Położenie bardzo blisko zabytkowego centrum ale na mniej ruchliwej okolicy. Poszewki na pościel kategorycznie powinny być wymienione. Są jak prześcieradło w które została owinięta kołdra, już po godzinie wszystko jest pościągane, niewygodne i nie wygląda to estetycznie. Szczególnie gdy pod kołdrami śpią dzieci.

nathalie (7/5): Bien mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que nous avons eu. - La localisation; les employés super gentils, à l’affût de nos besoins; Le transfert de l’aéroport ne s’est pas bien passé, le chauffeur qu’on nous a envoyé ne s’est pas identifié près de la porte de sortie; nous avons attendus plus de 45 minutes et avons dû appeler l’hôtel afin d’être mis en contact avec le chauffeur. On prenait notre douche les pieds dans un lac d’eau, pas très agréable, nous avons avertit mais rien n’a été réglé; papier de toilette et mouchoirs constamment en quantité insuffisante; certains jours nous n’avions pas de débarbouillettes. Toutes des choses pas très graves, mais à plus de 2000$ la nuit, ce n’est pas acceptable.

Jane (1/5): Disgusting! - Nothing - disgusting should be closed down! It’s a 2 to 3 star hotel. Except for good staff everthing is so bad. Filthy, old, elevators take you through a work site to get too, have to walk through a disgusting night club to get to our room and smelly kitchen, it was a worksite, it should not even be open and it is definitely not a safe environment. We had a new room which was big but still not 5 star. I left and lost my money instead of staying! Do not be conned by the position it’s awful!

LoveToTravelVirginia (10/5): 5 star all the way - Casa Baglioni is a beautiful property in a perfect location. Some reviewers complained that there is no official lobby, but we found the living room/lounge atmosphere much more personal for a check in. Rooms were luxuriously appointed & extremely quiet and comfortable. David is a phenomenal concierge & had excellent recommendations for dinner. Daily breakfasts were excellent and we loved the roof top bar. The location can’t be beat for walkability, restaurants and shopping in Brera District. It is very quiet and safe. We will definitely hope to stay there again if ever in Milan.

KeroroGunso (10/5): One of the best in europe! - An amazing location, staff and beautiful rooms makes this my new go to place in Milan. The rooms are beautiful, modern and tastefully decorated. We were in a suite with a terrace. Every detail is well looked after. The bathroom is well appointed in and the showers are amazing. Check in was seamless and unique. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful. It’s right in the fashion district and about a 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria. The gym was well appointed. My only negative was the tasting menu with was good but a little long. Very much a St. Regis on a smaller more intimate scale.

dnglobetrotter (10/5): Top Class Hotel with Beautifully Designed Interior - Booked a 4 night stay with my wife. We chose this hotel because it's relatively small, looked comfortable with well appointed rooms and wonderful interior decor. We were not disappointed. We arrived 9 hours later than planned due to a flight cancellation. I called the hotel while at the airport in the US and spoke to Magdalena. When we arrived the next evening, she welcomed us, checked us in efficiently. Throughout our stay Magdalena 'went the extra mile' to ensure we were looked after, gave us recommendations, provided water and coffee and our stay would not have been the same without her. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. The suite is spacious with lots of well thought out features. The abundant storage space is on one wall behind sleek fitted doors so it keeps the room looking tidy. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The bathroom The rooftop bar is a great space with excellent cocktails and views of the Duomo lit up at night. Breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide choice of meats, pastries, yogurts and bread as well as eggs, omelettes and other hot food, cooked on demand. The service was first class all around from breakfast, bell boys (Glenn and co), were efficient and always welcomed us back, great and informative concierge (David, Marco). The location is convenient for shopping, the Duomo, trams and buses around the city and the central station. We really enjoyed our stay and we will return on our next visit to Milan.

Nice views out across pretty apartments with plants for miles on their balconies. On top of that, one of the best Negronis I've had (the classic Milanese cocktail) ever. Definitely worth popping in for an aperitivo

Mary (10/5): Perfect jumping off point for a fashion heavy stay in Milano! - The staff, the breakfast, and especiallythe concierge service. They took excellent care of us. One night we called down to request a tea from breakfast before bed, and they couldnt find the right kind. The next two nights they surprised us with lovely tea sets and the perfect tea we were desiring. That was lovely! They planned the most luxurious day at lake Como for us and kept us fed by planning dinners and also a trip to La Scala for the worlds (worst) Opera Il Nobre della Rosa - it wasnt their fault the Opera was bad though! THE BED WAS HEAVENLY. The Aqua di Parma soap and shampoo collection was so luxurious that i bought myself some to take home. design trumps practicality in the room, particularly in the bathroom. The faucet levers were maddening. The lights were all completely oddly electronicslly connected, it was almost impossible to turn of individual lights without pressing every button-and we were there five days. In fact my friend routinely accidentally turned off all lights when trying to turn off only one light - more than once i was left in the dark on the commode. The shower was also kind of broken and kind of mildewed.

sharoni367 (4/5): Strange hotel, definitely not a 5 star by any standard - Cannot understand what make this a 5 star and a member of the leading hotels of the world. No lobby, no bar, no sitting area, strange breakfast, they charge extra for everything. Trance concept of no front desk and just a person sitting in the lobby with an iPad if you have any questions. Rooms are nice , but the lobby between the rooms and the lift are like a 3 star hotel. It’s ok if that’s what you pay and that’s what you expect, but to pay nearly 1000 euro for such a hotel is a complete disappointment, never again!!!!!

Jet06786449828 (10/5): Great hotel with very personalized service in the heart of Milan - Great hotel with very personalized service in the heart of Milan. I chose this hotel for my Family's visit to Milan mostly because of the location. It is a short walk to the Duomo and central Milan. The hotel is very intimate and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The gym is very big by European standards. Will definitely come back the next time I am in Milan!

Amit (10/5): Beautifully designed, high class comfortable hotel - The location right in the Milano design district is great if you are into design and fashion. We had to leave the hotel very early (6 AM) before breakfast was served, so the hotel prepared nice "breakfast baskets" for us that we took to go. In a hotel at this level I would expect to find a swimming pool.
