• Andrés (10/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio - Valoro particularmente la amabilidad y buena disposición de todos los recepcionistas. El alojamiento no tiene lujos pero cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tiene un pequeño patio. En el área común hay algunas sillas y mesas, y elementos como un pequeño horno eléctrico. La habitación era pequeña pero no le faltaba nada. Contaba con una pequeña heladerita y una caja fuerte (aunque de dimensiones reducidas: suficiente para dejar por ejemplo el pasaporte, pero no para dejar la computadora u otros elementos de tamaño similar). La cama era amplia y si bien el colchón era un poco rígido para mi gusto, no dejaba de ser cómodo. A pocas cuadras del alojamiento hay más de un supermercado; además, muy cerca hay numerosas opciones de restaurantes, particularmente de comida asiática. Se encuentra a unas pocas cuadras a pie de una de las principales líneas de metro de Milán (línea M1 roja). Si bien no está particularmente cerca de la estación central (de donde salen los buses para el aeropuerto y de donde parten muchos de los tours hacia ciudades cercanas), se puede llegar perfectamente caminando (unos 20 minutos, aproximadamente). Considerando que está en una zona bastante céntrica de Milán, considero que la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Todo bien.

• Konstantina (9/5): Very satisfying - The room was very clean. The receptionists were friendly. The check in and check out process were very easy and fast. There is no soundproofing in the room so you hear everyone walking or talking in the corridor, and there are noises from the surrounding rooms.

Είχε πολύ υγρασία το μπάνιο και τα τζάμια από το παράθυρο να γεμίζουν υδρατμούς και να στάζει νερά από το παράθυρο που από κάτω βρισκόταν το χαρτί τουαλέτας με αποτέλεσμα το πρωί να είναι μιυσκεμα το χαρτί υγείας .Οι πετσέτες παρόλο που τις άλλαζαν κάθε μέρα είχαν μια μυρωδιά κλεισούρας

Заселили на час раньше, бесплатно дали бутылку воды. Достался номер с балконом. Сам номер был очень чистый. Когда на ресепшене увидели, что я собираюсь выйти из отеля во время дождя, сами предложили мне зонт. Мне заселении в номере был немного резкий запах от аромадиффузора, но я просто открыла дверь на балконе.

Aircondition på værelset men meget støjende. Kunne høre støj fra reception på 3 etage, hvor vi boede.

Incredibly different from all the other reviews which were pre-2025/late 2024 when management changed and rooms were renovated. They were spacious and had everything we need. Location is a quick 7 min walk from the metro and relatively central. Free water was provided as well as an in unit laundry!! The owners were really friendly and helped us whenever possible.

I had booked a few weeks prior, but on the day of travel they requested that I cancel my reservation in exchange for a refund. I cancelled and they didn’t honour their refund and took my money. • LESLIE (10/5): Great place but not accessible. - A pretty hefty set of stairs to get inside the hotel, but there is an elevator to the rooms. Host was super friendly and helpful, and the stay was exactly what I needed. If you cannot climb stairs or carry luggage up the stairs, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.
