The hotel itself is a little off of the street, so you need to pay attention to the street address to find it. It is in a secluded and quiet area in the middle of a bustling city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my bicycle with me and the hotel found me a safe and secure place to store it - this was a concern for me within Rome. The room was very modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit.

Τα δωμάτια είναι εξίσου ικανοποιητικά και κυρίως, καθαρά. Δεν δούλευε ο εξαερισμός του δωματίου, με αποτέλεσμα με τη θέρμανση να είναι αρκετά ζεστό. - Vassilis (10/5): Καθαρό, μοντέρνο, καλή τιμή, εξυπηρετικό και σε καλή απόσταση από το κέντρο. - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι αυτό ακριβώς που υπόσχεται. Δεν είναι ακριβώς στο κέντρο αλλά αρκετά κοντά σε αυτό, πράγμα που δεν δυσκόλεψε τις μετακινήσεις μας καθόλου. Το μετρό και το λεωφορείο είναι πραγματικά πολύ κοντά (αν και την πρώτη φορά φανήκαν μακριά στο maps). Το δωμάτιο καθαρό, προσεγμένο με όση άνεση χρειάζεται για αυτή την τιμή. Bonus: Ο καφές (double espresso) στο roof top είναι πολύ καλός. Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία, μολαταύτα ότι είχε ήταν πολύ καλό. Μετά τις 23:00 οι άνθρωποι που βρίσκονται στη ρεσεψιόν δε μιλάνε καθόλου αγγλικά, χρειαστήκαμε μία πληροφορία και αν και πρόθυμοι δυσκολευτήκαμε πολύ να συνεννοηθούμε.

- Laury (7/5): Prima maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Het hotel is modern en ziet er netjes uit. Airco werkt prima. Best veel kastruimte. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen, heel weinig keuze en het brood was taai/oud. De bedden zijn klein, 1.40m breed. Badkamer en douche zijn ook smal. Best gehorig en de liften kraakten wel wat. Na 23:00 uur is er niemand meer bij de receptie en kom je het hotel niet meer binnen met je kamersleutel. Meerdere keren naar het hotel gebeld en pas na een kwartier kwam er iemand om de deur te openen.

Il mio giudizio assolutamente positivo si riferisce principalmente al soggiorno di 6 mesi di mio figlio. Loved it - and a great option for Rome. Super cool rooftop. Restaurant and Hotel seem not to harmonise. Very unfriendly restaurant person made people leave who dared to sit in an empty room at the rooftop terrace. He made me leave the empty room with empty tables because "it is for the restaurant and not the hotel guests".

- Aleksandras (5/5): Great location - Location is great, only 2 metro stops from Colosseum and 4 to Termini train station. Metro stops only 10min avai. There is a lot of shops around including grocery shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. There also some Museums only 12min away. Area is really quiet and not too crowded. Property was clean and comfortable. No enough sockets and usb pots to charge all your accessories and power banks The only pleasant and helpful member of staff was security guard at night time, who was really polite. Remaining members was quite arrogant. 2 days out of 3 during day time, we didn’t had hot water, one of those days no hot water at all, only colt water tap was active. No messages or info about maintenance provided. Room is really cold, AC unit had been temperature settings of 25° Celsius, which at night wasn’t enough to heat up room, we had to use hairdryer to worm up air temperature. Breakfast is terrible, old pastry and some vegetables, we didn’t even bothered to go there, luckily it was included in a room price. Do not pay (prebook) for breakfast and go to the corner of the street instead, for a nice fresh food.

Ma soprattutto niente acqua calda.. C'è molto da rivedere nella gestione della struttura.

- Company (8/5): - Instalaciones casi nuevas y limpias, el personal sobretodo el vigilante nocturno su amabilidad Nos ubicaron en una habitación adaptada para personas con discapacidad por lo que el cuarto de baño no tenía ducha literal porque te duchabas en el suelo y se encharcaba todo el baño, el aseo era muy alto, la TV está ubicada en el sentido contrario de cómo estaba la cama por lo que no podías verla si querías desde la cama y las dimensiones eran extremadamente pequeñas, obvio estoy de acuerdo con tener habitaciones adaptadas pero disponibles para gente que las necesite, si no las solicitas no deberían dártela.

- Gino (8/5): Perfect location and clean environment - The personnel were very nice, friendly, and professional. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The location is absolutely amazing, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The bed was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to rest well. The bathroom fan seemed to run constantly, which was a bit annoying. Occasionally there was also an odd smell that appeared from time to time. Breakfast was not served as a buffet and the variety could definitely be improved.

- Martina (10/5): Tornerò - Il personale molto empatico, in grado di consigliare percorsi e/o attrattive. Attento a problematiche e pronto alla risoluzione. Ci hanno coccolati e ascoltati. Peccato esserci fermati così brevemente. Contiamo di tornarci presto La mancanza di distributori di acqua ai piani. Forse la poca esperienza di chi fa il riordino, fa sì che si trovino lampadine non funzionanti e bagnoschiuma finito....ma basta comunicarlo, che prontamente viene ripristinato l'ordine!
- Jitka (9/5): - Toto ubytování splnilo moje očekávání, čisté , útulné pokoje, vstřícný personál. Snídaně nebyla formou švédského stolu, ale bylo třeba si objednat z menu. Hotel je blízko stanice metra.

Posizione ok, concetto di ospitalità in un ambiente condiviso con Servizi aperti all’esterno davvero apprezzato Il gestore/responsabile del rooftop poco cordiale, il personale però ha saputo compensare con gentilezza e cortesia

- Ivett (9/5): Segítőkész/kedves dolgozók, tökéletes elhelyezkedés, hangulatos tetőterasz - Az étkeztetést a tetőteraszon oldották meg ahol a személyzet nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. Gluténmentes termékekkel készültek és abból is bőséges volt a választék. A nem gluténmentes reggeli választéka nem volt nagy.
- ASSETOU (6/5): Un très bon séjour - L'emplacement de l'hôtel La chambre que j'avais réservée s'est révélée trop exiguë pour accueillir deux personnes confortablement. De plus, l'utilisation du micro-ondes nous était interdite, et il n'y avait pas de bouilloire à disposition pour chauffer de l'eau. Cela a rendu le séjour particulièrement compliqué.

- María Isabel (9/5): Totalmente recomendable - Todo genial, súper limpio y el personal muy amable. El desayuno bien. La situación también genial, al lado del metro y a 25 minutos andando del coliseo. Si vuelvo a Roma, repetiré! No hubo nada malo.

- Gernan (8/5): Hotel bem localizado, novo, limpo, mas o café da manhã era limitado, a academia nao era inclusa. - Café da manhã poderia ter uma maior varidade, é o que deixou a desejar , e a academia poderia estar inclusa no pacote da estadia.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni con mezza pensione. Colazione a buffet, buona e varia.. ma la sera pativamo la fame. Quantità e qualità del cibo scadente. Peccato.

- Estéban (6/5): Bon séjour !! Nous recommandons malgré nous mais loins du centre à pied - Proximité du métro. Boisson offerte! Localisation, quartier pas rassurant à première vue. Nettoyage des chambres, les poubelles n’ont pas été changé alors qu’elles étaient pleine une première fois, mais la deuxième fois ras. Petite tache sur les draps à notre arrivée

- Diego Daniel (7/5): Regular - Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero estábamos en el sexto piso y se escuchaba demasiado ruido proveniente del séptimo (rooftop), donde desplazaban sillas y mesas constantemente. El desayuno era lo más bajo, realmente malo. La ubicación es relativamente buena, cerca del metro San Giovanni para poder movilizarse.

- Mireille (7/5): Lage top aber keine Sicht dafür einen nicht abgeschirmten vis a vis. - Das Bett sehr bequem , Die Zudecke war gewöhnungsbedürftig ! ( 2 Bettlaken dazwischen eine Einziehdecke, die nicht eingezogen war !)☹️ Das Bad war schlecht belüftet und nicht geheißt , den Heizkörper lief nicht . Der Safe war funktionsunfähig ,reklamiert aber nach 8 Tagen nichts passiert. Am 24 kein heißes Wasser , das Personal konnte nicht helfen (nach dem Melden und 2 Stunden warten sind wir weggegangen).
