• Krzysztof (8/5): Super miejsce, kilka prostych poprawek. - Lokalizacja super. Standard pokoju wysoki. Wygodne łóżko. Brak stolika w pokoju. Pokój ciemny a otwarcie oka to bezpośredni kontakt z pracownikami lokalu naprzeciw. Myślę że dobrym rozwiązaniem byłoby zamydlenie okna do połowy żeby było światło i prywatność.

• Incognita1 (8/5): I had a great stay in Dubrovnik! - The room is spacious and located in old town close to a million stores and restaurants. The hosts are responsive and very nice (we met Tea, and she was awesome and kind); I loved the check in via a code box (very convenient); the mattress was comfortable! The room was clean. I liked the idea of Storing luggage in a locker room and having a key (easy to Iaccess stuff if needed - a.k.a. We got umbrellas and our jackets when it got cold. Old town is beautiful ! Bottom line, I would absolutely stay there again! The room is loud and on top of an Irish bar; it literally shakes until 1 am every night as long as the karaoke is on. I didn’t mind it terribly but wasn’t able to sleep normally (which is immediately); if you are a light sleeper this might not work for you until 1 am every night. you need to climb two flights of uneven stairs to reach the room. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled like sewage (but this was corrected the next morning - some one came and flushed the water from the tank, and the situation was fixed); the door in the room stopped locking the last day(maybe a battery issue?); we had to sleep with the door open (I guess one negative from not staying in a an actual hotel); I didn’t like having to pay to store the luggage after check out. It’s not easy to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. The cons did not change my experience, but I think that this is relevant info for other travelers.

• Kyle (10/5): Great value and very reasonably priced for what you get...a top place to stay in Old Town! - Very clean and spacious. Got to enjoy one of the best locations and experience true 'old town' vibes with the stone walls. The management company is very accommodating and always provide specific instructions. They also did a great job with a reasonable transfer for my exit from Dubrovnik. Another big W, is the office is open 9am-9pm, which is great if you need to drop by. They communicate via Whatsap so it makes things super convenient and ease of business. Just bear in mind there is an Irish pub right nearby that has live music all the time and pretty late into the night. It's not overbearing, earplugs basically eliminate it. I actually enjoyed it because I was out most of the time anyway and when I wasn't I felt more connected to the culture of Old Town Dubrovnik. Wifi was on backup so very bad connection couldn't use many aps or things I needed to. However, this was temporary as I know they're working on getting the main wifi fixed.
• susan (5/5): Don’t stay here if you are coming off of a long flight and need some sleep! - The location is great, inside the walls of the old city BUT the fact that it is directly above an Irish Pub made sleeping impossible. Do not stay here unless you are planning to party until 1AM every night. Literally, the band played loudly until 1:30AM each of the 4 nights of our stay. The very loud music from the Irish pub made stay here I recommendable. And it’s too bad really because the room is so charming otherwise.

Great bars and restaurants literally outside of your door. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip. LOVED the place!

Pokój był niezwykle przestronny i wyposażony w bardzo wygodne łóżko, które gwarantowało komfortowy wypoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dodatkowym atutem była sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, która okazała się zbawienna w upalne dni. ​Łazienka również zrobiła na nas ogromne wrażenie. Jej stylowy wystrój z płytkami imitującymi marmur i nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami idealnie łączył się z historycznym charakterem całego obiektu. ​Podsumowując, jeśli szukasz miejsca, które pozwoli Ci zanurzyć się w atmosferze Dubrownika, a jednocześnie zapewni luksus i komfort, ten hotel jest strzałem w dziesiątkę. Zdecydowanie polecam!
• Julia (1/5): UNBELIEVABLY loud music - whole apartment vibrating - didn't sleep a wink! - Nothing. Insanely loud music from the pub one level down. Whole apartment vibrating from the music. Impossible to sleep! Also - the electric lock on our door malfunctioned and we were LOCKED IN with no way of escaping - thank god there was no fire or emergency! Total waste of money - I am livid.
• Mary-Anne (9/5): A stunning apartment in a magically beautiful city! - Fabulous accommodation which exceeded my expectations. The apartment, located right in the middle of the Old Town, was stunning. I loved the exposed stone brickwork, high ceilings with charming wooden beams. The décor was gorgeous and the apartment looked as if it was straight out of a classic 1950s movie. The space was spotless, very well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need - from a fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee to two TVs (one in the living room and another in the bedroom) for added comfort. It also had a balcony, with two separate doors leading out, where you could sit, relax in the evening. The location could not have been more perfect – everything was just steps away, yet the apartment still felt like a peaceful retreat. The hosts were super helpful - they organised my transfers from the airport and were very responsive to all my enquiries. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend Dubrovnik Homes to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in this beautiful city. The WiFi connection wasn’t very good, but manageable. I was also aware from the reviews that music from the nearby Irish pub, went on until late, but this was only until 11.30 or so and after the first night I didn’t notice it that much - a very small price to pay given the fantastic location. The hosts also provide ear plugs anyway!
• Michelle (8/5): Beautiful room, great location and friendly staff. - Room was excellent. Just like the photos. Loved the stone walls. It was in a great location. Close to everything. Room was right above the Irish Pub. Music till 2am however ear plugs were provided and the noise wasn’t that bad.
• Daniel (7/5): - Nagyon jó helyen található az óvárosban. Szép tiszta szoba, gyorsan válaszoltak kérdések esetén. A szoba alatt egy szórakozóhely található, ami egyig olyan hangos hogy rezeg a padló. Hajnal 1 után már oké, csak nem olyan jó a hangszigetelés az épületben.

• Stephen (10/5): Brilliant and beautiful - This is an amazing central location. Perfect for a city stay. Amazing communication from the team so we could check in easily. Some reviews refer to the Irish Pub. Don’t let that put you off they even provided ear plugs, to be honest didn’t bother us. We may have even contributed to the street noise.

The location is in the heart of the old city. We were sent check in details before our arrival. We really enjoyed our visit. We expected some noise having read the reviews, but the room that we had is directly above the Irish Pub, so it was very noisy in the evening. Live music from 8pm until 11pm then music until 1pm. We used the ear plugs provided- thank you.

Very loud at night, located next to The Irish Pub that plays loud music until 1/2am every night. Had to ask for clean towels after 2 days. The room itself was modern however when you first walk into the building it seems very derelict and was pitch black when we arrived early hours of the morning.

People with mobility issues would not be ideal. Check in was smooth and the girls were helpful. Great location in old town but very hard to sleep: we were aware of the noise but didn’t expect to be directly above the pub. Sleep does not happen there.

• Deb (4/5): - The room was very centrally located in the old section of Dubrovnik, the room was Excellent but has two pubs as neighbors with music blaring starting at noon until very late in the evening. Ear plugs had been provided but the bass was So loud you could feel the vibrations through your body. The company moved me to another property for my 3 night stay but it was a room where previous smokers had been in. The room had poor ventilation. I think the air conditioning was not functioning as everything felt damp including the bedding and my clothes in my bag.

The area around us the every other street were very quiet in late evening. The apartment was really nice and the location was also very good. Would recommend Dubrovnik Old Town but need to research what's below you.

• Laurie (8/5): Despite being over the Irish Pub, I would stay again if given a discount compensation for noise - Breakfast not included but we appreciated the coffee pods. The place was extremely clean and well supplied with a coffee machine with excellent fresh espresso and tea pot. Refrigerator was also in the room which allowed us to keep milk for coffee and fruit available. I liked the set up with 2 apts and a common entranceway which had books and brochures available. The room and bathroom was spacious and the shower was new and had a powerful shower head. Bed was extremely comfortable and the AC was quiet and provided a cool, comfortable room which was highly valuable during the heat wave we experienced. The location was right in the center of Old Town-very convenient. We asked for a couple of additional pods and were told we only are allowed 4 pods for a two night stay. The room was directly over the Irish Pub which had live music until wee hours of the morning. It was very loud and not conducive to falling asleep easily.

• Fiona (10/5): - Great property in a great location. People mentioned the noise but I live in a city so I can sleep through news and had no problem with it. I fell asleep each night no problem so I’m not even sure what time it ended. There were 3 of us in 2 rooms and the set up of rooms 55 and 56 were perfect with a connecting hallway. Would recommend the property and stay here again

Comfy bed etc alround a decent room although a little pricey guess its the location you are paying for. I was not aware at the time of booking that the room is directly above an Irish Bar which clearly does kareoke in the evenings. Only after I had paid was this mentioned so slightly misleading. The noise wasn't unbareable but had I known this I would have probablt picked another hotel/apartment to stay in.

• Rachela (9/5): Beautiful stay, good location. - It was exactly as per the pictures. It was spacious, good facilities, good size bathroom, netflix and espresso coffee machine. Centrally located in the heat of it all so it was great to pop in and out during the day. Also nice and modern but fits with the aesthetics of the location. It is a very loud due to the Irish bar downstairs. They give you ear plugs but it would have been good to know. You also can't open the bedroom window because it is directly opposite an office that looks straight in. Also the safe was broken.

The location is fantastic, right in the center of town. Communications with the host was great. As many have noted, the apartment is right over an Irish bar with very loud music at night. It's not a good place for light sleepers... bring yor earplugs (there are also some in the apartment). The noise was not a big issue for us. The location is well worth it.

Maintaining a high standard throughout. The location is superb. There are numerous charming cafes and restaurants close to the apartment.

• Jonathan (10/5): Amazing room, spacious, clean and luxurious. - Upon arriving to the room we were pleasantly surprised that the room was extremely spacious and luxurious. Everything was brand new and with high quality. We had everything we needed in the room, including an espresso machine. The room was really clean and felt brand new, which is highly valued by us. The bed was super comfy and an amazing AC. I can highly recommend this place. It’s in the heart of the old town, without any stairs to climb. We will definitely revisit next time. To be honest I have nothing to complain about.
• Rhian (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was roomier than I expected and was really lovely. Bed was large and super comfortable, and it was really nicely decorated. Location was just off the Stradun right next to everything within the Old Town - would absolutely stay again! There was a delay in me checking in which wasn't ideal - but staff were very apologetic, took my luggage so I could go have a wander and called me as soon as it was available.
• Nathalie (10/5): Clean and beautiful room with high ceilings and great atmosphere altogether. - The room was beautiful, true to the beauty of the old city but with a modern twist. Bathroom very luxurious. Could not be more central than this with bars and restaurants and the blue sea just a few metres away. Definitely coming back to stay here next time in Dubrovnik. Due to its central location it was a bit noisy in the evening. However that should be the case for any apartment in the heart of the old city.
• Ingrid (5/5): Very nice room, but location over the Irish Pub was too loud for us. Would have also preferred to be able to turn in and - Very nice interior. Modern room. It was located directly above an Irish Pub. Music was VERY loud so it was hard to sleep. Music would start to die down around 1 or 2 am. We were only allowed to have one set of towels. We wanted an extra towel due to washing hair multiple times from the heat. Our towel also got dirty due to multiple showers a day since Croatia was having extremely hot temperatures. We offered to exchange our towels but were told that would only happen on cleaning day. On cleaning day we did receive fresh towels and extra toilet paper but that was it. The property did not do any cleaning of the room in the week we spent there.
• Stephanie (10/5): The BEST location, most amazing aircon! 10/10! - We booked this property when there was no reviews but took the chance because it looked so lovely and had such a central location. So glad we did! Don’t think we could have been closer to the centre, literally 200 metres or so from the Main Street. Du Homes were great when we forgot an adapter for our charger and let us borrow one. They were always on hand via WhatsApp. The office is just along the same street. The air on was AMAZING! It was 35 degrees most days and we would nip back to the room to cool down for a rest. Freezing cold as soon as you walk in. The beds were super comfy and the decor is beautiful! Would definitely recommend to anyone! We would book with Du Homes again if we returned to Dubrovnik. The Irish bars at night were a little loud with the live music but not enough to put us off for next time. We were so tired it didn’t affect our sleep. I think most central locations would have the same issue. No spoons for tea and coffee but again not a huge issue, maybe an oversight by housekeeping staff but we didn’t bother to ask for any!
