Mieszkanie ma w sobie wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne na tygodniowy pobyt - suszarka do włosów, pralka, kuchenka, lodówka, telewizor. Miłym gestem były napoje w lodówce. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Jedynym minusem był materac, już niestety wygnieciony.

• Krzysiek (10/5): - Przepiękne miejsce. Niemal jak rajski ogród. Cisza spokój, bardzo wygodnie komfortowo i elegancko. Przesympatyczne właścicielki. Wyszły aż na ulicę, żeby nas przywitać i pomóc z bagażem. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie.

Die Gastgeberin ist eine Außergewöhnliche Frau ,die Ihre Gäste immer zufrieden stellt. Das das tolle ist 150m gibt es tollen frischen Fisch zu kaufen. Bäckerei um die Ecke, Gemüseladen auch. Supermarkt usw.

Godt utstyrte rom med blant annet mikronølgeovn, toastjern og kaffetrakter. Ellers veldig koselig område utenfor rommene, de har masse planter og til og med skilpadder.

• Allen (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I stayed for 6 nights, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. It’s located in a great area—only about a 10-minute walk to the sea beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline every day. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed and offering great local tips. You can really feel the care and attention they put into making guests comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would happily stay here again. A truly wonderful place to stay!

• Kloe (9/5): Cosy little spot - It’s cute and cosy! Had beautiful gardens surrounding it & even a little spot to sit outside on the sunnier days. Has absolutely everything you could need and the perfect location for all things you’ll want to explore in Dubrovnik. Host was very helpful In sending information of how to find the home- I really loved it here There’s some construction going on nearby so it’s quite nosey in a morning- bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep in. It’s very dark at night! Quite difficult to find in an evening

• Antonela (10/5): - Super smjestaj, sve lijepo i cisto, u sklopu je predivno dvoriste sa mandarinama i predivnim biljkama okolo. Osim toga, vlasnica je super ugodna, i lako se dogovoriti s njom. Osim toga, kisobran je bio tamo koji sam mogla koristiti (a taman mi je i trebao jedan dan pa mi je spasio glavu). Svaka preporuka! Sve je bilo super!

• ma (2/5): A “Survival Camp” Disguised as Accommodation - If you enjoy being micromanaged by endless house rules and surprise visits from the host, congratulations—you’ve found the right place. The room? Outdated facilities that feel more like a museum piece than a livable space. Hygiene? Let’s just say it’s an immersive test of your immune system. Highlights: Mosquito paradise (I’m still scratching 10 days later—entomology students would love it). Hot water rationing system: one person can shower, the other must meditate for an hour before it resets. Plenty of nearby options at the same price that don’t feel like a punishment. In short: come here if you’re training for a reality survival show. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

Ottima base per esplorare la zona, con il centro facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. In pochi minuti si arriva alle spiagge principali e al porto, perfetto per partire per escursioni in barca. Sistemazione semplice ma funzionale, ideale per chi cerca praticità e comodità durante il soggiorno. L'host estremamente gentile e disponibile!

The - It’s situated in a cozy courtyard with grape and kiwi vines for shade. There are tortoises around by the house which I enjoyed watching. It’s possible to get to by bus pretty easily and walking is not bad either, I like to walk, let’s you see more of the area Would have been nice to have bug screens on the windows and door so that they don’t get in

Bed was incredibly comfortable and air con was brilliant. The apartment had everything you needed for a week’s stay. The shower head wasn’t secured very well but that’s literally the only thing I have to say on this.

• Emma (9/5): Lovely vacation apartment for a short stay! - Perfect for the two days I was in Dubrovnik. It was located in a quiet, safe area and good value for the price. The host was also very kind and attentive. The nearest bus stop was a bit far and there’s quite a lot of steps/hills leading to the apartment but honestly this is not too much of an issue as long as you don’t have any mobility issues.

Clean, lots of space to store clothes and other luggage, well equipped, the terrace was wonderful - many plants, space for both breakfast and sunbathing. We felt like a part of the ‘community’ while still having much privacy. Bus stops are nearby, but walking to the old town was so much fun, great views along the way. Everything was great, it’s an awesome place to stay at! Would only suggest a dehumidifier to keep in the room as the air is very moist.

• Mujtaba (10/5): Perfect Stay at Apartments & Room Frane – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - We had an amazing stay at Apartments & Room Frane, and our host Frankica was absolutely wonderful! Despite our late arrival at 11:30 PM, she waited for us with a warm welcome and was always quick to respond to any questions. She even provided helpful local travel advice, which made exploring Dubrovnik much easier. The studio apartment was immaculate, with all the facilities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a fridge, and a microwave, making it very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the clean sheets made the stay feel extra hygienic and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor seating area, surrounded by lush plants. Frankica is a passionate gardener, and you can really see the care she has put into maintaining the space. The location was excellent – just 10 minutes by bus to the Old Town, but also central for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. There were plenty of nearby restaurants that were much more affordable than those in the Old Town, making it a great spot for food lovers. Overall, 10/10 – great value for money, a fantastic host, and a perfect stay! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. 😊 If I had to mention one minor thing, the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, but that's just a personal preference and not an issue at all.

• Lucy (10/5): One of the best (well equipped) apartments I've ever stayed in! - Excellent attention to detail - everything provided equipment / cooking utensils / appliances. All you could need in a flat was there. Can't think of a single item I would use that wasn't there! Near port (where many boat rides depart from) and bus station. It's about 30min walk from the old town. Comfy bed too! Quite a dark room, only two small windows.

Clean, quiet, affordable, and easy to use the public transportation. - It was nothing fancy, but the room was cozy, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very short walk to the bus stop that went straight to old town of Dubrovnik so the transportation was easy. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach and if you don't want to take the bus for 2.5 euro, it's about 35 minute walk to old town. When you get dropped off by the taxi, make sure they take you to the location at the top of the hill above the apartment, not below it. There's a light switch outside the bathroom to control hot water for the shower. The cutlery is under the over (good to know)... You're not in the middle of the action, but it was also nice and quiet for that reason too. Distance influences the price as well, that's why you're getting a good deal. There's not a lot of communication with the host or anyone else for that matter, so if you need something or an explanation about something, expect a delay.

• Lisa (10/5): Lovely peaceful stay - The property is in between Dubrovnik old town, which can be accessed by a bus which takes around 15 minutes and you can walk to Lapad in about 5 minutes which has a series of pebbled beaches and restaurants. On the way, there is an amazing fruit shop. The property itself is very peaceful and very quiet with a small shaded terrace, which was big enough for me to do daily yoga on. Lovely host, very welcoming I had an amazing three nights! Nothing

It's in a nice quiet location and the outside terrace, surrounded in greenery, is a lovely place to sit and relax with a cold drink. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the nearest beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

But what we liked most was the hospitality. We were fortunate to get a slightly early check in but best part was how the lovely host welcomed and treated us during our stay. She even prepared some traditional homemade snacks and gave us a parting gift. Nothing major: just the internet speed could be a bit better.

• Irina (10/5): Such an amazing place - This is such an amazing place to stay. We liked absolutely everything especially when the owner contacted us beforehand with all the details. And furthermore she even let us check in 3 hours earlier. The room was spacious and well cleaned and maintained. The bed was comfortable and huge as well as pillows were in a good condition. There was absolutely everything needed for our stay ( soap, kitchen supplies, kettle, toilet paper etc) There was also air conditioner in the apartment( but we didn’t use it) Also the garden was awesome. It was such an amazing thing for my kid to watch the turtles and to feed them. Such an experience! The location is in a peaceful neighbourhood with absolutely no party noises even though it is close to loud lapad streets. In a walking distance to the old town ( but you can take a bus also). Also the beach was close as well as supermarkets Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you for your hospitality ❤️ Nothing to mention
