Sklep i restauracje, zejście do urokliwej zatoki tuż przy obiekcie. Ale co najważniejsze: rewelacyjna, troskliwa Obsługa. Reagująca natychmiast na ewentualne potrzeby. Kontakt bezproblemowy i przemiły. Żal było wyjeżdżać ale napewno wrócimy. Polecamy wszystkim planującym urlop w Dubrovniku!!! A Rooms Nina bardzo bardzo dziękujemy😍

Das Zimmer ist kompakt, aber vollkommen ausreichend und hat alles Notwendige (sauber, bequemes Bett, gute Dusche). Perfekt für alle, die eh die meiste Zeit draußen verbringen. Gerne wieder!

The shower is quite dark and the shower curtain made it hard not to wet the bathroom. The floor mat on the bathroom also didn’t really dry the floor so we put our face towels on the floor to dry it. Also the beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they’re ok

We loved using the little balcony at the front. The check in was very well explained and our host was very kind, helpful and caring. The little blind was not working above my bed but we could make do.

Close to the old town (20mins walk) and local beach (5mins down the hill). Highlu recommend staying here. we had a couple of little hick-ups at the start that host resolved as soon as she could, which was appreciated. We missed access to kitchen but luckily were staying only for couple of nighta.. one of the beds was not very comfy. We however would not hesitate to staying again if opportunity arises.

• Miranda (9/5): We were well looked-after by the host, the location was perfect and great value for money. - The location was brilliant, a real hidden gem - walkable to the old city (20 mins), Lapad area and Sunset Beach (20 mins), the port for island ferries (20 mins), and a beautiful cove with a beach and swimming area (5 mins). Highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore as much of Dubrovnik as possible on foot. The host was also so kind and went above and beyond for us and bought us snacks and drinks, as well as recommending a food place down the road (Jack's) that did delicious burgers and truffle parmesan fries. The accommodation was also spotlessly clean, air conditioning was modern, beds were comfy, and the mini fridge was great for keeping water cold. The only thing to bear in mind is that the room we had (twin room) had a low sloping roof in the bathroom which made it a little difficult, and although the bathroom has a window the ventilation in the bathroom isn't great. Though this is a very small downside to an extremely affordable accomodation in an amazing location!

The location of the property was excellent - 5 min walk to beach, 20 min walk to Old City or 5 mins by bus with bus stop close by. Also a great restaurant, pharmacy and supermarket just up the road. Aircon worked really well and the room was cleaned half way through our one week stay. The host Michelle was really friendly and helpful - she provided us with a kettle and even gifted us some fruit! I would definitely recommend Rooms Nina to anyone looking to visit Dubrovnik. Thanks Michelle, we had a lovely stay!

• Imran (9/5): Wonderful Stay in Dubrovnik with Excellent Host and Convenient Location - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Dubrovnik. The host was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was equipped with air conditioning, which was crucial during the hot weather in Dubrovnik. The accommodation offered great value for money, especially considering how pricey the area can be. It was conveniently located just a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Town, making it easy to explore the historic sites. Additionally, there was a bus stop only a minute away, which we used regularly to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Dubrovnik with a fantastic host. --- The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom was quite small and narrow, but it wasn’t a huge issue.
• A.agarwal (10/5): Highly recommend ! Clean and cozy rooms with a super attentive host - I had an amazing stay at Rooms Nina. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, helping us in many ways by answering all our questions and providing a kettle upon request. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The best part is the location. Within 100 meters, you have everything you need: a bus stop (Iva Vojnovića), a supermarket (Studenac), various restaurants (including Pizzeria Konoba El Toro and Marangun), and a bakery. Plus, there is an amazing beach just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, I highly recommend Rooms Nina for your stay in Dubrovnik, especially for couples. The rooms are minimalistic, so don't expect too many amenities. For example, there is no kettle or cutlery in the rooms, so you'll need to arrange these yourself or ask the host (as we did, and she provided them). Another thing to note is that room cleaning and towel changes are not done daily (likely because this is an apartment, not a hotel). However, I am confident that if you ask the host, she will be happy to assist you.

• Leona (9/5): A beautiful hidden Gem - Location of these rooms were nothing short of perfect! Situated across from a local supermarket and restaurant and a very short walk to a gorgeous hidden beach. Additionally a very short drive or a scenic walk down to the old town. The rooms were very clean and offered a lovely sea view from the window. We felt very comfortable in our room and had no feeling of being intrusive in anyone else’s holiday. The staff were extremely accommodating, and freshened up our room kindly leaving clean towels and sheets. Overall rooms Nina was a great experience and we would definitely recommend to anyone wanted to visit Dubrovnik for a fun week.

• Shelby (7/5): Good deal for Dubrovnik - The room is a better deal then anything I could find within the city walls - which isn't that surprising. The check-in process was really easy and Michelle had answers to any questions we had. The bed is a memory foam bed and it was quite comfy! The AC worked great and the view from the room was kind of cool - you can see the ocean in the distance and some orange tiled rooftops. The walk to old town is about 20 minutes but it's along the coast almost the entire way so it feels shorter than that because it's just a nice, pretty walk. The bathroom is quite small and it does smell a musty - I've definitely seen and smelt worse though and with old houses sometimes it's just inevitable. The house is on a very busy street which I didn't mind (and you can't hear the traffic from the room) but just something to note.

The room is not too well equipped, there is no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes.

The location was ideal, super close to the Old Town, a 20-minute walk or a 5min route by bus, near a mini market and some restaurants. Michelle (the hostess) was really sweet and kind. She gave us proposals about what to do, eat and drink. She even invited us to a classical music concert that took place at the Salvation church (Old Town). To sum up, we would recomend Rooms Nina for sure! 😊

There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik !

Location of the apartment was great, there was a supermarket on the other side of the street and a beach really close by. 20 min by walking to old town. apartment is quite basic but sufficient and equipped with the most important things.
