- Tai You (10/5): Stay here for one of the best experience in Venice - The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues we encountered. Would still strongly recommend anyone going to Venice to have a stay in this great hotel.

- Markus (10/5): Excellent Stay - This is the best and most interesting hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived by boat we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early in the day, so we were expecting to check in later. But the room was ready and we were escorted up to the stylish and spacious room. All the rooms had a theme and for our room this was Porsche Zagato. There were cool details all around the room matching this theme. The view from the hotel was straight out of a dream. We overlooked the canal and could see straight to the Rialto bridge and all the gondolas passing by. Breakfast was from 7-11 everyday and was located on the terrace. I cannot think of a better way to start the day than with a cappuccino and fresh pastries by the canal. The hotel also has their own «merch» and even their own merchstore. They have everything from shampoos in soda cans, t-shirts, coasters and clothing. I thought this was unique and bought some cool stuff to bring home. Great hotel. Great staff and a great experenice! Will definitely be back!

- Niko (2/5): - We had high hopes for our anniversary trip. It had been years since I had visited Venice and I was very excited about this hotel reservation that was a surprise for my wife. After arriving at the hotel at 10 pm we quickly left the room to walk around and have Dinner. The next morning we left the room at 6 am for a full day tour. When we returned that afternoon to get ready for an event, my wife noticed that the purse she was planning on wearing for the event was missing. After looking through her things in the closet she realized that a total of 4 items were gone. One of the items was an expensive purse handed down from her grandmother. The total of the 4 items was great. At this same time, two men opened the door to the room unannounced and when they realized we were in the room, they quickly turned around and left (no explanation, no apology for the intrusion) The Hotel staff acted as if they were there to help but in reality they were just waiting for us to leave Venice so that they could claim that "no evidence was found in camera recordings". No effort to fix the situation has been made and communication has become more and more dismissive since we returned from our trip. No effort has been made and it is obvious that there is no intention to even attempt to help us with the loss. Very disappointed in this (((5 star))) hotel experience. Would definitely not stay here again, and would like to warn others to lower their expectations of customer service and satisfaction.

Room’s air conditioner was not functioning on the very first night, had to move to another room. Hotel’s concierge welcomed us by whatsapp, nonetheless, didn’t write to follow up after air conditioning episode. Hope service improves for future visitors.

- Sharon (10/5): - This place is not just a hotel it is an experience! Just amazing. The ambiance was just beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The perfect experience right from the gentleman helping with the luggage off the water taxi, the check-in process(she was so nice), the room was beautiful, the food was delicious, the bar was fun(the bartender loves his job), the location...right on the grand canal and right near the bridge and tons to see and do, the ease of booking excursions with the front desk and turn down service. Loved it all. Our favorite spot was sitting at the table right next to the water with an afternoon Aperol spritz and watching the world go by.

If you are looking for a traditional hotel, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a life experience while in one of the most incredible cities in the world, then this is absolutely not to be missed. If the designer John Varvatos were to create a hotel, he could only dream of this. Bravo!

- Olga (10/5): - Beautiful property . Got upgraded to canal view with a balcony , the room was stunning , felt like a royalty . The essentials are so good , everything smells so delightful. Everything about this hotel is so perfect , definitely coming back
