• Stuart (6/5): Pleasant - great location, close to central train station and the centre of Melbourne CBD. Quick responses from the property manager. The apartment is on level two, above a busy street with continuous vehicle, tram and pedestrian traffic, all day and night. Closing bedroom windows doesn't dramatically reduce the noise level. Light sleepers should take this into account. Had to turn off the electric air-freshener in the bathroom as it was excessive, given the small size of the apartment. 3:30pm checkin is later than the standard 2pm hotel style checkin

Will go back, and will tell all our friends how good it was!!!! - The location was amazing - within walking distance of most places we wanted to go - otherwise a short tram ride! The best thing was the price! For a 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Melbourne it was unbelievably cheap!!! It was comfortable and clean. We couldn't believe what excellent value it was!!! We had a bit of trouble finding it, but it all worked out well.
• Loyal2nz (7/5): For the location, it is good value. Loud though. Bring ear plugs - Keys can be collected at reception but the hours are limited. No Sundays and the reception finish at 5. Facilities were old. Toilet paper holder just fell off. Lost toilet paper roll as a result and could not find a spare. It wasn’t stocked even though I was told it was

Very accomodating host who opened property within an hour of our original booking being suddenly cancelled by the host. Interesting DC theme. Unfortunately had construction night works with concrete sawing and trucks until 2am just below window. Need to advise future customers of new bldg work next door.
• Julie (8/5): Comfy stay - Lovely receptionist, comfy beds, and very clean. It's hard to find, and there is no tea, coffee, and milk to make a cuppa. .
• Chantra (7/5): Still a good stay for 1 night due to the convenience location - Great location, spacious, good value Awkward access via different hotel entrance, and bathroom and kitchen not as clean as I thought!
• Peta (2/5): Dud host - I wasn't able to stay as I wasn't able to check in. Despite multiple messages and phone calls to the host they never picked up or replied to messages. I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for. Never in my life would I recommend this property to anyone and I would appreciate a refund. I am not in a very good financial situation so to be down the cost of the room is placing a financial burden on my household.

• Jesse (10/5): Clean and comfortable location at a great price, with a funny little theme. - Close walking distance to the stadiums and casino, and still within the city free-tram limits. Nice touch with the complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival. Other reviews have mentioned the outside construction noise, but I heard nothing; possibly because it was over the weekend.

• Chris (8/5): The themed apartment was great and it was an ideal location for exploring Melbourne. - The location was excellent, being across the road from Flinders St Station, and everything was in walking distance. Stanley was a great host, meeting us on arrival. Even when we locked our keys in the apartment on the first night, Stanley couldn't have been more helpful to get us back inside again. There was a lot of construction going on outside the building which made it noisy through the day.
• Brian (9/5): Comfortable Affordable and Assessable - Comfortable, value for money, easy accessible to most locations, public transport on the doorstep, very secure. Had an issue with not being able to raise my partner on phone to let me in, contacted security who were able to get me to the front door successfully where I gained entry eventually, great service from your security company. Supermarket within walking. Metro tunnel works happening but out of your control. A toaster would have come in handy. We had a shared Disability Scooter but found it awkward to get into lift and into room, was advised we could not leave on ground floor. Suggest maybe we could have been offered basement parking for it. Please take this as suggestions not criticism taking into account security and safety of others.
