• Sanja (3/5): Razočaravajuć boravak u apartmanu - Relativna blizina centra (15-20 min hoda). Apartman je imao dovoljno ručnika i wc papira. Izuzetno nas je razočarala činjenica da je apartman imao pljesnjivu i staru tuš kabinu, pljesnjivu pipu te da ventilacija nije očišćena godinama (možete vidjeti na slikama). Hrvatica sam i ovakvo nepoštivanje turista od kojih cijeli Dubrovnik živi remeti ugled hrvatskog turizma. Balkon je dovoljno prostran, no s obzirom da jos 2 apartmana dijele balkon s vama, nemate privatnosti ni tišine. Cijeli namještaj, uključujući i madrace, je star i dotrajao. Ukoliko kasnite ili dođete u smještaj ranije, nemate se kome javiti jer broj vlasnika nije dostupan na Bookingu. U tom slucaju trebate kontaktirati direktno Booking, sto je izuzetno nepraktično i sporo. Ulaz u apartman se nalazi direktno pokraj dućana Studenac, okružen artiklima iz dućana.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The beach, port and old town were relatively close, the shop was right in front of the house, the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and the shower had a strong current so you could shower normally.

Vila is very conveniently located right in the courtyard there is a grocery store where you can buy everything near the sea restaurants hostesses are extremely friendly helps in all matters only thank you only recommend

Small Studenac belonging to appartments Joint balcony with next door apartment Overall, the Apertman could be better cleaned before the start of the season. The furniture and the kitchenette show dirt from previous years, but everything could use a little more care in the price range. We didn't mind that the equipment was older, but it could have been cleaner.

• Clemency (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean room, see less check-in on arrival, fantastic views of Mount Srd and well located between the new port for ferries and the old town for the sights. We never got to grips with how the outside door was meant to be locked - complicated keys or could have just been us?!

• Mary (7/5): Good - The check-in went smoothly and the caretaker welcomed us. There were fruits and local snacks provided too, which was nice. More than one bath towels were provided for our whole stay. The place was quiet and we were to sleep soundly. There's a supermarket and restaurant nearby so it's convenient if you need to buy or eat something. Otherwise, you need to take the bus to Old town or walk maybe 20 minutes for more restaurant options. The wifi wasn't working. Some cable tv channels weren't available. There was only one bathroom mat provided which was a bit inconvienient when you're staying for several days because it takes time to get dry. The place also needs thorough and deep cleaning and removal of dust and dirt. There weren't toiletries provided, so make sure to bring some.

• Jules (9/5): Superb - The owners, mother, and daughter were very friendly and helpful We really liked our stay there. it was a 25-minute walk to the old town. But there is a very good bus service for around 2 euro
• Ivona (7/5): Good - Apartment is located close to the beautiful beach and relatively close to the city centre. Arrogant behaviour of landlady and low hospitality. If something doesn't work in the apartment and if needs repair, the landlady becomes very unpleasant and offensive.

• Joeysk (9/5): Great place to stay - The accommodation is clean and well-kept. The check-in was smooth, and the apartment had plenty of towels and other amenities. It was all great. The only downturn was the beach access, which included many stairs to climb. However, we enjoyed our stay:) The access to the beach.

• William (8/5): Lovely stay with a great host! - We booked last minute because other host didn't contact us...and Ariva was available and hosted us very quickly at short notice and they were very welcoming. The room has pretty much everything you need and there was a lovely balcony but unfortunately the rain prevented us from using it most of the time. The weather!
• helen (6/5): - The host was very friendly on arrival and explained entry etc. The property entrance is tucked away behind a wall next to a shop that stores crates and shopping trolley in front of door, bit grubby and didnt create the best impression. Inside the door was much better and the apartment was everything needed, just a bit 'tired' some decor disappointing. Shower hot after first day (suspect visitors in apartment next door had left and possibly only certain amount of hot water to share)Long walk -15 mins- into old town and along main road with limited places to eat around the apartment. Made it unsuitable to spend day out and go back to apartment to change to go out to eat- just stayed out
