After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable, microwave, or oven. This is a central location and is prone to street noise. The Penthouse Apartment has stairs.

L’emplacement en lui même est un peu excentré du centre de la ville mais il y a pas mal de chose à côté pour manger, faire ses courses etc. Les draps étaient un peu rêches Quelques personnes sans abris et sous drogues peuvent traîner a proximité de l’hôtel mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel en soi.

- Lingzi (1/5): Noisy, noisy, no microwave oven, can’t turn off lights. - Close to transit No sound proof window. Can’t sleep at night cause you can hear everything on the street. Siren, boom box, screaming, it’s like we are living on the street. Noise continues all night long. Can’t believe they didn’t update the window to be double pane glass. Also, no microwave oven in the room. Considering it’s a full kitchen. Everything needs a code to get into, the lights are motion sensor lights so it goes on at night when my kids who sleeps on the pull out couch makes the slightest move. Wifi also were down couple of times and for extended periods.

- Phillip (9/5): Great hotel with great location. - Our room was huge. The bed was very comfy and the location is very central. Everyday they came to clean the room. However things like the table were not cleaned. At the checkin we had to wait for someone at the entrance for around 20min because noone was around. We have a suspission that the cleaning staff went through our stuff since something from our luggage was missing. Our suspission is strenghtened by the fact that one of the staff had information that we did not give him.

Comfortable bed, cool decor, all the amenities you need for a perfect stay Located over the road from Lost rooftop bar which on weekends has music going until 2am, ear plugs are provided which is nice touch. it’s DTLA so you have to expect homeless people around there.

The company doesn't provide a valuable or safe experience. The company doesnt schedule room service to be timely at all and doesn't respond well to complaints at all. It doesnt match Marriotts Reputation.
- Christian (1/5): Kurzfristige Stornierung durch Unterkunft - Buchung wurde 24 Stunden vorher von der Unterkunft wegen Instandhaltungsarbeiten storniert. Die Alternative, welche auf Booking noch zur Verfügung stand wurde uns nicht angeboten und erst am Folgetag auf mehrmalige Nachfrage hätten wir zwei Unterkünfte bekommen die für 5 Personen ausgereicht hätten. Der Kontakt war sehr problematisch bei einer so kurzfristigen Absage z.B. ging keiner ans Telefon.Es wurde auch immer wieder gefordert, dass wir selber stornieren. Sehr schade.

The hot water was hit and miss and having no microwave in room was annoying. Room wasn’t set up for 3 people staying when we arrived but staff quickly sorted.

- Guest (10/5): Ottimo appartamento in Downtown. - Essendo in tre abbiamo scelto un appartamento all’interno dell’hotel ed era fantastico. Addirittura la cucina era molto grande e dotata di tutto il necessario. Lavatrice ed asciugatrice super apprezzati essendo in un lungo viaggio. C’era tanto spazio per il divano letto. Bagno bello e grande. Camera con bella vista,armadi comodi e anche una stanza con scrivania molto comoda anche per lavorare. Mancavano degli asciugamani ma appena li ho chiesti mi sono stati consegnati senza alcun problema. Idem non c’era la coperta per il divano letto ma appena l’abbiamo chiesta ce l’hanno portata. Essendo in tre una persona ha dormito sul divano letto,non capiamo come sia possibile che nonostante spegnessimo le luci del soggiorno ogni tot la notte si accendevano,le spegnevamo e poi di nuovo si accendevano da sole. Questa cosa è successa tipo 8 volte la prima notte e ovviamente svegliava. Insonorizzazione verso l’esterno inesistente,di notte si è sentito gridare ecc,ma la struttura dava dei tappi (anche qui solo per due persone nonostante fossimo in tre).

- Haim (2/5): IF YOU HATE SLEEPING THATS THE PERFECT PLACE! - The room is big like small apartment with all the equipment like kitchen etc. If you DON’T like to sleep that’s the right place…. I was on the second floor, right on open Peking garage, Main Street, literally you hear every noise , every car or person talking, you can’t have day light Bcn when you life the curtains everyone can see you there’s no privacy, I didn’t sleep more then 1 hour in a roll every night , woke up from trucks noises , people talking exc. I can’t explain even how bd it is!!! Why not putting double glaze windows MINIMUM requirement in this floor. I felt like a tourist that someone full around. What a nightmare!! The stuff sits in the entrance don’t even lift there head to say hello or see what’s going on so you have the feeling also that you can’t talk with nobody. Horrible experience.

Het appartement is goed bereikbaar, gemakkelijk veilig binnen te komen en heeft een goede ligging. We misten een bankje op de kamer en de kamer heeft enkel glas waardoor het een beetje gehorig is van alle geluiden op straat.

- Guest (10/5): 素晴らしい - 早く到着したので、荷物を預けようとロッカールームに行くと満室でした。フロントに相談するとバックヤードで預かってくれました。部屋はとても快適で、バスルーム・洗面台がふたつずつ、広いキッチンにはCutlery等が充実しています。コーヒーや紅茶の補充や電子レンジはラウンジ階に用意があります。 時間帯によって、エントランスに警備員がおりセキュリティキーで開錠するので安心でした。 タオル等の交換は毎日してくれました。 ただテーブルに置いたチップを受け取らないので、フロントに持って行き「毎日受け取るように」伝えたのですが、残ったままでした。 彼らは英語がわからないと、フロントは言っていましたが素晴らしい仕事の後の対価は受けとるように‼︎ 近くのWhole Foods Marketで、買い出しをしてキッチンで料理をし、washer dryerを使い滞在中も快適に過ごせました。 ダウンタウンの中心地と言う事で、週末は外の騒音が深夜まで続いていましたが（25時頃まで⁇）その後は静まり、平日は穏やかでした。部屋に常備してある耳栓で、さほど気になりませんでした。

- Karl (7/5): Gute Unterkunft, bedingt geeignete Lage - Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber. Und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gibt keine unmittelbare Parkmöglichkeit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, aber durch die vielen Drogenabhängigen für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen.

- beata (10/5): - Świetny apartament na 11 piętrze. Bardzo dobrze skomunikowany. Bardzo blisko stacji metra 7th st/Metro centrum. Pokoje bardzo czyste. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Polecam.
- Cerise (10/5): DTLA to USC visit. - The space was lovely. We were able to check in seamlessly. That staff was very friendly and prompt to reply. Our remote to our TV was missing and the ironing board was broken. But the staff was very prompt to look into our issue and bring replacements.

- KIM LENG (9/5): Spacious Comfort in the Heart of Downtown LA - Spacious one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry. Great gym and modern amenities. Centrally located in the Jewelry District, close to public transit and restaurants. The surrounding area has some urban grit, but the building feels secure and staff are helpful. the surrounding area can feel a bit desolate—many storefronts are vacant, and the neighborhood hasn’t fully bounced back from pandemic-era closures
- Gwenaëlle (9/5): très bon séjour - très bon accueil, bon emplacement. Le studio est grand, confortable, bien équipé Il faudrait un micro-onde dans la cuisine et les draps ne sont pas très agréables
- Méline (10/5): Très bon séjour à Sonder, même si la quartier laisse à désirer - L’appartement est magnifique et très spacieux ! Le personnel est vraiment attentionné, souriant et à l’écoute. L’appartement est parfaitement fonctionnel et propre. Il est vrai que l’isolation phonique laisse à désirer à cause des fenêtres à simple vitrage, mais des boules Quies sont fournies, ce qui aide à atténuer le bruit. Le quartier est bien desservi, avec une station de métro à environ 5 minutes à pied, mais je ne me suis pas toujours sentie en sécurité en rentrant le soir.
- María Francisca (10/5): Una buena estancia en un hotel excelente - El hotel es precioso y muy espacioso y el personal de recepción es encantador y está dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Está en Downtown LA, a unos 20 minutos de Skid row. Pero la calle misma del hotel es tranquila y hay alguien en recepción en todo momento.
