• Sunilla (8/5): Our stay was very comfortable, overall the location and cleanliness was spot on. Check-in, parking and checkout everythi - The location is spot on. It was very tidy and clean! It could use a few carpet/rugs to make it a bit less echo-y it feels a bit barebones as is.

• Sean (10/5): - The family enjoyed our 4 night stay at your complex. We were suprived to be given a prime appartment on the roof, what we called out penthouse. This appartment was well apointed and included mary cooking utensils, salt, peper and cookinl oil, something that you dont usually get in apartments, as well as a decent portion of bodywash and shampoo. It these small items that go a long way to make the visitors feel welcome.

Having a washing machine, clothes-horse and pegs was such a bonus. Two of the wine glasses had cracks in them, and there was a large stain on the carpet in the main bedroom.

• Donna (7/5): Nice place. - Central, pretty clean. Air con, laundry, kitchen. Parking. Dirty coffee mug and some electrical switches need fixing. The exhaust fan in the grill top did not work. We are return clients and it is usually very good. Would still return though. These are easy fixes and not a big deal.

Construction on all sides of building creating noise Location had nothing around it like coffee/food. No staff on site for check in/out

• Hoai Ngan (10/5): Spacious, family friendly, great location and 10/10 value for money - Super spacious and family-friendly. Baby cot was provided upon request. Excellent location, walking distance to central. The fridge is massive to store our drinks. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony furnitures looks a bit worn out. But there’s too much to see outdoor so we didn’t use it as much.

Easy access with a code, no need for keys or cards It sounds ridiculous but the towels were terrible - they left a layer fluff on everything including us to the point that you feel dirty again because you're covered in fluff but you can't shower again because you have to use the towels again.

• Paula (8/5): Large apartment with every we needed for a comfortable stay in Wollongong - Excellent location, close to town centre and the beach. Huge comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. It was a little noisy - hearing others in the foyer/lift areas. You could also hear the dining chairs moving on the floor & people walking around above us.

• Donna (9/5): A beautiful well maintained property with lovely views on the 9th floor. - Clean, comfortable property with great views. Nice appliances with dishwasher and laundry. There is a building going up next door, they had a very early start which woke us up. Not a big deal but Something was banging against the building all night long like a piece of metal and it kept waking us all up. I have stayed before and I now have to pay for parking. Not sure why as it does say you get parking. This would definitely determine whether I stay again. You have to have your phone to check in. It is something I guess we now have to get used to. I like showing up and being given a key. My phone was flat so had to run off and charge it before I could get in. It is hard to see the numbers on the keypad to the garage. Just need to get a texta and go over the numbers.

No problems whatsoever! I think we have found the best spot to book for our future Wollongong trips. For the price, we have zero complaints.
• Wijdan (8/5): Cleanliness was incredible. - I liked how clean, simple and stylish the property was. There was no ramp to get in and out of the building and I had a baby and a little child with me. It was a massive inconvenience. When I complained to the office, they told me to use the garage ramp which I think is unsafe and unreasonable, especially if I'm pushing a pram and have a little kid who can run off.
• Carrie (6/5): It was ok but not great. - It was a good size ! Comfortable beds. the ‘adult’ bed we paid for was a child’s bed and was too small 7 adults for 2 nights and we got only 3 tea bags. Shower had sand everywhere. We had next door neighbours telling us to turn music down at 10pm on a Saturday night and it wasn’t loud at all. No mirror in main bedroom.
• Kevin (9/5): Fantastic apartment with everything you need - The apartment was modern, clean, warm and quiet. Two bathrooms were a bonus. There is a major construction site next door which is noisy during the day.
• Wendy (8/5): Further back from the main part of town, but well appointed, super comfy unit with a great pool. Just very noisy (April - Nice and spacious, bathrooms were beautiful & a nice big comfy lounge and well appointed kitchen. The rooftop pool was lovely. The beds & pillows were super comfortable, & the linen was beautiful so we slept well. It was extremely noisy with lots of high-rise construction right next door to our bedrooms with noise starting at 6:45 am and readiness for the crew to start at 7 am. The outdoor furniture wasn’t great, very worn & flattened - quite uncomfortable, and the glass sliding doors going out to the deck were quite dirty (on the inside). I could’ve understood it if it was dirty on the outside with the construction going on & from dust etc. But it wasn’t the outside, It was the inside. Looked like all the doors & TV had been wiped with a dirty cloth and there was white hazy streak marks over everything. Had to wipe down the TV screen before we could watch it. You couldn’t open any of the windows, (none of them had fly screens) & all of them locked, so we couldn’t get any fresh air to sleep in during the night. The water pressure in the showers and all the taps (even in the kitchen) was very very low. Took ages for the hot water to come through to the bathroom basins and showers. We didn’t know Wollongong very well and we were a little further away from some of the ideal locations (in walking distance) like the coastline, trendy cafes, etc. But we nabbed a bargain price so that made up for it.

• Shivasish (10/5): A Seamless, Spacious, and Superbly Located Stay - We had an excellent experience at Stay Kula Wollongong. The PIN‑based access made check‑in and entry completely seamless — no fumbling with cards or waiting at reception, just straight in and ready to roll. The room itself was impressively spacious, with a high‑rise balcony offering sweeping city views that were especially stunning at night. The fully equipped kitchen was a standout, making longer stays incredibly convenient. The washrooms were tidy, modern, and thoughtfully designed, adding to the overall comfort. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. The hotel sits in a prime spot, with easy access to transport, dining, beaches, and everything you’d want within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended. A tiny suggestion that could elevate the experience even further is inclusion of a handheld vacuum cleaner and a wall clock in the living area would make the stay feel even more complete, especially for families or longer visits.
