- Marina (10/5): Dream location, amenities and service - Greetings with cocktail. Ambiance is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and tastefully designed. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom is so beautiful you want to spend more time in. Bathrobes and sleepers very soft and good quality. I will not stay in any hotel anymore after this experience. Location is close to everything 👌 Loved absolutely everything!

- Wentzel (10/5): - Loved my stay. As a single traveller it was a cosy homely feel and onsite restaurant had delicious food. Right in the middle of the city near all the attractions. I never needed a taxi as I could walk everywhere. I had a manicure at the spa but their facilities to do the manicure was not great. The poor therapist and myself was sitting very uncomfortable in a small treatment room on either side of a treatment bed. You need a manicure station!

Excellent quality fittings and facilities. The staff really makes this hotel though, they can’t do enough to help you, so friendly and welcoming. My room was a little smaller than I hoped for the price but it was not a small room. Being ancestral in Florence expect some night time noise. Refuse collection in the small hours and those revellers still making their way home.

- Karl (9/5): A good winter break, mixing a holiday with a bit of culture - The location was perfect. The hotel is in a quiet, tranquil alley, just round the corner from the main piazza signoria, and right in the heart of the city. Apart from being very close to the main attractions, and the Duomo, it is surrounded by a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is not much to report against.

Die Lage war super und auch der Valet Service hat gut funktioniert. Leider war der Abfluss in unserer Dusche komplett verstopft, so dass das ganze Badezimmer überflutet wurde und das Wasser auch ins Zimmer gelaufen ist. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, ist das natürlich schade, dass wir nur sehr eingeschränkt duschen konnten.
