• Judith (9/5): Great stay at Kings Park - Great customer service. It was near a lovely park(Kings Park). Bus stop into Elizabeth Quay station and CBD was outside the hotel or a 10 min walk. Our room was big and had everything we needed. We ate breakfast there every morning and had dinner there a few nights. The meals were great. We had a lovely stay. Nothing really. There were steps up to the front of the hotel. Staff helped us take our suitcases down.

• Yannick (6/5): Faciliteiten van 4-sterren, maar kwaliteit van 3-sterren - - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel - Kamers vroeger klaar - Kamers mooi ingericht - Goede verzorgingsproducten - het ontbijt en de daarbij horende slechte koffie - maar 1 van de 2 douchekoppen bruikbaar - geen privacy in toilet door de deur - weinig plaats voor kledij - te kleine handdoekrek voor grote handdoeken - irritante domotica - enkele beglazing dus gehorig - kamerdeuren slaan dicht en laten veel geluid door - aangeboden fles water in kamer ruikt en smaakt naar chloor - zwembad niet verwarmd dus ijskoud - ongezellige eetruimte en bar - bar sluit om 22u daarna niets meer te verkrijgen - ventilatiesysteem van douche zit vol met stof

• Cara (10/5): Amazing located hotel, with everything you need and more - Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean. In the room I felt they put money in to unnecessarily modern touches. For example, the modern light fixtures and switches. They looked very sleek and modern, however, if using the toilet or shower light and you change the light in the bedroom, it turns them off. Not a major big deal but a little annoying. Still did not impact my stay and I will 100% recommend and stay again

• Fatima (1/5): Never coming back - It wasn’t too far out of the city The staff were rude, the noise was awful we could hear the tv in the next room that’s how much noise you can hear and also, the receptionist lied to us and said it was 24 hour reception and given there is no fob to enter through the front, we got back to the hotel at around 1am and no one was there to let us in. Despite ringing the doorbell we had to wait and I even tried calling and no one was answering. It was so cold and I’m so lucky I was with a friend because if I was alone it would have been scary. I will never recommend anyone because why wouldn’t reception tell us there is a possibility that someone might not be at the front??? After a while someone came down and opened the door but this isn’t good enough because if I was traveling alone it would have been 100 times worse.

• Fenet (5/5): - The hotel room was larger than I expected. Room cleaning was not good. They simply did the bed, refilled our water and did not tidy anything else. They also left our dirty towels on the chair and did not replace any of our towels. Minor thing but when we came into our room there was a cleaning rag left in there. Cleaning services should be improved

Meals were delicious, and well priced. Highly recommended. Unfortunately the lifts were not operational due to servicing for 5 of the 8 days of our stay. The pillows, while big and puffy, great for sitting up and reading in bed, were too big to sleep on comfortably.

• Suzannah (10/5): A pleasant, non expensive place to stay in Perth - Rooms are compact but spotless. So close to Mount hospital which was why I made booking. Husband enjoyed his dinner. Unfortunately I had to fast 😞

• catherine (7/5): A lovely little hotel. - The staff were lovely & the food in the restaurant was amazing and the service was great. Only enough coffee, sugar & milk for one cup. No bottled spring water, just tap water. I was disappointed no mini bar or room service or full length mirror in room. I suppose its my bad I didn't check listing RE mini bar & room service. I never like the strong deodorised smell in hotels.

Also the young receptionist girl was very kind and caring which was most appreciated. The Indian and asian guy on reception were lovley. And all the cleaners were lovley nice ladies who do a great job. Thankyou
