Guest Reviews
- Natasha (8/5): - Really clean and almost everything you need! In a great area if you are looking to travel all around perth its in the ideal area! Bedroom is nice and big with huge double wardrobes and double shower which is amazing! Great stay for either a short time or a little while. The little fridge and microwave are amazing! The couch and TV is an amazing addition. And there is milk, tea, coffee and all the cutlery and plates. There are steps up to the gate of the house so if you have a hard time lifting luggage or walking upstairs just take note. I really loved staying here, and would do it again The parking is a bit iffy. There is only street side parking. Four spots in front and down. Then another four spots a little bit further down. I found myself having to park at the further down spots due to other cars, its a minor walk but it might be hard if you have a bit of luggage to move. I do understand that it is part of a home, which is very very smart but the joined locked sliding door doesn't really do much for sound, but nothing was noisy, its just general living sounds. And lastly, when I arrived there was no bin bag in the bin which was absolutely fine because I always bring an extra bag to put rubbish in. But the next day, I had gone out for a while and came back and there was a bin bag in the bin. Super kind to do that but my personal belongings are in the unit so it made me feel a little uncomfortable knowing someone else had come in to do that.
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Alastair (9/5): Delightful B&B run by delightful host - plenty of cereal on offer. You host Lee will probably supply things like milk, lack of sink and cooker
- edna (10/5): - The room coziness, spacious and welcoming. The host was kindly and considerate
- Dylan (3/5): Short walk to the shops, but long days of disruption by others in the adjoining part of the house. - Great location, just down from the shops and not too far away from the city centre. The place was clean when we arrived and access was easy. Cereal, tea, coffee available. Large water bubbler was nice! The people in the other half of the house were extremely disturbing. The place is advertised as having sound proof walls/rooms, and this is DEFINITELY not the case. The separating door is a simple sliding door and was not enough to keep any kind of noise out. I could hear phone conversations and their TV, as well as every movement made in their kitchen. At one point, they had an oven alarm go off for almost 30 minutes before I had to contact the owner and have them visit to turn it off - this was after I knocked on the adjoining door several times. Then, when the owner came and turned it off, I said thank you and they proceeded to unlock the dividing door and try to explain what had happened. This felt like a deep invasion of privacy.
Unfortunately, there is also a lack of kitchen appliances, like a small stove top or a sink for dishes. The dishes have to be done in the bathroom because that's the only sink in the area. The internet was iffy - had to turn on and off the TV several times in 1 episode of watching something on Netflix.
- Daniel (1/5): Didn’t happen was bad - I booked the wrong date and they wouldn’t let me cancel and rebook Unforgiving owners
- Ally Greatorex (8/5): Was very close to everything for us and very comfortable - Was lovely to have some breakfast provisions There was no hairdryer which caught us out
Sometimes we could hear the neighbours early in the mornings through the walls
- Katrina (5/5): Underwhelmed I'm Afraid - It was fairly central to area we wanted. Shower was good. It was advertised as a B&B but no breakfast on offer other than stale cereal, coffee and tea. No sink or cooking facilities in kitchenette, no teatowel, no sponge. The water cooler bottle was left empty so we had to fill up from garden hose. You could hear the people in the house on other side of wall so didn't feel very private. A doona and fitted sheet only. The dining chairs were malting plastic on the floor. Very basic accomodation.
- Audrey (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (9/5): Great little spot - Location and cleanliness Nothing
- Sabrina (10/5): 15 min away from airport. Good place to stay for flights. Clean and neat and comfortable. - Very nice set and decorated, clean and neat, comfortable bed and good size. Very happy stayed in this lovely place.
Very good place to stay if you need go to airport next day, 15 min drive to airport. 5 min walking to Coles supermarket, pharmacy and fish n chips. Great and quiet location. The door between the accommodation and main house is a bit weak. It would be better if it’s double sealed door that can keep privacy and noise off. Just suggestion.
- Jarred (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Highly recommended. - Everything, great place to stay with a very friendly host, can't ask for much more when someone is allowing you into there home. Parking, but that's not the hosts fault.
- Leonie (8/5): Very good - Was well catered for
- Zhou (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaceb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (7/5): Good - Nice space, clean and tidy The owner came in to collect dishes, generally sneaking in when we were in the other room. A few times a day. I felt like a teenager again. A good idea would be to just leave us do our own dishes or come only once.
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fannie A T (8/5): - The signage for the property is so small that for a moment you feel you are lost ,a bit of confusion from the people as if they did not realise i was booked in, however the bed is so comfy and really had a peaceful sleep
