- Jan (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een modern hotel - Het hotel is modern, schoon en ligt in het buitengebied van Lake Nona De kamers zijn modern ingericht maar niet direct praktisch en het hotel ligt onder de aanvliegroute van het nabijgelegen vliegveld. Het gebouw is goed geluidsgeïsoleerd zodat je er geen last van hebt. De hotelkamer heeft weinig kastruimte

- Jessica (2/5): Booked to have a good nights sleep. Couldn’t even sleep. - It was modern and decorated very cool. My room air conditioner was broken. It made incredibly loud noise and wouldn’t stop. I couldn’t sleep at all. Had to call maintenance at 1am— he couldn’t fix it and there wasn’t any room they could move us too. They also have not responded to my recent inquiry.

Staying at the same time as a corporate event, loud music outside until 10pm when we were trying to sleep. Ended promptly and don’t think that’s the norm but it was annoying trying to get to bed for an early flight.

- Karen (8/5): Excellent Location next to USTA National Campus - My husband and I stayed at this property for one night. We were in town to attend tennis workshops at the USTA National Campus. This is an excellent location if you are going to USTA. The rooms are larger than they appear in the website photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the space for the bed area and the bathroom. The outdoor areas are also pleasant - we enjoyed a quieter time sitting near the pool. Also provided is a small store where we could purchase wine, snacks, etc. We recommend this property. N/A

- Renee (9/5): Very nice modern hotel with all the amenities - The layout of the Hotel, property and room were fantastic. I can tell a lot of time went into the layout as the room for a small space were perfect for every need. The check in and out ladies were so friendly and accommodating. So many nice places to sit and talk/charge phone. Very clean and comfortable.I loved the check out time as it allowed us to sleep in. Perfect location with several places to choose to eat. Close to the airport and way from all the traffic near the park, yet still close enough where you dont have to drive to far to get to everything. The only cons are very small. I did not like the no clock in room. I dont want to have to reach for a phone. It is nice to see a clock on side table or wall. Also the doors are nice and heavy so the close loudly. I did keep waking up all night due to the slamming of others doors. I dont think it is on purpose just they are heavy. I believe we stayed in a noisy room by the elevator. So I did wake up a lot during the night. I will ask for a quiet room next visit.

- Julie (10/5): - I stayed at Aloft for 3 days/2 nights to participate in a tennis tournament at the USTA National Campus in Orlando. Also, this is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Aloft and I'd happily return. The staff were exceptional between allowing me to check in early and affording me a late checkout. The 2 Queen beds room was spacious with modern decor and super clean, comfy beds. The location of Aloft is perfect for easy access to Tennis campus, you can walk to it (if not too hot), jog or ride your bike. On the downside, the snacks in the lobby are way too expensive, I paid $8 for maybe a 4 oz cup of yogurt and $3 for 1 croissant. Same thing for Aloft's restaurant, Tempo & Grace. For breakfast, I ordered egg whites, bacon, potatoes and whole wheat bread and with tip my bill was $30.....for just me. These were small drawbacks compared to the overall quality. For the price, the value was excellent given the amenities and service. I'd recommend Aloft to anyone visiting Lake Nona and looking for a luxurious yet approachable hotel.

The staff was amazingly friendly and the facilities were very clean. Jabarria was who we encountered as soon as we arrived and she immediately went into action making sure my kids were accommodated. Suite was perfect and large. Pool was clean and the games outside and in the lobby was a great break from the pool. Clean, safe, and convenient.

People drinking booze everywhere, some shouldn't have been served anymore alcohol. Non smoking was beyond ridiculous, smokers should have same rights as non smokers. Woman at pool with children should have kept them under control, not everyone wants to be wet from head to toe. Bugs in the shower, baseboard pulling away from wall, and hot as hell in hallway to room. Very disappointed in Aloft!!
