- stefania (6/5): - Stanza molto luminosa Era un terzo piano senza ascensore. Non c'era il bidet. L'acqua nella doccia scendeva lentamente. Mancavano delle tende in bagno,
Peccato perchè il bagno è bello grande e lumonoso.
- Chukwu (8/5): - Very nice strategic location the receptionist was so Amazing love the cleanliness

Jest całodobowa recepcja więc zrobiliśmy check-in o 2.00 rano .
- futrynę do drzwi łazienkowych trzeba wymienić wygląda to brzydko

- EVA (5/5): -
- Eduardo (2/5): - Zona peligrosa
- Michael (8/5): - Clean, budget friendly, located close to transit, multiple food options very close by.
It is beside a street car line so if you room faced the street train noise is present.
Walking straight down from Termini station is very easy and then going down Manzoni to get to the metro to see Rome is very convenient.
- Eduardo (4/5): - Sucio
- Ya Ting (8/5): -
- Guillermina (6/5): - The room could use a bit of an upgrade. My door lock did not work, but overall it was convenient for a quick stay.
- Junhao (6/5): - Quite noisy due to the train passing early morning
- William (10/5): - Very clean, great AC, and a wonderful restaurant a few blocks away - Taverna dei migliori
- Maria Cristina (7/5): -
No tienen secador, coffee maker, or microwave.
- Mikkel Bille (8/5): - Fint lille hotel.
Ellers fint ophold
- Joel (1/5): -
- Rafael (8/5): - Staff is super helpful, beds are comfortable, A/C and blackout blinds for the Roman summer, daily cleaning and fresh towels.
My only issue was that the bathroom is small so everything gets wet easily.
- Ilayda (4/5): Disappointing - This is not the first time that we are staying in this property because we loved it but the last one was terrible. No A/C remote control. Broken bathroom door and only one power outlet for charging our phones the others were not working.
- Ilayda (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ranko (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great place, nice rooms and well located. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again ! The
The area is quite noisy
- Mkyim (7/5): A pleasant stay and not bad for the money. - Location - 15 minute walk to the Roma Termini, where you can board Trains, Buses, etc.
Front desk staff - I believe her name is Meng Meng, a very nice young lady who speaks Mandarin, Italian & English. She helped us with the luggage and set us up to 2 nice rooms with semi private patios. She ordered Taxi for us, gave us direction to the bus and any other tourist assistance. Cheap renovation, bathroom door frame was made of paper, the bottoms were puffy due to moisture. The night table was very flimsy and not for anything heavy. The shower was very low pressure, and the fixtures were low grade.
- Melvin (7/5): Comfortable and practical, excellent location - Comfortable and practical, but keep your expectations modest—it’s more about function than frills. N/A
- Hang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olesya (5/5): Passable - Very bad quality of shower and hair dryer and we had very noisy neighbours
- Orven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Larisa-ana (1/5): Wasn’t a pleasant stay, too much mold in the room and bathroom.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. -
- Sümeyye (6/5): It is alright to stay a few days, but more would be uncomfortable. - The location was very close to the train station and relatively close to the main attractions. The employees were friendly and beds were comfortable enough. The bathrooms were not very clean and there is no elevator in case you are coming with a heavy luggage.
- Khan_miami (8/5): Very good -
- Cianciulli (9/5): Hotel Giolitti, though small, is clean, tasteful, and very accommodating! - Location is convenient to Roma Termini Stazione. The cleanliness, decent view (out window), appealing decor, easy access yet very secure, friendly staff, baggage storage, quiet, etc., were all very pleasing. The space is super tight every where except the bed which we found very comfortable. The TV was a tad small as well, though we didn't spend much time in our room since it was ROME! ;-)
- Mariami (10/5): Exceptional - the hair driver didn’t work
- Samahi (8/5): Very good -
- Badol (2/5): I left my car in the hotel parking lot and they said it was safe. But my car was damaged. I pointed this out to the fron -
- Ghaidh (9/5): Superb - Location Nothing
- Sara (6/5): Pleasant - 24h Recepcion Where is located and the room
- KARINA O (10/5): ÓTIMO CUSTO BENEFÍCIO - LOCALIZAÇÃO ÓTIMA, PRÓXIMO DA ESTAÇÃO TERMINE E COM ESTAÇÃO DE VLT À 200 METROS
- Danilo (5/5): Passable -
- Elizaveta (8/5): Very good -
- Mostafa (7/5): Perfect location , tidy small room & toilet - Hotel 10 to 15 mins to roma central station and near the center which is very good location, room is tidy & clean Room very small specially toilet but compared to the price its okay for middle weight couple
- Marsel (1/5): Bad -
- Jorge (9/5): Superb -
- Petra (8/5): Ok - Good for short-term stay.
- Nichita (2/5): Very poor -
- Fetah (7/5): Good -
- Predrag (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, the staff was very friendly!
- Juljana (10/5): - Very good ,the staff was very helpful
- Erika (9/5): Superb -
- Nativ (7/5): Good - Clean, close to the train and the coliseum.
The staff were nice Was hard the take the luggage to the room, the key lock was broken,
The air conditioner didn’t work
- Yun (4/5): Decent location for the train station but not close to any of the attractions. Needs major updating and sound proof the - Close to the station Old/needs updating/sound proof the rooms/felt unsafe as a solo traveler
- Ali (7/5): Good - The staff was so polite and friendly Overpriced
- Ligia (8/5): Ok for a short stay and close to transportation - It was clean, they cleaned every day The thin walls and the door was not closing properly
- Smilan (1/5): Bad -
- Gleison (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Elis (6/5): - Ie lenzuola non erano cambiate! Mosche dappertutto!
- Christina (5/5): Passable -
- Vicky (1/5): Bad - The terrace area was the best feature of the hotel. Cleaners left my bedroom door open all day so I left my room around 9am and didn't return till early hours to find my room door open, ANYBODY could of walked inside and stole all my belongings!
Switch on the wall that looks like a light switch but actually switches all the electricity off in the room is just silly, not sure why this is even in there as it looks exactly like a light switch and no sign etc advising this is what it does if you switch it on/off, which resulted in my phone, powerbank etc not charging all night whilst I was sleeping as I believed it to be the switch to turn main light off.
Beds where rock hard and not comfortable at all, really noisy people above us bangning around all night and then on our first night we had a dog barking throughout the night aswell.
Bathroom was tiny and could barely move inside it, I would avoid staying in this hotel.
- Valentina (9/5): Superb - Nice staff and room
- Sadık (7/5): Expensive for what they offer - Good location close to termini station Not a good for value option
- Lucy (7/5): Good -
- Şahin (9/5): Everything was ok, super for this price - Location, staff, value There was no slippers
- Maria J (10/5): - I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was super friendly and the environment of the place was amazing. The rooms looked super nice as it had AC as well. Which is essential in Rome… Staff spoke amazing English, answered all of our questions, and the hotel itself is located in such a convenient spot. There’s a supermarket, laundromat, popular place to get gelato, restaurants, a plaza, and a basilica all in walkable distance….
Breakfast was the usual meal in Europe. Ham, cheese, eggs, bread, coffee, some dessert too…. They let us microwave some things if we thought it was a bit cold too…. such a lovely staff and experience in this hotel. The only negative side of this is the location. This hotel is in the “old side” of Rome and the surroundings are not very eye catching. It can look a bit sketchy by the graffiti AROUND the hotel (no graffiti in hotel property) but i would still consider staying here in the future. There is still a lot of tourists around this area and it is generally safe to walk during daylight just be mindful.
- Lydia (1/5): Terrible stay - Nothing The room wasn't clean, the dust gave us allergies.
The water wasn't flowing properly from the sink.
The sheets were yellow.
WE also had to pay a city tax for a three star hôtel, whereas this IS a two star hotel...
- Katie (3/5): Poor - the staff is very good and friendly
- Andressa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paige (10/5): - Excellent property and very clean. We came during a festival weekend so it was a bit noisy at night, but the property itself was amazing.
- Candice (1/5): Worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. - Did not like anything about this property. The images on Booking.com are misleading as the room looks a lot nicer and more comfortable than it really is. Wasn’t very clean and was in a terrible part of town. Could have booked another apartment in the city Center but opted for this one because it looked nicer on the images.
- João (7/5): Good - Good Location Bad breakfast
Bad scrambled eggs
No fresh bread
- Anshuman (4/5): Disappointing -
