• leanne (10/5): Lovely home, spacious yet cosy - So spacious yet very cosy. It was spotlessly clean and had all you needed including extra wood for the open fire Not that it is a fault with the property but it is a little out of town. A car is needed
• Iain (5/5): We wouldn’t stay again. Not a home feel, too clinical. - It was reasonably clean A very sterile place. Barely any decoration, small amount of furniture scattered in a big room, no taste, not even comfortable. Not a homely place at all. Cold. No character, too functional.

• Craig (10/5): - This was a great tidy and quite property. It was like a quaint gem amongst gaudy McMansions with oversized yards. We felt very at home with a full kitchen, warm fireplace and laundry available.
• Ronald (9/5): A very well presented property. Would highly recommend this chalet for a stay. - Location was good. Although only 8minutes from central Albany there was a country feel about the surrounds. Bedroom was cold until we discovered a small electric/oil heater tucked away in the bedroom wardrobe.

• Chris (9/5): Alot of effort has been put into making this little cabin a worthwhile stay. - I was really impressed with how much work has been put into this place, and I had a lovely time feeling at home in it. It has a beautiful modern kitchen with coffee machine, leather couch with electric recliner, warm fireplace, huge wall mounted flat screen with netflix and amazon prime, and a luxurious hotel-style bathroom. Very keen to check out some of the other properties in the bnb collection now! Just needs a vacuum cleaner, paper towel in the kitchen and a dustpan to be complete.

• John (10/5): Home away from home at Owen's Hideaway. - Owen's Hideaway was exactly what we wanted. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our 3 day break. It was very quiet and secluded and provided a wonderful base for our Bluff Knoll hike. See photo from top. While we liked the seclusion it did mean that we had to drive into Albany more than we had anticipated.

• Wikus (10/5): This property will be the first on my list to book if we go down to Albany again in future. - The location of the property is perfect to enjoy a peaceful break away in Albany. The cottage is well kept and is very clean with all needed essentials.
