• Natalie (7/5): - The seal in the showers and limescale could use some attention which let the cleanliness down. It would have been good to know about the parking before the visit. We parked in the nearest public garage but also ended up paying $150 euros because we didn't know about the prepay requirement. This info and the fact you need to pack an overnight bag because you cannot take luggage would have been helpful.

• Shannon (10/5): This was a great home base for exploring old town Dubrovnik. It was a great setup for my family of 2 teenage daughters! - Great location for exploring old town and quiet! There are multiple sets of stairs to reach the property but that seems to be normal for staying in old town.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment situated over 3 floors. Clean, with comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms with good showers. Modern appliances. Good communication with host. Great value for money. Good location within city walls. The only negative is that there are over 100 steps to Main Street, Stradun.

So atmospheric with every modern convenience to hand. Super clean with super comfy beds , fabulous bathroom with great walk in shower. Lovely owners kept us updated from booking to departure very professional in every way. Nothing at all - we found the steps a great challenge ! wouldn't be suitable for the unfit or elderly due to climb up several flights of steps

Communication from Dominium staff from start to finish was excellent, thank you Korina. Our driver Zoran who took us to the airport was informative and engaging. Beautiful City and wonderful people, would highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect for 6 people, probably a little roomier for 4 people but it met our needs. as a new traveler to the area, some warning about the amount of stairs to get to the villa would have been helpful. we ended up hiring a porter to carry our luggage on the way out, would probably have done the same on arrival had we had known.

Not help with bags as we saw no staff at all, contact only via internet. A more accurate description should have been placed on Booking.com
• Tracey (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous location, with washing machine and dryer. Two couples shared this space with maximum privacy and ease. Easy to get bags to and easy to explore the town. Would like to stay there again. Nothing - perfect.

The inside of the house is light and comfortable. No parking close by. You need to park about 20 minutes walk away. But even that’s not too bad.

• William (8/5): Well-appointed townhome, strenuously reached - This is a difficult property to assess. It’s a thin 3- story townhouse. Beds are on every floor. Laundry is in the foyer room. It is very well appointed. The bathroom on the 2nd story was luxurious. There is a comfy dining area for 4 on that floor as well. The host provided us with a 1-hr extended checkout which was very helpful. The bottom 2 floors’ beds were comfortable. The top floor bed, however, was a difficult room to sleep in as (apparently) electric boxes just outside the room whirred all night. It’s not a white noise either, as it sometimes revs like a motorcycle. Not even earplugs would help. Before you book here, please know that you must traverse several flights of stairs to access the property. The direction from which you approach here matters. Hint: Come from the city wall, not the Stradun. Lastly, in our correspondence we were provided info on how to enter the foyer room, but were not given any instructions as to the location of secondary keys that are needed to access the sleeping areas/bathrooms. The owner is not reliably available after 3pm, so we waited for at least 40 minutes before finding the keys ourselves- they were not located in the obvious place provided (the key box). All-in-all, this is a very nice place if you: (1) don’t plan to sleep on the top floor and (2) can get inside!
• Gentian (7/5): Not very pleasant, if out of season. - The viewes and the location of the property. We were out of high season, the apartment was cold and damp, we tried to turn on the AC but the external unit was extremly noisy and sent vibrations in the structure, especially in the higher floors. Internet was not working, no phone signal either was available at the property. A lot of clutter in the entrance and could not easily find the room keys after we entered the structure.

• Jonathan (9/5): Wonderful property - This property has been recently renovated and was nice and new. As with most Dubrovnik Old Town properties it is compact and upward, split across three levels. The top level was a cool bedroom, below that was the main bedroom, kitchenette/dining/bathroom and the ground level had laundry, bedroom and another bathroom. Location was far enough off the main street that it was quiet. It was great to have laundry facilities and a kitchenette. Some things in the property needed repairing such as the front door handle and the upstairs toilet seat was like sitting on a rollercoaster. But really these were fairly minor.

The WiFi didn't work and there was no bed linen for the sofa-bed. This meant my son had to sleep on a bear mattress.

• Tricia (5/5): Our least favorite apartment of our three week stay in the Balkans. - The location was good. The host communicated well and made an effort to allow for an early check in. The apartment was hot, dark and smelled awful on arrival. There was no area for gathering, as the third floor “living” room could not be adequately cooled. The towels were very old and worn, thin and scratchy.
• Tino (8/5): Great comfortable villa if you don't mind stairs. - Self-contained (air conditioned villa with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, stove, and washing+drying machines) The location was great! Very quiet street and attractions are really nearby. you just have to be prepared to climb multiple flights of stairs. Best to pack light as our large suitcases were hard to carry up the stairs. Access to the villa from the main street is via 5-6 flights of stairs (all uneven, steep, and hard to access with kids and luggage) If you stay here, use the BUZA gate as the stairs are not as steep. No external rubbish bin, so be prepared to take your rubbish out to the street bins or keep it for your stay (we had nappies, so it was a challenge)

Each room had its own AC unit.
