• Linda (7/5): - Clean, well presented apartment. Close to a station. Reasonable walking distance to main landmarks. Our apartment was on the first level above a bar. There was a lot of noise at night until the early hours of the morning that made sleeping difficult. The apartment did not have a washing machine as advertised, although washing was offered as a free service by the accompanying hotel. There were very limited kitchen utensils, e.g one teaspoon and no other spoons which made self catering difficult.

Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas cet établissement, à fuir absolument!

• Mary (6/5): Nice location but just okay - It was clean and the location was great Feel like the apartment we had was in the middle of still being renovated. Bathroom wasn’t completely finished but we were able to still use the shower and other amenities. Looked like it was missing all the tile work in the shower and bottom half of the walls. Also, there was still work being done on other apartments because you could hear the sawing and hammering in other units starting at 0700. Was told that I could park my car on the ramp for free of the adjoining hotel (they handle the apartment rentals). However, when I asked about it in person a few times was told that I could not and had to pay the €35 per night fee for them to park my car in a garage at a different location. But other vehicles were able to park there overnight! Still don’t understand that part!!

• Brian (4/5): - When we arrived we could not work the safe and the phone was not working. The lady came by but seemed very annoyed and seems bothered. Miserable lady. Blonde Russian looking. Also when we were leaving she tried to get us to pay the City Tax when we already paid when we checked in. She insisted we didn’t. Then I had to search for my receipt to prove it. I am very organized, other visitors may have just paid again. Disorganized same lady and didn’t even apologize.

• Jutta (8/5): Spacious, Modern Apartment with Great Location - The room was really nice and spacious, very modern and super clean. It had a fridge, stove, dishes, a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom, a good air conditioning, a good shower, plenty of lights and windows. There were also blackout curtains operated by a button. The location was good: it was about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo, and there was a metro station nearby with a direct connection to Linate Airport. Very close by there was also another metro station with a 12-minute ride to Centrale Station, where, for example, all the bus tours depart from. So overall, the apartment was very good. The only downside is that if you’re a light sleeper or can’t sleep with earplugs, the windows of the apartment face a square where local teenagers unfortunately held parties and made noise every evening and early night. But otherwise, the apartment and location were excellent—we really liked it a lot.

• Noriko (10/5): - とにかく立地が良いです。地下鉄４号線でリナーテ空港から10分、地上までエスカレーターがあり、駅から2分の距離です。ドゥオーモも、最後の晩餐のあるサンタ・マリア・デッレ・グラツェ教会も、1.1kmなので徒歩15分くらいで行けます。外食したければ2分の距離にレストランがありますし、部屋で食べたければスーパーマーケットは10分以内の範囲に数箇所あります。 部屋は近隣の複数の建物にあり、私は二度宿泊して一度目と二度目は別の建物にある部屋に泊まりました。二度目の今回はExpediaに紹介されている写真の部屋で、セーフティボックスや使いスリッパがあり、一度目の宿泊時の部屋にはないなど微妙な違いがありました。どちらも広々として、リノベートされていて清潔で快適です。よくある設備に加えて、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、フライパン・食器、食洗機があるので暮らすように過ごせます。オススメです。

Se mettete in evidenza come plus la reception 24 h vi consiglio di formare lo staff affinché venga fornito un servizio cortese ed adeguato altrimenti meglio i check in senza umani, più calorosi.

If you need to catch the metro it is right outside the door and easy walk The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed for a weeks stay. There are 3 supermarkets within 2-5 minute walk Check in is at the hotel Pierre Milano not even 50m from the apartment. Hotel desk is manned 24 hours and we could leave our bags there until check in. Staff were very friendly and super helpful Would highly recommend

Dock en varning om att de inte informerar alls om pågående renoveringar I huset där alla lägenheter finns och detär mycket störande ljud från 08 och framåt... Borras och hamras otroligt högt! • Pablo (9/5): Apartamento de lujo, muy bien situado y con una buena relación calidad-precio - El apartamento está muy nuevo y cuidado. El mobiliario es moderno y de gran calidad. Y la decoración y la estética son excepcionales. Además, el tamaño también es bueno, es espacioso. El hecho de que haya recepción 24 horas en el hotel de al lado es un plus, ya que es como si tuvieses la recepción de un hotel de categoría alta para el apartamento. Te acompañan al apartamento y te lo enseñan a la entrada, tienen servicio de aparca coches en su párking, puedes utilizar la consigna para dejar las maletas el último día, el check-out es a las 12:00 como en el hotel (algo que no es lo normal en apartamentos), ... Sobre los utensilios de cocina, parece que cuenta con lo básico para pasar unos días, pero es verdad que no utilizamos la cocina. En cuanto a la ubicación, también es muy buena. La zona parece bastante agradable y tiene una parada de metro casi enfrente. Y en unos 15-20 minutos se llega andando a la plaza del Duomo. No es demasiado luminoso y tiene unas escaleras un poco estrechas y empinadas en la entrada al edificio.

Loved having 24 hour reception as we arrived/checked out in the middle of the night Location is great, a short walk or metro ride into the centre. A nice bakery close by. I would have liked to have had an iron or some way to press my clothes. The bed is very short. Im 5 ft 4in and my feet were almost at the end. Wasn't a problem for me, but tall people may struggle!

• Katie (10/5): - These apartments are wonderful. I stayed for around a week during a working holiday (I work remotely) and found this apartment to be perfect. The kitchen is fitted with new appliances and cooking equipment. The coffee machine is high end. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout curtains helped me get some of my best rests of my long trip around Italy. My work station was perfect for taking meetings and working long hours (the WiFi is strong). When I had a question for the staff, the hotel next door is your go-to at any time (and they went above and beyond to help me). While there is a lovely private patio to enjoy a drink and some quiet reading for the handful of apartments, I enjoyed the short walks to nearby cafes, wine bars, restaurants, and historical areas. There is also a few supermarkets, a metro station and various bus stops on either end of the street. I have already recommended these apartments to many friends!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Suveren leilighet! - Vi bodde i leiligheten én natt og skulle ønske vi hadde en natt eller to til. Den var fantastisk! Om man planlegger å bruke kjøkkenet, må man skaffe en del ting, som krydder, oppvaskmiddel osv. Kun et speil på badet, til tross for stor walk-ingarderobe på soverommet. Man sjekker inn på Hotel Pierre Milano som ligger like ved. Der kan man kjøre bilen opp foran inngangen, laste av bagasjen og bære den til leiligheten som ligger 50 meter bortenfor. Personalet parkerer bilen for deg (koster penger). På grunn av veiarbeid i gaten, er det ikke mulig å stoppe andre steder/foran leiligheten. Man blir fulgt til døren og får kode til døren nede og nøkkelkort til leiligheten. Det er to små heiser tilgjengelig. Telefonnummeret som er oppgitt hos Hotels.com fungerte ikke. Kort tur til domen gjennom bra handlegate. Veldig sentralt. Her bor vi veldig gjerne neste gang også. Da blir både innsjekk og parkering lekende lett.

That said, check in was at a hotel several doors down and the window sign indicating where to go gave only distance rather than an address or name of hotel...vague and non-specific. The front desk personnel at the hotel supporting the apartment property were rather rude and disengaged.
