Guest Reviews
- Anja-Mia (8/5): - The decor and layout was lovely. Being on the ground floor, no privacy, if the block out blinds were open, everyone could see in. Simple fix - hang sheers - so during the day, the block outs can be open (for light) and sheers closed for privacy.

- Helen (9/5): A very helpful receptionist and a modern, well appointed and comfortable unit. - The unit was very clean with modern easy to use equipment. The bed and seating arrangements were all comfortable and the provision of a washing machine/dryer unit was welcome. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly, most welcome after a long day's drive. The balcony wasn't really a balcony since you couldn't see out from it. It was really an outside area which acted as a noise barrier.

- Spiro (7/5): - Parking and the cleanliness of the apartment.
- MARIE LAYOVE (8/5): -
- Steve (9/5): -
- Peter (10/5): - Excellent rooms. Quiet location. Good value for money. 15 to 20 minute walk to centre of town. Not really a negative as we knew if was that far.
Non one at reception for check out.
- Gerry (8/5): Clean & comfortable room.. - N/A Would’ve been better if we had driven to orange & had the use of a car
Arriving by coach limited the flexibility

- Leonard (8/5): -
- Lynn (6/5): - Somewhat small
- Ian (5/5): Disappointing Apartment - The Receptionist was really helpful and efficient The unit was OK. However the balcony could only be classified as useless - only one able and one chair for two people and it was tiny but even worse was the fact that it was fully enclosed with steel louvres that couldn't be opened. They advertise a washing machine and dryer. It was a combined machine and even though relatively new could only be described as a pathetic piece of equipment. As a washing machine great. As a dryer it just didn't work which is typical of that sort of unit. The site is a fair distance from the actual shopping centre so you do need transport.
- Louisa (9/5): Delightful comfy, clean, compact apartment . Would stay again. - Exceptional Staff with excellent customer service. Really appreciated being able to drop my bag off early and the staff notifying me when my room was ready ahead of schedule check in time. The apartment was very comfortable with good facilities. 500m to Train station and pleasant walk into town. Nothing. The train goes by occasionally but with double glazing it is not a problem.
- Michael (5/5): - The shower was great The service was poor. It was smaller than we expected. Faced the rail line. The balcony was too small
- Trevor (8/5): - Clean tidy and functional. Very pleasant staff
Great sized outdoor space Small bed and very tight bedroom space Bathroom shower soap not refreshed
- Jon (8/5): -
- Gill (7/5): Comfortable stay apart from the train noise - The room was clean and comfortable
The shower was good
The pillows and the bed comfortable
It was good to have the bins emptied, clean towels
and coffee pods for a 2 night stay
Secure Parking It is in a light commercial area and the rooms overlooks either the railway line or the main road
The train was noisy

- Miranda (10/5): Perfect for what we needed -
- Moya (3/5): Haven’t been contacted about my fall and being taken away in an ambulance…Also haven’t been compensated as I paid $512 f - The room was nice The fact of the night roadworks and wasn’t informed about them until I checked in after driving 10hrs and paying $512…And then upon checkout I stepped on a rock and rolled my ankle and busted my knee again and had too get an ambulance called and haven’t been contacted or even compensated
- Keith (10/5): -
- Lauren (10/5): It was perfect for what I needed. Definitely will stay again. - Clean. Very cute space. It was a 40 degree day on check in and the room was extremely hot as the aircon was not turned on. Very humid.
- Ainsley (9/5): A modern, clean and well appointed spot in a good location. - A great location, very clean and modern. A funny little courtyard which was the only source of natural light, which has a big grill over the 'window' that cuts out any view of the outside - a minor issue as it was otherwise very comfortable and well appointed. We'll stay again. Free parking. A minor issue that we couldn't see outside, but the room was nice.
- Troy (9/5): -
- Robyn (10/5): -
- Felicity (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location. Undercover parking. Quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Amazing staff - we forgot our key and Tabitha came back to let us in. She was so friendly about it and also so lovely all other interactions. Nothing

- Ciro (8/5): - Clean & tidy. Close to town & amenities. Could do without the carpet. Some stains here & there.
- John (9/5): - It's a newer building with well maintained facilities. The rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchenette was stocked with a stove, toaster, kettle, air fryer, fridge and microwave. Very easy to make simple meals if that's what you're interested in.
- Maddison (9/5): Overall would happily stay here again - Tidy and clean, good size room, modern.
- Ava (8/5): - The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable.
- Catherine (10/5): Apart from my car breaking down the stay was very easy and good 👍 - I have nothing bad to say about the accommodation, facilities and staff.
What I'm saying is I would advise anyone to try Amica first before anywhere else.
Very impressed and would find it very hard to match this place for price, service and facilities. This is not something I would say lightly. I honestly can't think of anything.
- Helen (8/5): -
- Renae (9/5): - Bed was not comfortablt for my liking!
- David (9/5): - Very clean ,basement carparking, friendly staff Little way out from centre ,train noise
- Renee (10/5): -
- Randell (7/5): Convenient, very clean, - Good Location, Easy Parking , good access to room, very clean Bed was a little hard, 2 x Pillows one was very soft one was very hard, Train line a bit noisy and the room layout was very strange , felt like I was sleeping in an alcove.

The staff were warm and friendly. &200 hold on card released the day of check out. Wasn’t made aware of the $200 hold on the card prior to arrival.

- Binh (9/5): Very good 95% - Very convenient
Very good location You have not got a slippery
- Habgood (9/5): - Clean and we'll appointed
- Goddard (8/5): -
- Jenna (10/5): comfortable cosy and a great way to stay over christmas - close to town, cosy enough room to have your own space separate loungeroom bedroom bathroom all just super comfortable, the staff were fabulous welcoming and made us feel at home the balcony was cute and opened up the room nothing i didn’t like but a couple of suggestions would be to stock more toilet paper in the bathrooms especially over the christmas break when it isn’t staffed we were stuck with one roll for 2 days had to go buy some more. the other would be the kitchen just more amenities such as oil salt and pepper especially as you can cook their would come in handy
- Monika (10/5): - Beautiful staff were very accommodating Small rooms, poor lighting
- Botlier (8/5): - Nice and new. Occassional train noise at night

- Melanie (8/5): Comfy and roomy stay - Room was well arranged , quiet and heating was good.
Kitchenette and laundry would be good for longer stays
Underground parking Minor detail: Needed to drive to CBD and for meals.
- JP PROJECT MANAGER PTY LTD (10/5): Perfect stay - Well located, super comfortable, clean, and very friendly staff; the internet is also very good.
- Rachael (7/5): Nice clean apartment. Good location. - Convenient location Very small
- Carly (10/5): Amazing polite staff, quiet clean spacious rooms - Quiet, clean spacious rooms Nothing
- Raymond Wa,ton (6/5): - The shower and the bed The fact that there was no daylight coming in. The only windows (at the end) had immovable black metal shutters b.ocking the light. The apartment was small and felt like a prison.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Dry comfortable fit out. Dark space and some road noise
- Stephen (5/5): A comfortable room without views - Perfectly clean room, brilliant shower, newish building, good location, good communication on day of check in. Reception upon arrival was acceptable albeit underwhelming. Total price was acceptable. No balcony, no external views from room whatsoever, felt like a comfortable prison. This was not evident on the website. The carpark only had 1 entry/ exit point and room enough for 1 car only which would be a problem when multiple cars reach entry/exit point simultaneously. Bed was comfortable but small being a double, only suitable for smaller sized couples.
- Lin (9/5): -
- Megan (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our 2 nights here. Access and parking were easy, and the little kitchenette was very handy. Nothing- was all great. Would happily stay again.
- Roessler (7/5): -
- Tony (8/5): -
- Miriam (8/5): Really loved staying here & would happily return - Loved the cleanliness and simplicity yet it had everything I needed. The apartment is on a fairy busy road so it was a little noisy but not terrible
- John-Paul (9/5): -
- Ken (8/5): - Modern apartment with good facilities close to the main street of Orange.
Good kitchen and full sized fridge.
Great shower.
This was good for our 1 week stay.
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Paula (7/5): Not what I expected. - Service was good, and communication excellent when expressing my concern. We arranged for our visitors to stay here. Their suite on the first floor was claustrophobic. The balcony was fully covered with thick louvres that are non- adjustable. therefore very little natural ighting. There are no windows in this tiny space that cost $250 per night.
- Phillip (8/5): Pleasant place to stay. - Well designed with everything that was needed. Comfortable bed. Easy parking.
