seriously lacking.

They were all extremely pleasant even when they were extremely busy with several customers. I would recommended this location to anyone. Will be coming back.

- X9249MEkarinm (10/5): Go to option! - I travel to Florida 3 to 4 times a year. This has been so far the best hotel in the Kissimmee area. My first time staying here was in 2023 from there it just keeps getting better every time we come back they add something new to improve the experience.

Inside the room there was a microwave, a mini fridge, a coffee maker with kcups enough to last for the entire stay. Many additional stuff around such as the pool and family games as well as hammocks. Highly recommend it.

- Jane (8/5): - I loved that it was a fully contact-less check in and check out! Everything was pretty nice, I would say they need to do more than a surface clean in between guest's stays. The mirrors were filthy with black dots all over them that could only be seen when it was dark or only a lamp was on.. I didn't complain while I was there because it really wasn't a huge deal to me. The blankets, sheets, and towels were clean and it was very spacious. We arrived around 3:30AM after countless flight delays and didn't inspect the room fully before crashing because we had to be back up in 3 hours. But honestly.. I'd definitely stay here again and suggest Sonder to others! At least this location.

The hotel wasn't the attraction for us as we were busy during our stay with a number of events. Would recommend.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Wouldn't Stay Again. Dirty Room Floor & Cold Pool - Was really hoping the hotel would have been better than it was after really the reviews. We stayed for 3 weeks in March. Check in was easy with the app. On entering the room it smelt abit musty! After walking around for 20/30 mins our socks/child's feet were dirty/black where the floor was not clean at all and we had to clean all the surfaces. Shower pressure was really terrible (strange as bath pressure was fine) shower head was very lime scaled and non removable which is really annoying. Lots of tiny spider/bugs in the bathroom too. Aircon left on a certain temperature made the room stink/smell musty many times. So had to leave it on colder. We only used the pool/jacuzzi twice. Pool was way too cold and the jacuzzi was good temperature first time but way too hot/unusable the second time. Also the pools themselves are not kept very clean. Had to buy proper cups in the room instead of cardboard/non reusable cups available in room. And not enough coffee/sugars/teas. As you would been running to reception everyday to get more. Fridge is really not big enough for the size of room. As a family of 3 you can literally only fit a few essentials in there so useless for a few weeks stay really. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend or return ourselves.

- Clare (6/5): Can't recommend - Location and staff where great. Hotel, not so much. The reception area is lovely but the rooms need attention. This was our second stay at a Sonder hotel and both have the same issues. Dirty, worn and not kept well at all. On our last night we had to asked to be moved rooms as the dampness was horrendous. The bed clothes where damp to touch and the smell was awful. The lady at reception was great when we mentioned to her we weren't happy and moved our room without question but this shouldn't be happening. The air con is also no sufficient, we where there in March/April, I'd hate to see what it was like in the height of summer. It also terribly noisy. We never used the pool but it looks like a good addition however if it's maintained like the rest of the complex it probably needs attention too, although that is speculation, I do not know. I cannot recommend this hotel, not until they take better care of it, and clean it up a bit. Great location, absolutely everything you could want is nearby but the accomodation let's it down massively.

- Melissa (6/5): - This is a motel, not a hotel. The doors open directly on the parking lot. They do not shut welll, so you have to be careful they latch. The were blobs of hair stuck to the shower wall. There were no linens in the room for the pull out couch. You have to go down to the front desk to get them and any extra towels you need. The check in is online and you have to use a code to open the room. Parking lot is dirty. Overall, for the price, you could do better.

So, if you book through a third party, don't expect the hotel to help you or resolve any issues with your room. I stayed three nights without being able to sleep.

Cleanliness of the areas are due to the concept of self serve housekeeping, where patrons staying do not really understand what is to be done with trash overhaul ( take it to the dumpsters or place them outside the door in designated hours) beyond that. The hotel is a great option.

- Curtis (10/5): Great stay at Sonder - Our stay at Sonder was wonderful. Staff was friendly and anytime we needed anything they were very accomodating. The rooms were a good size and had the essentials. It’s a reasonably priced stay, clean and safe. The beds are super comfortable and lots of pillows. The grounds aren’t extravagant by any means but they are relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Good location to the Disney Parks but we wish the shuttle service had more departing and returning times. Suggest renting a car for Universal and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

I thought all hotels provided Breakfast.. which really sucks.
- Marcio (8/5): A good and simple place to stay when in a budget - I enjoyed the stay. Its simple but yet good place with the basics covered. Priced right to fit a tigher budget. The gym is VERY small (baiscally one bike, one treadmill, and a couple of weights). The pool water could be warmed. It was very cold ! Other than that we had a good confortable stay.

- Emma (8/5): - The hotel was good, great location for us. Customer service is unbeatable. Fast and friendly with every enquiry. Rooms are fine, microwave and fridge were useful. Only criticism is the shower curtain was hung too high so if you turned the shower on the whole bathroom floor was covered in water and you had to pay for cleaning so to pay to get new towels every time you soaked up the floor is not ok. In defence of the hotel we did not report this issue. No room key was a great feature, no running to reception when key cards don’t work like other hotels. Pool and hot tub clean everyday. Quiet stay. Sofa bed was probably the best quality and condition of any sofa bed we have used in the past. Bedding lovely and clean and bright white.

- annebK4159EF (10/5): Spring Trip - Everything was so clean and felt very safe and quiet. We loved the pool with lots of seating, umbrellas and complimentary towels. The outdoor spaces were great too! I was able to get a workout in everyday of my stay in the 24 hr. gym. Hope to have an excuse to come back soon!!
- Elizabeth (2/5): - After driving 8hrs we arrived at the property my phone was dead so could not complete pre check-in to get into my room so I stopped at the front desk upon arrival they refused to help me said I’d have to do it through my phone. Then I get into the room and the room is tiny! It two queen bed one sofa bed a table and a large counter/desk and about 24” between the beds and the counter as walking space this space was not meant for five people l. Then we couldn’t find the mini fridge and when we did they’re on the floor in a cabinet. I’ve recently suffered a knee injury I’m currently going through rehab when I let the front desk know the room just wasn’t for me they refused to give a refund even tho I hadn’t been in the room no more then an hour trying to make other arrangements

Parking was easy and hassle-free, which was a big plus. The laundry facilities were a great feature, making longer stays much more convenient. I also appreciated the easy-to-use Sonder app, which made check-in and managing my stay seamless. Another highlight was the 24/7 reception—having someone always available added an extra level of comfort and security. The property was also very private and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I never felt disturbed, which made it easy to unwind. Overall, a well-managed, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely return!

- Andrew (10/5): Older hotel fresh very nice remodel! Great service - It’s an older hotel that’s completely been redone. It’s nicely done. Very comfortable. Very nice staff. 15 mins to Disney any time of the day. Two mins to grocery or restaurants. I’d def stay here again.
- Linda (8/5): - This was a quiet location which was perfect for us since we wanted to have a more relaxing vacation. The room was clean and spacious. There is no overhead light so it was a bit dark during the daytime since we didn’t have the curtains open because you can see into the room from the outside. I found it odd that the shower curtain was too short so the floor got wet anytime you showered. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
- Tour620067 (10/5): Wonderful Experience - Beds were so comfortable and we were extremely happy with the room and pool. I would give cleanliness a 4/5 but nothing was bad, just not perfect. The pool and hot tub were perfection. We were happy to discover we had a fridge and microwave to heat up leftovers, and the kids were very happy with the options on the tv. We loved this Sonder. Everything was seamless.

Minor cons: -A little more lighting would be helpful as it was hard to see in closet but hardly an issue. -Water pressure was lacking in shower but sufficient Suggestion: Property is non smoking, as most are, but, for smokers, it would be nice to have a designated smoking area with seating without having to walk a long distance. There were plenty of areas away from guests that could be designated.

The check in process was very easy with the online form and app. Instructions were given for every single possible option, including parking, room access, wifi, rules, etc. The app even gave options of attractions and restaurants that were nearby, and had a chat option if we needed anything. Easy drive to Disney parks if that's why you're in town. Will totally stay here again when I return to Orlando!

The only thing that was an issue for me in the rooms was that there was not enough light during the day. - Verified traveler (8/5): Good hotel - Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Everything is done virtually so you don’t have to go to a front desk to check in/out. We had a plumbing issue and they resolved it quickly. Only complaint is more/brighter lighting is need in the room. Only had 3 soft light lamps and a light between the beds. Perhaps an overhead or fluorescent light. All else was great.

- Sarah (4/5): - Cannot beat the price. If that’s all you’re concerned about- yes the pricing is accurate, and this is a real place. The property was decent, ample parking, staff were friendly. There is no on site restaurant, but many around within walking distances. The Disney Parks shuttle service was very deceiving as it only went once or twice per day, and not to ever park. This added an extra park expense we did not anticipate. The room was extremely damp. Getting into bed the first night, our blankets were damp and itchy. The bedding: We compared the comforter to a duvet filled with rolled up socks. We had asked for a second comforter to fill in the lumpy gaps, and we received a second lumpy comforter that didn’t cover the bed completely. The sheets felt like cardboard. Definitely not for extended stays as the mini fridge is a micro fridge. There is a wardrobe with a few hangers, not nearly enough for extended stays. And no drawers, with no closet. Our luggage was left out in the open. Also, no safe. The walls are extremely thin. Even with earplugs we were constantly woken up. Being next to the parking lot gate made for constant clanging of the metal latch/door all hours day/night. I had personally spoken to a representative about booking a certain floor, with a pool view. I even double checked. 3 days before our stay I received an email saying we were on the main floor and parking lot view. Very disappointing.

However I feel that there wasn’t much lighting in the room with the 3 lights that was provided. The pool was somewhat dirty. Also the beds were full sized and not the 2 queens that was described in the original booking.

They use facial recognition and even though we were at the reservation desk there was no way to opt out of taking a selfie and downloading it to their site. We arrived late at night and of course didn't want to look for another hotel. This angered me and I will never stay at another Sonder hotel because of this reason. There should be a way to check in without using facial recognition that is now stored who knows where and for what reason.
