Kleine Snacks, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser/Softdrinks sind inklusive. In der Umgebung bzw. Altstadt gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen. Frühstück im Haus wäre das i-Tüpfelchen.... Ansonsten alles perfekt!

• Terry (10/5): The perfect hotel! - We have travelled all around the world, always staying in high end accommodation. This hotel is now our favourite hotel! It was truly amazing. The position is quiet but a 2-minute easy walk to be inside the old walls. The view over the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could dream of has been thought about in the rooms. Staff were exceptional. The hotel has a dreamy feel to it with attention to detail everywhere you look. Soft music playing in the foyer, fresh flowers everywhere its smells divine. Cosy, large, quiet rooms. It is perfect! Nothing, I wish we could have stayed longer.

• LEAH (10/5): Best accommodation in Dubrovnik - Nina was very helpful and kind, room was exceptional in cleanliness and comfort, common areas so well appointed, pantry was a dream kitchen, location perfect, view and sound of waves fantastic It would have been better if there is an elevator but it was honestly very least of our concern even if we have a lot of luggage just because we were so happy with everything.

• Emily (10/5): Luxurious and quiet oasis in the heart of Dubrovnik - This was hands down the most beautiful property we stayed at during our entire road trip through Croatia. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the Pile Gate into Old Town, but still fairly accessible by car and down a quiet alley away from the crowds and noise. The rooms and common spaces throughout the hotel are absolutely gorgeous in their design. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything felt very high quality and luxurious. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, meeting us to show us where to park and help us with our bags. There's two beautiful terraces that overlook the harbor, Old Town walls, and Fort Lovrijenac - it's a great spot to sit and have your morning coffee or an evening drink, or just to escape the midday hustle and bustle of Old Town. There's many complimentary snacks and drinks on-site. Sea Rocks truly feels like an oasis in busy and beautiful Dubrovnik - I'll be planning to stay here again on my next visit! Sea Rocks was absolutely perfect! My only note is that with Dubrovnik's new restrictions on driving into the city, if you are arriving by car, make sure you've reserved parking with the hotel in advance (you'll need to provide your license plate to be registered with the city), as they only have a few parking spots.

From the check in with Andrea, to the room, to the beautiful sea view and the bottle of champagne and chocolates left for us for our anniversary, truly "par excellence". The staff was all wonderfully helpful and we will certainly be staying here again when we are back in Dubrovnik. Cannot recommend enough. The complimentary coffee, snack, drink bar was a lovely touch too!

Me and my husband said multiple times throughout our stay how happy we were that we found and booked Sea Rocks for the start of our honeymoon. Every amenity you could need is provided and the staff are exceptional as well. It is conveniently located close to Pile gate and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Dubrovnik but still manages to be a quiet peaceful retreat. I hope to be back soon!!

• John (10/5): Excellent in all respects - The Sea Rocks is located just beyond the hustle & bustle of the Old Town but within a 1 minute walk so it was excellently positioned and nice & quiet. The staff were excellent, super helpful & pleasant. The decor was modern & stylish and the room was very comfortable. Definitively one of those places you wouldn't hesitate to return to. The breakfast was self help and simple. It would have been better if there were some tables & chairs in the room at which to eat your breakfast and if there were some fresh pastries, croissants etc

The staff are friendly and check in / out went very smoothly. The apartment is a little on the pricey side, but you are paying for quality and a great location.

The room was stunning with the most breathtaking view, and the location was ideal—just outside the Old Town, close enough to walk but peaceful and quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing—so warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our room was always spotless, stocked with great snacks, and they gave us wonderful local recommendations. We were surprised with a delicious bottle of Croatian wine and rose petals on the bed, which made our first night incredibly special. It truly felt like a dream, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. The hospitality and experience were unforgettable.

Even though the location is just outside of Pile Gate, Sea Residences is a peaceful, quiet oasis. We had our coffee on the balcony overlooking the castle in the mornings, our mini bar was refilled, the room was decorated on point and bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! The staff were attentive, professional and friendly. It was absolutely wonderful stay which we would recommend wholeheartedly!

It’s the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. For any Game of Thrones fan, this location is absolutely amazing! One of the highlights of our stay was the truly stunning views from the terrace. It felt like our own private sanctuary, offering breathtaking panoramas that we enjoyed at all hours. We honestly didn’t miss a traditional breakfast at all, thanks to the fantastic 24/7 snack room. This was a brilliant feature, allowing us to have a simple and convenient breakfast at our leisure. Even better, being able to enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the rest of the day was far more valuable to us, adding immense comfort and convenience to our stay. Beyond the unbeatable location, what truly set Sea Rocks Dubrovnik apart was the personal and warm service we received. • Norman (10/5): Our 2 night stay was relaxing and a perfect way to end our travels in Croatia. - The Sea Rocks is a lovely oasis just outside the Old City walls. It was nice to be able to escape the crowds and relax on the roof top terrace or on the garden terrace. With the sea breeze and sound of the crashing waves, it was a slice of heaven. We stayed in the deluxe sea view room, it was very spacious and well appointed. Everything in the room was well thought out and very comfortable. Not to mention, the view was incredible! Breakfast is not included, however, there is yogurt and fresh fruit as well as tea, coffee and juices. If you want a cooked breakfast, I would recommend Dubravka 1836 which is about a 1 minute walk from the residence. If you are into swimming and kayaking, it is just steps away. Everything is conveniently located. I highly recommend the Sea Rocks Residence! We could find any issues with the residence or staff. The Residence was ideally located and perfect in so many ways.

• Scott (10/5): - Beautiful recently renovated 6-room boutique hotel directly on an alcove of the Adriatic Sea. A 2 minute walk to the Pile Gate of the old city and the St Lawrence Castle. An ideal location. We had a room with a direct sea view which was fabulous. There was a large patio with a sitting area directly next to our room which was great. The 2 young women at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our time at Sea Rocks Residence and highly recommend it.
• Linda (10/5): A magical retreat just outside the old town in a private sea side bay. 60 second walk toolstown! - Exquisite property designed perfectly for the setting. We loved everything about our room, the shared balcony, the endless supply of beautiful drinks and snacks. One minute walk from the old town entrance was a huge benefit for short little trips inside the old town entrance and then returning for a rest. We loved the waterfront bay and the local bar and church right next door. It felt like a movie! We WILL stay here again and it is on our list as a favorite hotel from all our world travels. The staff offered impeccable service all around, so kind and friendly, helpful with all topics. 10 plus! I booked this because of the previous reviews and now I understand! Nothing- it was that perfect!

• Burns (10/5): Perfect in every way! - The location is perfect! I had a delightful stay in this beautifully appointed, comfortable residence. Breathtaking views of the sea and beautiful stars at night. This was a trio I will always remember fondly.

The location is just outside of Pile gate and away from the hectic noise/tourists but still close enough it’s a 2 minute walk from all restaurants and shops etc. It overlooks “blackwater bay” from Game of Thrones if you’re a fan. We stayed in the highest room which overlooks the water, you can hear the waves and the floor below has a cute little patio for a morning coffee. Andrea, the hotel manager is exceptional. She went out of her way to make my husband’s birthday special, decorating our room while we were out, messaging me back quickly on arrangements for a driver to and from the airport and various other requests. She gave great recommendations and ensured the room was cleaned everyday. The hotel isn’t licensed to serve breakfast but they have a cute snack bar downstairs with water, coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit etc to grab and go as you please. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and has excellent hot water for showers, a safe in the room, comfortable bed and felt very safe. There is a lovely restaurant called Dubravka 1 minute walk up the steps near the hotel and a grocery shop across the street, with taxi and bus options at your doorstep if you need to veer out. If you’re looking for a peaceful oasis whilst still being close to all the main attractions and meeting points in Old Town, look no further!! Nothing! Maybe could have a bathtub but that’s being picky :)

Staff is great and helpful. The AC is covered by the drape; they may need to shorten them. We lifted the drape to have air circulate easily.

Sea Rocks thought of every need and want. There are not enough good words to say about Andrea and Sea Rocks, so I will just say we literally cannot wait to get back to Dubrovnik and Sea Rocks…would never think of staying anywhere else!

• Michael (10/5): Croatia Road Trip September 2024 - Wow, what an amazing place to stay. For any big Game of Thrones fans the rooms look out on to Kings Landing. The communication was superb from the booking through to check-in and departure. Sea Rocks arranged our transport from the Ferry Port and also to the airport for our return journey home. They regularly sent us updates regarding our check-in and the lady who showed us to our room was lovely. We had the largest room which is on the top floor. It was huge with views across the Adriatic sea. There was a mini fridge which we would help ourselves to at no extra cost and they even left us some fresh flowers, a welcome card, a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit. The bed and bedding was by the far the best of all the places we stayed. The accommodation is just outside of Pile Gate but you don't hear any noise at all. There is a communal room in the basement where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks etc throughout the day. We saw so many people within the walls lugging suitcases up and down all the stairs - if you stay here you won't need to do this at all. We really cannot recommend this place enough. It is one of the best places we have ever stayed.
• CARRIE (10/5): - Words cannot express how amazing this property is! 2 balconies to enjoy, a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, fresh, beautiful decor, well laid out, just stunning! And the location!!!!! Where people come all day and night to take pictures is literally where the balconies face! Easy to get to with very few steps. I felt it was the most beautiful location in the entire city and we had the privilege of staying there!

• Mira (10/5): Exceptional hotel in an exceptional city - Absolutely stunning property in the most perfect location. Wonderful staff. Small boutique hotel so very quiet and private. Room was beautifully decorated and bathroom was clean and lovely. Our room looked straight onto the fort and beach and it was so stunning. The hotel is only a few minutes away from the Old Town entrance so extremely convenient. Parking was in a private lot a short walk away uphill. There is an extra charge for parking but it was worth it for the convenience. I would suggest that you travel light as wheeling big bags through the crowds and uneven surfaces is difficult. There are also quite a few stairs to navigate so the lighter the better. Great free snacks and drinks during your stay. Staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. The bed was very firm. I found it to be just too hard to be comfortable. The linen was excellent quality and the pillows were great. Our room had raked ceilings that were very low in some areas so we both banged our heads a few times until we got accustomed to it.
• Kathleen (10/5): Sea Rocks is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Old Town Dubrovnik! - Location is only steps away from Pile Gate. Beautiful views. Luxurious accommodations. Helpful staff. Generous amenities. Absolutely loved it! We’ll be back. Nothing!
• Dania (10/5): EXCELLENT. Highly recommended - Andrea is extremely nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean, new and beautiful. There is a 24/7 small buffet where you can have a cup of coffee, beverages, snacks and fruits. AC working very well. The terrace has a great view. Location is excellent, all the excursions start from the Pille. Highly recommended. And even though it is locating in the center and there are lots of tourists - it was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our sleep in silence (we usually stay in the city center but it was the only time there was no noise from the streets). And the last point about the beach - there were people swimming and sunbathing right under the windows at the dock but we walked (cca 10 minutes though the Old Town) to the Banje beach.
• mark (10/5): - Really exceptional. Small, perfectly located just outside the hustle of the Old Town, beautifully presented. 10/10, would not hesitate to book again and recommend.

Andrea is so sweet and professional, we were able to check out later which was greatly appreciated. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. The 24 hour snack room for water etc is invaluable for travelers. Highly highly recommend, we hope to come back with our family. It was magical
• Irina (10/5): - I had the single room with sea view and everything was outstanding: clean and modern room with a fabulous view, just outside Pile gate, close to everything. The room had a fruit plate waiting for me and the property offered free daily access to a rich snack/coffee bar. I felt pampered. I especially appreciated that the host, Andrea, let me keep the room till 4 pm on my departure day (check out time was still 11am) since the next guest announced a late arrival.
