Un hotel raffinato dove la cortesia del personale supera la bellezza del luogo. Camere arredate con gusto, spazi comuni ampi che rievocano nel viaggiatore i fasti di Venezia da cartolina. Un esperienza meravigliosa, un hotel fortemente consigliato.

- Charlotte (10/5): great hotel in heart of venice with incredible staff - lovely hotel, kind and helpful staff who genuinely go above and beyond to support tourists. rooms clean and location is terrific we were put in room 36 right at the top and the skylights appeared to have no way to shut the light out. if there was there was absolutely no information provided and noone told us when we were escorted to our room. it wasnt a major issue as we had to get up early anyway but should we have wanted a sleep in it would have frustrated me

- gerard (8/5): good stay just frustrated with directions and the steep price. - well kept good breakfast great service had mobility aid elevator price was much too high. location was far from san marco. was difficult for mobility limited person to navigate city with heavy luggage. directions given by staff were difficult to understand together with the map provided too small to read. there was a bit of mould in the r shower.

It was a bit stuffy upstairs in dining room - need comfortable couches to relax in and chairs to eat breakfast. No one talked - there was no atmosphere or vibe a bit dull and pretentious.

Will miss the evening courtyard get together with other guests. In between water taxi and hotel there is a series of steps that you have to carry your luggage up and down.

Wonderfully appointed hotel that embodies classic Venetian elegance in every respect yet with a subtly minimalist approach that lets the beauty of the building speak for itself, somehow adds an almost modern aesthetic. Rooms are immaculate, breakfast has upgraded from "very good" to "exceptional," and location is beyond ideal, on a quiet street but just steps from the St. Angelo vaporetto stop, legendary Venice attractions, and dozens of appealing shops, restaurants and bars. Great staff -- thanks as before to Luca at the front desk for his insight on local dining and excursions, to Carlos for running a terrific bar on the second floor, and to Mikaela for keeping an eye on everything. - Enrica (10/5): Meraviglioso - A due passi dal vaporetto di Sant’Angelo e in un quartiere ordinato e tranquillo, il personale è stato oltremodo gentile, la camera era in condizioni di pulizia lodevoli, come tutte le strutture ricettive dovrebbero essere! Il letto comodo, il panorama avvolgente, la sala per la colazione in stanza storica, colazione di qualità. Perfetto per sentirsi in vacanza.

Le petit déjeuner était digne d’un 4 étoiles avec des produits typiques et frais. Enfin, le personnel était également adorable ce qui a rendu encore plus le séjour magique. Rien tout était parfait 🫶🏻

Even showed up in street clothes to say goodbye when we checked out. The breakfast was amazing and the room quiet and comfortable. The location was excellent; hidden away, yet close to everything.
- Carola (10/5): Einzigartig dieses Hotel - Einfach alles ,man wird herzlich empfangen und hat für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Zum Schluss konnten wir noch eine Bootstour nach Murano machen und eine Glasbläserei besichtigen, das war im Preis inkludiert. Was für ein Service , das hat es nochmal aufgewertet. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Ambiente ist traumhaft, wie im Märchen. Abends an der Bar war Carlos ein Meister seines Handwerks. Die Drinks 🍸 super lecker ,auch schön das Zelebrieren mit anzusehen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man in Venedig bleibt. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Das wir es nur eine Nacht gebucht haben. Passiert nicht wieder.

- Renata (8/5): - Really really enjoyed, the location, style, comfort, staff. Our room was newly renovated, clean, and nicely appointed. I especially loved the bathroom and the shelf built into the wall that we used to store our things. Perfect design. My only complaint was that you could hear a bit of noise from the hall at night. I am a fairly heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me, however my mother heard someone at the neighbors knocking fairly late at night. I could also hear people talking in the hall. It wasn't bad at all and could probably be helped with a little carpeting in the hallway. Very nice place, would stay again.

- Marcela (10/5): - Krásný hotel, milý a vstřícný personál, úžasné město, Benátky milujeme. Snídaně byla výborná, bohužel jsme si jí užily jenom jednou. Díky zpožděnému letu z Prahy, nám uletěl přípoj z Vídně a do Benátek jsme se dostaly až další den, takže jsme měli zkrácený pobyt o jeden den a v neděli jsme hotel opouštěly brzy ráno. Jak jsem již uvedla, přišly jsme o dvě snídaně, tak jsme v neděli dostaly na cestu krabičku, kde však kromě vody bylo pro nás vše nepoživatelné, suchary, jam a nutela, takže to bylo zklamání :-(

- Miquel (9/5): Hotel céntrico con encanto - Realmente está muy bien situado y es confortable, estuvimos es una habitación abuhardillada y tenía vistas, estaba reformada y limpia, quizás un poco pequeña. Desayuno muy correcto. el cambio de ascensor para subir del 2º al 3º no es práctica aunque igual por la antigüedad de la edificación no hay otra solución nada insalvable y buena puntuación en general.

The staff were friendly and helpful with a lot of great advice. Breakfast in the mornings were in a film set of a room with plenty of selection to eat and the staff happy,friendly and attentive. The hotel was easy to get to from Sant Angelo boat pier,just a short walk which is a bonus when carrying bags. The location of the hotel was also central to a lot of the Venice wish list. We stayed in one of the top floor rooms which was full of charm and spotless. All in all we were so pleased with our stay we couldn't have wished for more. Had no dislikes to speak of.

- Carlos (10/5): ESTANCIA DE ENSUEÑO - Nuestra experiencia en el Palazzo Keller ha sido magnífica. Desde antes de llegar el equipo ya se preocupó de que todo fuera bien, ayudándonos con el servicio de transferencia privado desde el aeropuerto (muy recomendable por cierto). Una vez allí, han cuidado de nosotros atendiéndonos siempre con una sonrisa y ocupándose de que todo fuera de nuestro agrado. El propio hotel es fantástico, una palacete reformado con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas, limpias, acogedoras. Recomiendo reservar la habitación con el desayuno incluido, ya que es fantástico y muy completo. La ubicación es perfecta a tan solo unos minutos de la plaza de San Marcos. Ojalá podamos volver en el futuro!!

The location is excellent: quiet enough to sleep well, yet within easy reach of the canal and the main attractions. Breakfast was functional but felt a little uninspired — mostly standard packaged items with limited fresh produce. A few more seasonal or local touches would make a real difference at this price point.

La struttura è stata appena ristrutturata ma preserva la bellezza di un palazzo signorile veneziano. Colazione eccellente a buffet e di qualità, sia dolce che salata, in una bellissima sala d’epoca. Il personale è gentilissimo e pronto a dare tanti consigli per visitare al meglio Venezia. Camera silenziosa con letto comodo e bagno nuovo. Tante prese vicino al letto Niente!! Tutto perfetto
