- Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect for our needs - The location is close to the centre of Florence and also the tram stop from the airport. It was easy to find and the nuns were helpful. The room was spotless and provided everything we needed, and the garden is beautiful. We would certainly stay there again.

- Emilie (9/5): - The stay went very well. It may not suit people who want something more modern and sophisticated, but I for myself loved it. The room was large, bright and simple. All the amenities you could possibly need were available, there was even a small kitchen in the corridor. The location is also very convenient, close to the centre. I found out after booking that the establishment was run by nuns, and when I arrived, I heard them singing vespers. Wonderful. There is also a beautiful garden. It was not soundproofed so I was happy that the hotel was not crowded

Air con was a massive bonus Room was missing a mosquito net in the bedroom, meaning the doors could not be open overnight unless you wanted mosquitoes. Some plug sockets in the room were Italian Type C, some were an Italian Type C and Type L combination which made buying adapters a pain not realising EU adapters didn’t fit and not knowing anything about Italian sockets

Clean place and easy to get in and out, staff was friendly. Bed was super super hard, there were so many mosquitos so if you wanted to open the room so it wasn’t stuffy it was horrible there would be so many mosquitos it drove me crazy. - CLAUDIA (9/5): Hospedagem simples e pitoresca com ótima relação custo-benefício em Florença - Pertíssimo da Firenza Fiera, local de feiras, exposições e congressos. O café da manhã é um buffet simples, c/ croissant e pão fresquinhos, café à vontade (na máquina), e cobrado a honestos 8 euros. Foi tudo bom.

- Katrin (10/5): Oase der Ruhe im quirligen Florenz - Sehr ruhige Unterkunft, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz und Bahnhof, sehr freundliche Gastgeberinnen, wir kommen gern wieder und sagen: Grazie Mille!

- Nathalie (8/5): Ideaal gelegen hotel, wakker worden bij het gezang van nonnen. - Ligging is perfect, verder is het heel schoon en is het personeel (bestaande uit nonnen) heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was al eerder klaar, dus konden meteen onze kamer in. En op laatste dag konden we onze bagage achterlaten, terwijl we nog even de stad in gingen. Waterkoker in gezamenlijke keuken ipv op kamer, weinig mokken aanwezig voor maken van thee etc.

- Isabella (10/5): Ein Ort der Ruhe und des Friedens - Das Sant'Anna Kloster-B&B ist ein Ort des Friedens und der Ruhe inmitten einer Stadt, die vom Massentourismus überlaufen ist. Nur 800 m vom Bahnhof Firenze S.M.N. entfernt, ist es auch mit Gepäck fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Schwestern sind sehr herzlich. Man wird an der Rezeption empfangen, bekommt Schlüssel und Türöffner, und es gibt einen Lift. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar mit Schreibtisch, und es gab eine Flasche Wasser als Begrüßungsgetränk, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Alles ist blitzsauber, die Dusche modern, die Handtücher flauschig, und es gibt ein Fenster im Bad. Im wunderschönen Garten mit Bäumen und Rosensträuchern dürfen sich auch die Gäste aufhalten. Wer mag, bucht Frühstück für 8 Euro, was in Florenz wirklich günstig ist. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich gegenüber der Kapelle, wo die Schwestern singend die Morgenmesse feiern. Am kleinen Frühstücksbüffet gibt es alles, was man mag und braucht: Kaffee, Tee, Cornetti, Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade, etwas Aufschnitt, Joghurt und Fruchtsäfte. Auf den Tischen stehen liebevolle Tischkärtchen mit der Zimmernummer. Ich fühlte mich dort äußerst wohl und sicher, und alle Gäste benahmen sich ruhig und diesem wunderbaren Ort angemessen. Herzlichen Dank an die Franziskaner-Schwestern, dass sie einen Teil ihres Klosters an Gäste vermieten. Mir hat alles gefallen.
- Victoria (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Although breakfast was not provided, the accommodation was in an excellent location — just a short walk from the train station and close to many main attractions. During my stay, I accidentally left an item behind, and the nuns who manage the place were incredibly kind and helpful. They promptly arranged to have it sent to my home, which I greatly appreciated. Their honesty and thoughtfulness made my experience even more memorable. include breakfast

- Petya (8/5): Very special! - Have a bit of mixed feelings- good location, very friendly staff, beautiful garden and special atmosphere. It was noisy from neighbors but I suppose it’s due to the building’s construction.

Położenie pozwala na piesze dotarcie do najważniejszych zabytków Florencji. Przyjemny ogród. Możliwość wykupienia skromnego śniadania i skorzystania z elektrycznego czajnika. Sympatyczne siostry i dobrze działające Wi-Fi. Słaba informacja o udogodnieniach w obiekcie..
