- Michelle (3/5): Worse management I have ever experienced. - The property presents well, clean and in a good location. This is an apartment complex built for NDIS disability tenants, something they failed to advertise. Firstly, I booked to arrive on the Sunday, no one works on a Sunday, and I couldn't get into the place, 1 hour I had to contact emergency services. You need a card to get into gate, building and your room, if you leave in accidently, it costs you over $50 to get into your room. This makes it extremely hard when trying to unload your belongings from a vehicle and worse if you arrive on a weekend, as they do not have any staff on site or accessible. I asked for a quiet room and was given the ground floor, lights stay on outside, the air conditioner turns off every 4 hours, the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation that goes on, people cooking at 6am and 11 pm, waking up in sweat as the place heats up quietly, gates bagging shut, lights inside, turning on lighting up your room every time. I asked for a refund for the 2nd week as I couldn't sleep and was told, 'no, we don't do refunds', when I explained that I couldn't function due to lack of sleep I was told 'you get that'. I paid over $600 a week, was woken up every 4 hours in sweat not even a 'we could try giving you another room'. The deposit took a week to return and I have now been deducted $66 dollars from my bond, without an explanation. as to why. The management do not care they don't live on site and get to sleep and for over $600 a week, I expect a lot more for my money. Especially when most tenants pay half of what they are charging on this site. Note, if you want to park your car, you have to pay to rent a space, extra card pay, let back in pay. No guests, no noise I am guessing that is because the walls are so thin, they are trying to make it comfortable, but the worse place I have ever stayed and would not recommend.

- Kate (8/5): Good just a little expensive - It was clean and well organised. I had everything I needed in teh room and the kitchen and I could stay for 2 weeks while I found another place. Good location and close to the city. It is quite expensive compared to other share houses and you had to pay to use washing machine.

- TERRY (8/5): Overall good experience - quiet facilities - Like the room with balcony, en-suite facilities great, Shared kitchen excellent Ultra soft pillow did not make for a good nights sleep. Plus only one light blanket. And yes Cairns is generally warm but cool in early hours of mornings of my stay, so another light blanket would have been good.

I had to charge my phone/ lap top in the bathroom since that was the only plug-in i found, the check-out is at 10:00, even though check-in is at 14:00 which is not ok. In order to not pay employees to clean the rooms quicker, the throw the people quicker out. The pillows were very , very uncomfortable, woke up with neck pain. I guess such places are good to sleep 3-4 nights for students, backpackers... not necesarry for people who look for comfort.

- Weckert (5/5): 1/10 for staff 4/10 for facility - Bed was comfortable and short travel to my location. Staff were absolutely shocking with the people skills always rude, got hung up on and rudely spoken too after someone through I was a different person.
