- John (3/5): Not worth it rude staff - The property was clean and large rooms The reception staff were terrible, didn’t explain how to get to your room outside lift that only takes one bag and one person circa 1920 style elevator. Get to security door and fob wouldn’t work go back to be ignored a workman then went and programmed the fob. Reception staff need to learn hospitality skills. Would not recommend this hotel

- Mark (9/5): Wonderful and Highly recommended - Very nice modern and clean rooms. Conveniently located right next to Naples train station. Luigi, the front office manager was wonderful. Extremely helpful, fun, pleasant and a great sense of humor. He immediately took care of an issue I raised and furthermore apolized with a bottle of wine. Amazing service and hospitality. The area around the train station is somewhat sketchy, however there is a large police and military presence, so I never felt unsafe or concerned.

- Teresa (8/5): Convenient and clean - This hotel is extremely convenient for Naples Central train station, and also for the bus to/from Naples airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. There was good choice at breakfast including gluten & dairy free options. I found the hotel perfect for our one-night stopover.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the waitress for the breakfast was not very friendly and rude. There should have a coffee machine rather then asking the waitress because it takes a while to order and bring the coffee.

El desayuno está bien, no había cucharas para el sector de te. No entiendo la gente que se queja por el lugar, está muy prolijo. Insonorización inexistente, se escucha todo, ya me entenderán a que me refiero. Le agregaría alguna manta en la habitación, me ofrecieron una botella de vino al llegar, no es nada malo, yo no tomo alcohol pero hubiera preferido una botella de agua de regalo en la habitación. El duchero está para un cambio urgente.

- Vito (4/5): Un quattro stelle con lacune molto concrete - Poco o nulla Eravamo in tre persone. Il terzo letto non era stato preparato all’arrivo, e così gli asciugamani: nessuno per il terzo ospite. Dopo aver segnalato entrambe le mancanze, letto e asciugamani sono stati portati insieme — ma solo dopo esplicita richiesta, cosa che in un hotel a quattro stelle non dovrebbe essere necessaria. Stesso discorso per i comodini: in camera non ce n’era nessuno, sostituiti dai buchi nel muro dove un tempo erano montate delle applique. Dopo aver chiesto, ne è stato portato uno solo dei due mancanti. Il kit di cortesia era pensato per una sola persona, non per tre, e comunque di qualità molto scarsa. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava. Il cosiddetto deposito bagagli era in realtà il vano a fondo scala, nel pieno del passaggio verso la sala colazioni, incustodito e senza alcun sistema di identificazione: i bagagli di camere diverse vengono lasciati insieme, senza etichette né contrassegni. La sala colazioni si trova in un locale sotterraneo, privo di finestre. Il buffet e il servizio sono lontani dagli standard di un quattro stelle — per quanto il personale fosse volenteroso. A titolo di esempio: il cappuccino veniva portato al tavolo senza piattino, con il cucchiaino già dentro la tazza, e il cameriere reggeva la tazza con una mano mentre con l’altra teneva lo straccio bagnato usato per pulire i tavoli. Ciliegina sulla torta: all’ingresso campeggia un cartello di scuse per il contesto esterno (zona stazione centrale di Napoli), come a voler prevenire critiche sull’ambiente circostante. Un gesto comprensibile, forse, ma paradossale: i veri problemi di questa struttura non sono fuori dalla porta, sono dentro.

- Giuseppe (10/5): Posizione strategica e colazione ottima - Personale gentile, professionale e disponibile, oltre che molto simpatico. Camera accogliente e ben isolata dal rumore esterno. Posizione ottimale (vicino Stazione Centrale) soprattutto per chi vuole spostarsi in Metro oppure semplicemente a piedi. Ci ritorneremo più che volentieri.

Sichere Einstellmöglichkeiten für Velos sind in In diesem Gebiet nicht verfügbar. Es braucht viel Glück und Goodwill, sich schliesslich doch eine organisieren zu können.

J'avais demandé à avoir une chambre un peu avant l'heure car mon fils était malade mais ça ne nous a pas été accordé. En revanche ils ont gardé nos valises en sous sol mais faut être en confiance...car pas de surveillance. Très très cher ( le plus cher et de loin qu'on ait payé dans la région de Naples).Une nuit pour transiter...pas plus.

- Łukasz (3/5): - Na plus można zaliczyć wygodne łóżko, duży telewizor (dla osób, które z niego korzystają podczas wyjazdów) oraz lokalizację – blisko głównego terminala i stosunkowo niedaleko od centrum oraz zabytków. Hotel ma zdecydowanie najlepsze lata za sobą, co szczególnie zaskakuje, biorąc pod uwagę jego czterogwiazdkową kategorię. Niestety, informacje i zdjęcia prezentowane w ofercie znacząco odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Nasz pokój (nr 110), określany jako „superior”, od samego wejścia rozczarowywał. Wyposażenie było wyraźnie zużyte – meble sprawiały wrażenie niestabilnych i wykonanych bardzo niskim kosztem. Kabina prysznicowa była w stanie, który budził poważne wątpliwości co do komfortu i higieny użytkowania. Pojemniki na szampon były opróżnione, a w łazience znajdowała się częściowo zużyta butelka żelu pod prysznic, najprawdopodobniej po poprzednich gościach. W pokoju brakowało podstawowych elementów wyposażenia opisywanych na stronie – po czajniku pozostała jedynie podstawka. Nie zapewniono również klapek hotelowych; otrzymaliśmy je dopiero po zgłoszeniu problemu, przy czym personel nie był w stanie określić, kiedy będą dostępne. Śniadania były przeciętne i raczej niskiej jakości, z bardzo ograniczonym wyborem warzyw i owoców. Pościel była czysta, jednak wyraźnie zużyta – miejscami podziurawiona i z niedopranymi plamami. Podsumowując, standard i opis obiektu jest niewspółmierny do ceny oraz deklarowanych czterech gwiazdek, dlatego nie polecam tego hotelu.

- Marvin (10/5): Fantastico grazie mille - Die Lage ist optimal, sowie das Personal ausnahmslos sehr freundlich. Ich kam mit meinem Fahrrad und es wurden keine Anstalten gemacht es an einem sicheren Ort zu lagern. Das Frühstück was für mich der ausschlaggebende Punkt war dieses Hotel zu buchen war super.

- Antonio (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero super centrale, perfetta per visitare la città e muoversi comodamente. La persona che ci ha accolti e seguito durante il check-in, un signore napoletano con i capelli rasati, è stata estremamente simpatica, disponibile e davvero una bellissima persona, capace di mettere subito a proprio agio. Forse l’unico aspetto su cui si potrebbe migliorare è la pulizia: con un po’ più di attenzione e investimento sotto questo punto di vista, la struttura potrebbe esprimere ancora meglio il suo grande potenziale. Nel complesso, però, l’esperienza è stata positiva e ci tornerei volentieri, soprattutto per la comodità della posizione.

- teresa (6/5): Mi sono dovuta accontantare - Personale all' accoglienza gentilissimo sia il direttore che lo chef. Abbastanza vicino al centro Stanza fatiscente, porta che non si chiudeva e non si apriva, bagno trasandato, telaio porta del bagno cadente. Frigo bar con spina difettosa.

- Scott (9/5): Great location. Central to everything. - Convenient location. Good restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast room is crowded and food offerings not great. Showers in rooms are up a couple steps and flood the bathroom.
- Maria (8/5): - Das Personal war so freundlich! Insbesondere Rosario hat uns Tipps für die Plannung unseres Tags in Neapel gegeben und war überaus freundlich. Man sieht, dass alle im Hotel sehr bemüht um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste sind. Im Zimmer gab es Tee, weiters Zwieback mit Marmelade, und Wasser in Flaschen im Kühlschrank. Zum Frühstück gab es sehr viele interessante Speisen wie Eiertörtchen mit Käse, Gemüsekuchen etc. Auch gab es Eierspeise in 2 Sorten (eine noch mit Käse und Butter) und leckere kleine Kuchen zum Dessert. Aus unseren Zimmer Richtung Platz hatten wir Aussicht auf Vesuv. Sehr bequeme Lage für eine Kurzreise: gleich neben Bahnhof, unterhalb ist die U-Bahn. Auch eine tolle Pizzeria gleich unten: il Sole Mio. Ich würde mir noch frisches geschnittenes Gemüse zum Frühstück wünschen: Tomaten, Paprika, Gurken wären nett. Auch geschnittenes frisches Obst wie Melone und Ananas wären super. Und Müsli. Aber wir durften die kleinen Deko-Tomaten essen :)

They offer to keep our backpacks becuase we went before the check-in Rooms were clean, big and very nice. Bathroom was very big and had an awesome view to the city. Breakfast was very good. I totally recommend this hotel.

- Leandro Fabián (8/5): Un hotel encantador en una ciudad caótica… - Un hotel renovado a nuevo en un palacio histórico, muy cómodo para una estadía corta en Nápoles. La ubicación es muy buena pero no ayuda el entorno de la ciudad. Nápoles está muy descuidada realmente, las autoridades deberían trabajar en mejorar la ciudad para que el hotel pueda recibir más visitantes

- Mauricio Alfonso (10/5): Recomendado 100% - Un hotel muy cómodo, moderno y limpio. La atención del personal fue sin duda la mejor, especialmente el Señor Rosario que fue muy amable, atento y profesional. La habitación muy amplia, luminosa y nueva, con un televisor gigante, la habitación tiene un piso de porcelanato y junto con las luces led lo hacen ver muy vanguardista, lo mismo que el baño con un diseño muy moderno. El desayuno muy variado, delicioso y todo fresco. La ubicación es perfecta!, mucha seguridad por las calles, muchos carros policiales y militares que hacen sentir seguro al turista, yo llegaba al hotel pasada la media noche y caminaba con tranquilidad, nunca me pasó nada. El hotel queda justo en frente de la Estación de trenes de Nápoles, donde se puede coger el tren para ir a Pompeya, la costa Amalfitana u otras ciudades italianas, también se puede coger el metro que comunica a diferentes lugares de la ciudad, y también coger el Bus para el Aeropuerto que pasa cada 10 minutos y se demora 20 minutos. El hotel también tiene un restaurante con un menú muy variado. Nada! Todo perfecto! Lo que sí agregaría más tostadoras de pan en el desayuno.

Colazione ricca di dolce e salato e di qualità Ho cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene L'hotel non ha un parcheggio proprio ma è convenzionato con un parcheggio abbastanza vicino a piedi,

- Jaroslava (3/5): snídaně skvělá, ale můžete dostat smradlavý pokoj s nefunkční koupelnou - Hotel má strategické místo u nádraží a vynikající snídani. Personál se snažil. Hotel ale deklarované úrovně nedosahuje. Bylo možné si vybrat pokoj, tak jsme zvolili superior vyšší kategorie. Pokoj jsme zakoupili cca s dvouměsíčním předstihem a požádali jsme o pokoj ve vyšším patře, ale dostali jsme pokoj v 1. patře, který vypadal tak, jako že horší už nezbyl. Pokoj byl vybaven standardně i když zařízení bylo starší. Co bylo velmi špatné byla koupelna. Nejen, že byla velmi opotřebovaná, zašlé či přímo špinavé spáry apod., ale linul se z odpadu takový zápach, že nám z toho bylo na zvracení. i když jsme měli zavřené dveře do koupelny, zápach byl cítit i v pokoji. Takto by se opravdu hotel této kategorie prezentovat neměl. Byli jsem zde velmi krátce a vzhledem k události v Neapoli pro cca 10 000 lidí se nám nechtělo hledat jiný pokoj, bylo by to obtížné.
- LINA (7/5): - la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff Nella stanza che mi hanno assegnato n.108 vi era un intenso e sgradevole odore di fogna. La stanza è stata sostituita immediatamente. Saranno necessari ulteriori lavori per definire l'intera struttura un hotel a 4 stelle.

Posizione comoda accanto alla stazione Garibaldi, camera da letto comoda con tutto il necessario e diversi set cortesia. Buona colazione dolce con anche mini sfogliatelle e caffè su richiesta. Nessun problema per il deposito bagagli al checkout, cortesia, disponibilità, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. What else? Poche opzioni di colazione salata, ma amen
