• Cyrillia (6/5): - Clean Checking in was a nightmare, arrived from Europe without internet connection sat on the side of streets for 30 min 40 degrees outside struggling to check in online after we paid in full 6 months before!! Very disappointing , imagine older people that cannot work computers or smartphone’s!!

• Darren (9/5): Nicely renovated appartment close to so many things to do. - Its location, very handy to public transport, cafes, restaurants, can walk to Glebe Markets, shops, the new fish market. The beds were comfortable and having fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker was great. Having a free carport in Glebe was handy but is a bit tight getting in and out. The vacuum wasn’t working, although there was a broom and dustpan, the handle on the dishwasher needs repairing, although it still works and the lampshade was damaged when we arrived. The apartment is up two flights of stairs so not really good for people with mobility issues. None of these things really bothered us.

• Tara (10/5): Very happy as always with Hamilton Lodge. Love the ground floor. - Location very handy and close to everything we needed. great cafes. So clean and great for our family. Always love it when I can get an apartment here. My favourite accommodation in Sydney. Maybe a little cheaper would be great. Upstairs a bit noisy with people walking around, but nothing major there, would never deter me from staying here.

• Rachel (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a family holiday in Sydney - It was a stylish, spacious and very well equipped apartment in a great location. Local amenities were within walking distance but also close to the city centre.

The apartment had everything you could need and it was clean, lots of homely decor and super comfy beds on top. The kitchen was well equipped, and there were laundry facilities on site, with detergent sheets. The location in Glebe was perfect, although we were familiar with the area, it is a great place to be explore from. A quick bus ride into town, and not too far to walk either. Car parking was easy and each unit has a space. We were very impressed with the place and would recommend 100 per cent. Could hardly fault anything.

• Doris (10/5): Perfect location in a lovely apartment - The area was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. It was very spacious and it felt like we were in our own home. Would definitely stay again The TV was a bit difficult to use and a floor length mirror would’ve been nice as we were visiting for a black tie event, but these are all minor. We loved our stay!
• Ulrike (9/5): - Die Lage mitten in einem belebten, leicht alternativen Viertel. Trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 min im CBD. Fliegengitter an dem meisten Fenster. Sehr gut riechende Pflegeprodukte. Beim vorderen Schlafzimmer keine Fenster sondern grosse Türen zum Alkoven, was sehr schön aussieht, aber aufgrund der nicht vorhandenen Fliegengitter nicht praktikabel ist.

• Louise (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay thank you! - Ease of communication and entry to property. Large apartment in a fabulous spot. Close to cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, ferry, lovely walks but still quiet. Facilities were brilliant. Clean, large bedrooms, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, pay tv channels and lovely lounge and balcony. Undercover parking was a wonderful addition to. This place is beautiful and will definitely try to stay here whenever in Sydney. Just brilliant! Nothing.

The apartment itself is gorgeous, clean and new. Despite being in a complex it is very quiet. We loved everything but if I had to add something it would be a washer/dryer - purely for convenience.

• Gerhard (10/5): - Spacious two-bedroom apartment with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable, and also fairly quiet. Good value for money compared to other places in Sydney. Note there is no elevator and it's a little outside the center, but in a nice neighborhood.

• Wanrou (9/5): A great place to stay with excellent value for money. - The room is clean and tidy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the environment is warm and comfortable. Great location with easy access to public transport. The room has poor soundproofing, so it’s easy to disturb others or be disturbed by noise. Also is that the bed sheets are not breathable, which makes sleeping a bit uncomfortable. But that’s just how hotel bedding usually is, so there’s nothing much to complain about.

Easy to park and access the apartment, pin entry access to door. The location was perfect! Lovely neighbourhood to walk around. Close to the city. We Caught an uber and left the car parked at the apartment! Apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable. Lounge was comfy! Beds were also very comfortable!! Bathroom was clean!! The toilet seat was a little bit loose, when putting the seat up and down it twisted slightly , just needs to be tightened or a new seat /lid installed. Other than that everything was perfect!!

• Karlien (10/5): Comfortabel appartement in leuke wijk. - Zeer comfortabel appartement, rustig gelegen in een wijk die - letterlijk om de hoek - leuke koffietentjes, winkels en restaurantjes biedt. Met bus of lightrail reis je gemakkelijk naar bezienswaardigheden in het centrum. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

• Harshani (10/5): Amazing and we’d absolutely stay there again - Cleanliness and how close it was to everything. Loved having a dedicated car space and security was great! Nothing big but where the microwave is - you have to be very careful when you open the microwave as your hand might get caught between in the door and the frame of the pantry. It’s just a bad design :( bruised my hand twice

• Glen (7/5): A comfortable stay in a convenient location with modern facilities. - It was nicely furnished, close to central Sydney and the location of the show we went to see at Darling Harbour. Nice floorboards. Bathroom needs more racks or hooks, or a shelf, to put clothes as you undress/dress etc. Also when I booked I didn’t know the building didn’t have a lift and my mum is elderly so we had to climb the entire staircase. Please specify this in the information on the apartments. Otherwise that wasn’t an issue if she wasn’t with me. Just remembered about the door code. It was incorrect in the email, I had to figure out what the correct combination was to get in. We started to panic but i figured it out. Please make sure it’s correct.

• Michael (9/5): Sydney short visit - A very nice well appointed apartment, all very new and nice, in a classic older building. Area is very nice, older Sydney, and just an easy hour walk to circular quay. One parking lot per apartment was good. Facilities list missed including the washer dryer facilities although shared in the parking area. Minor items only. Apartment was on the 3rd floor, so was a big effort to get heavy bags up the stairs and down again. Code didn’t work on back door(though didn’t bother to raise as an issue). Could do with more towel racks in bathroom.

• Natalie (7/5): Situated in a great suburb of Sydney with amazing local amenities - The apartment was nice and clean and in a lovely suburb of Sydney with great amenities nearby None of the doors fitted their frames and so there were gaps which as it was winter created a draft.

• David (4/5): A lovely apartment but the code access system needs changing - Nice comfortable apartment well equipped with comfy beds The door access code was a disaster with numerous times we were unable to access the unit. When we first arrived we had to call for assistance to access the unit. The maintenance guy that came also had trouble and said someone would rectify the problem. A follow up call to reception was no more help and we were told to keep trying. Very frustrating and disappointing, other residents were also having issues.

• Kerry (8/5): Affordable. - Very Clean. Refurbished and a little bit cold during winter. But heat pump was very good. Very spacious. Not the best location if you are using public transport (as a tourist). Plenty of buses, but it was at least 30 minutes ride to city centre. We were on ground floor which was very convenient, but footsteps were loud above us. Enough to wake us up at midnight and keep us awake until they settled around 1.30am. Had hoped to get in a bit earlier as we arrived early morning at airport. Sounded promising with first contact emails, but finally told we would have to wait for inspection to be done from 2-2.30 and they would let us know. After many emails, they didn’t come back and advise when vacant so we had been sitting around parks with heavy suitcases right up until 3pm. I think we had a different person on each correspondence.

Staff were friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would 100% stay there again if we come back to Sydney No lift - just to be aware if you have any accessibility issues - not a problem for us but good to know.

• Binyi (9/5): Great Service and Convenient Location - The staff were excellent and very helpful—they made sure to arrange a ground floor room for us, which was perfect since we had over 10 suitcases. The location is great, close to the city and a nearby park, with plenty of restaurants just around the corner. Parking can be a bit challenging if you're driving a large SUV like a Kluger. The entrance to the garage is often lined with parked cars on both sides, which makes entering and exiting a tight squeeze—it takes a few careful adjustments. Additionally, parking in spot #1 in the backyard wasn’t very convenient. Fortunately, there were only two cars during our stay, so we had enough room to maneuver.
