• Lukasz (10/5): - We had a wonderful 2-night stay in this apartment. The place was spacious, modern, and maintained to a very high standard. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to feel at home right away. The neighborhood is peaceful, while still close enough to reach the Old Town on foot in around 25 minutes. The Host was welcoming, responsive, and gave us useful local tips. A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Highly recommended!
• Pranić (10/5): Amazing experience! - ⭐️숙소는 설명 사진과 똑같았고, 엄마, 아빠 그리고 남편이랑 다같이 가족끼리 다녀왔는데 너무 좋았어요! 부모님 마음에도 쏙 들었습니다. ⭐️시설 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 인테리어도 완벽했어요 💯 ⭐️위치도 사실 막상 걸어보면 그렇게 멀지도 않고 딱좋았습니다. 60대 부모님과 함께 걸어도 괜찮은 거리였어요. ⭐️근처에 빵집도 있고 슈퍼도 가까운 거리에 있어서 장봐와서 조식을 차려먹기도 너무 좋았습니다. 🥖 (커피머신에 캡슐 커피도 있었어요!) ⭐️뷰도 오션뷰 너무 좋았어요! 세탁기, 건조기도 있고 수건, 샴푸, 바디샤워, 응급키트 등등 필요한 물품은 전부 있었습니다. ⭐️호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 두브로브니크에 온다면 무조건 다시 묵을 숙소입니다. • Cvek (10/5): - Izgled, čistoča in urejenost apartmaja, odziv in prijaznost gostiteljev. Miren predel mesta z lahko dostopnostjo do centra mesta.
• Ana Dolores (9/5): Si puedes pagarlo, no te lo pierdas. - Es un alojamiento de mucha calidad. Suelo de parqué y moqueta. Muy bien decorado, con mucho gusto y no falta un detalle. Camas estupendas. Toallas abundantes y buenas. Cocina moderna y muy completa. Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción. Incluido en el precio van dos plazas de garaje en el sótano. No está en primera línea de playa, a pesar de lo cual este alojamiento tiene una vista estupenda a la mar. No está en el centro de la ciudad, está notablemente alejado y hay que caminar 30 minutos o usar el coche.

• ELEFTHERIOS (10/5): - Ένα υπέροχο τριήμερο απόλαυσης, άνεσης, ησυχίας με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή του Lapad με θέα ακόμη και από το υπνοδωμάτιο που έχει το δικό του μπαλκόνι. Υπόγειο πάρκινγκ και ανελκυστήρας για να μεταβεί στο διαμέρισμα. Έχει Όλες τις ανέσεις που δύσκολα βρίσκεις σε διαμέρισμα. Συγχαρητήρια στους ιδιοκτήτες για τον υπέροχο χώρο. Θέλει λίγο περπάτημα για να μεταβεί στις στάσεις που πηγαίνουν στη Κεντρική Πύλη, αλλά δεν είναι πρόβλημα.

• Richard (9/5): Great location and a very comfortable apartment with sea views and everything you need for your stay - The host Angelika met us on arrival, we had an early flight and she was able to offer us a slightly earlier check-in than listed. When we were checking in Angelika gave us very detailed information about the area: restaurants, beaches, Public transport, how to get the Old Town; etc. The location of the property was perfect for us, the Old Town is about 30 minutes walk and it's a nice walk along the coastal path. There are several small supermarkets and a larger one within 10-15 minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment itself is excellent, with sea views from the large terrace and everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home.

There are two good sized bedrooms with two ensuite bathrooms and one toilet. Taking breakfast at the balcony and enjoying the sea view are certainly great enjoyment. There was so much space and it was so clean..really perfect! The owners were so lovely too. We took Ubers into the Old Town which added up. We should have taken the bus .

It has two balconies overlooking the sea and both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a beach and supermarket nearby. The view was amazing and the feeling was that of a very modern home. The port and old town were short car drive away, but may be a bit too far for some to walk. There are supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. Would stay again.
