El 14 de Mayo! fue desbloqueado de mi tarjeta de crédito los 200 Dólares Australianos que el Establecimiento me bloqueo el día de MI LLEGADA CÓMO FIANZA, EL 12 DE ABRIL!!. MÁS DE UN MES DE ESPERA PARA EL DESBLOQUEO!.. Me puse varias veces en contacto con el Establecimiento, y un tal Daniel, me dice que tarda unas semanas y que todo depende del Banco!. Semanas más tarde, me pongo en contacto con mi Banco y me dice qué EL ESTABLECIMIENTO NO HAY HECHO LA GESTIÓN DEL DESBLOQUEO!. QUIÉN HA MENTIDO, "MI BANCO" O EL ESTABLECIMIENTO!!???. ME PARECE FATAL QUE HAYÁIS DESBLOQUEADO LOS 200 AUD TRAS MÁS DE 1 MES DE ABANDONAR MI HABITACIÓN. YO! ESTOY RECORRIENDO AUSTRALIA DÓNDE SÉ ME HA COBRADO OTRAS FIANZAS LAS CUÁLES FUERON DESBLOQUEADAS INMEDIATAMENTE TRAS IRME!. HABÉIS SIDO EL ""UNICO HOTEL"" DÓNDE HE TENIDO ESE PROBLEMA!.... Les chambres sont propres et pratiques, les espaces communs bien entretenus, et la personne à l’accueil est accueillante et arrangeante. Lors de notre premier séjour, nous avions eu un contretemps ; il s’est montré très compréhensif et nous a aidés bien plus que nous ne l’espérions. De plus, il y a plusieurs moyens de transport aux alentours, et le centre-ville n’est pas très loin à pied.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I could relax, watch TV and had the best night sleep. Common areas were very clean and I love the toiletries provided. - Henry (1/5): - I stayed at this hotel about two years ago and had a decent experience, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this time was completely different and very disappointing. Firstly, the front desk staff’s attitude was extremely poor. During check-in, he appeared impatient and dismissive the entire time. I’m not sure whether this reflects the hotel’s general service standard or something else. Later that night, I accidentally left my key in the room and called for assistance. Because I couldn’t clearly hear what he was saying over the phone, he became noticeably impatient and raised his voice. Then the staff member came to open the door, which took about two minutes, but I was later charged $50 for this??? This fee was not clearly communicated to me beforehand in any form, and I was not informed about the charge at the time the service was provided. Only after I questioned it was I told it was buried in the terms I had signed during a rushed check-in process. This experience felt unreasonable and poorly handled. I can now understand why the ratings have dropped compared to two years ago.

- TA (1/5): Unacceptable Experience – Big Safety Concerns and Poor Management - The experience is mostly terrible and unacceptable. The receiptionist is nice, but the male manager is extremely rude to customer! To be honest, I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. Firstly, there was a strong chemical smell in the room, which raised serious concerns about safety and air quality. It made the stay uncomfortable. More importantly, my personal belongings were disposed of without my consent after being left briefly in a common area. When I raised this issue, the property manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering any form of assistance or resolution, I was blamed for the situation. The communication was unprofessional and felt quite disrespectful. I chose to end the conversation as it became unproductive, with no resolution offered and the communication becoming increasingly unprofessional. No compensation or reasonable solution was offered, which was very disappointing. I was seeking a calm and solution-focused discussion. However, no resolution or compensation was offered, and the communication shifted towards blaming rather than addressing the issue. As a result, I chose to end the conversation, as it was no longer constructive or productive. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this property due to both safety concerns and poor management practices!

- wendy (9/5): Quality Accommodation at an affordable price - I am very happy with K2 as my go to hotel when passing through Brisbane .It offers great value for money Everything is spotless and clean and fairly modern I recommend The Cliveden rooms which are at the back of the hotel away from the traffic Slightly more expensive but still very affordable The rooms are small but clean modern and nicely presented with air conditioning smart TV fridge and microwave and even a small balcony to sit out on .There is also a communal kitchen where guests can prepare their meals which is always kept spotlessly clean and guests are also able to help themselves to tea and coffee and breakfast cereals. Over all great value for money .An easy walk down through Roma Street Parklands to the Roma Street station or buses to the city along Wikham Terrace ...Extremely affordable and thoroughly recommended

- Tommo (10/5): Brilliant Customer Service - Clean room, toilet and shower. Staff were nice and gave ne water bottle when I arrived. I did not have water at the time so helped me out a lot. I dropped my room key while I was out but they told me I don't have to pay the fee to replace. Just to give good and fair reviews. Customer service is really good. This is my first solo trip and they made it a little better. A little noisy during the evening. Cleaning starts at around 9 so wake up before then.

- Marianne (8/5): Very good place - The staff member was very friendly, always smiling, and responded quickly when we informed her about an issue with the light in the room. I have stayed at this hotel before and have never been disappointed. The location is excellent, the room is spotless, very well equipped, and feels safe and secure. The downside is that we were given a rather noisy room. Even when we tried to close the windows as much as possible, we could still hear a lot of noise from outside. Also, the kitchen light was not working.
- Sasee_65 (8/5): - We didn't get there until very late as our flight was late. It was a very comfortable room and the beds were great. We didn't know what was going to be in the kitchen and unfortunitley there was no milk for a late night cuppa tea.

- David (10/5): - Excellent location to Roma street station. My 2nd visit to K2@ Brisbane. Very friendly and helpful staff ( Daniel + Lucy ) A good all round clean and well kept accommodation. Bedroom and shared bathrooms were immaculately kept and clean. A lovely place to stay. Nothing.

- Matthew (9/5): Great budget option! Everything met or exceeded expectations - Staff were very helpful with my late check-in and gate issues. The 'cheapest private room' style is perfect for me. Room was great! Good sound proofing, aircon, facilities etc. General facilities like bathrooms and kitchens were in great nick too.

- Andrew (9/5): Great quiet place for a solo traveller - I stayed in a single room for a couple nights and it did it's job well. No issues with the shared washrooms and kitchen and they were kept clean. I like how theres an outside patio to enjoy the morning coffee ☕. I liked having a personal fridge to keep my belongings rather than a communal one Check in was easy and the staff were very kind. It's a quiet place so perfect to rest as a solo traveller at the end of the day. Would stay here again. The kitchen could use a few more coffee mugs, sometimes there didn't seem to be any in the morning. The location is up a hill. Not a problem for me, but good to keep in mind for some. The room might be a bit more spacious if the bed is placed in the corner
