• Jules (7/5): Pleasant, clean, very central. Friendly staff. - Clean, fresh & simple. Indicating my time of arrival & no one was in the office. I had driven for 5 hours & just wanted to un pack. As a suggestion, leave a note specific to that guest, first name would suffice, to call & you'd arrive to book them in. That would have been reassuring. The single blanket was absolutely not enough. I asked for another one & still had to pull the blanket from the single bed. I also used my shawl.

• Carol (6/5): Great location, comfy beds, a bit more attention to details re number of guests required - The location was great with The Store pretty much across the road. Travelling with a child and having the toaster, microwave and kettle were a bonus. Great to make breakfast and coffee/hot chocolate Fairly new renovated family room There were no tea bags in the room and only 2 tiny uht milk packs - being there for 2 nights, I would have thought a bigger uht would have been placed in the fridge. I ended up buying a litre of milk There were 3 of us and only had 2 mugs therefore had to share mugs - asked for another one and was advised it would be in the store room - I didn't bother waiting. The staff member was quite pleasant however more attention to detail in regards to the number of guests would have been great. Again 3 of us and only 2 towels - asked for an extra one and got it Tiny soap for hand basin and none for the shower Shower water pressure was terrible Sofa was quite old and faded

• Robyn (8/5): Centrally located comfortable stay in Beachport - Motel was centrally located in the town and s short stroll to the beach There was a light on all night outside our room that was difficult to block out.

• Kim (8/5): Great value, clean and convenient. - The location was within an easy walk of all the eateries and the harbour. Quite and a really generous parking spot adjacent to the room. 2 beds and comfy chairs, 3 dining and 2 lounge. Great value for the price. This where we would stay should we return to lovely Beachport. We had a noisey neighbour but that was no biggy!
• Ruth (8/5): Overnight stay en route to Melbourne. - Good location. Comfortable bed. Unit was large/roomy. Shower head fixture sprayed water everywhere when shower was turned on. Fridge was VERY small. Crockery cupboard door didn’t open and close freely. Dragged on the carpet.

• Allan (5/5): Close to Hotel, walking distance to the beach and the shops. - The unit was basic, kitchen, bathroom ok, good shower, hot water good, dining room, lounge and 2 single beds in that room with air conditioner and a small TV. A clock on the wall that obviously needed a battery in it as it stayed on 12 oclock for 2 days. Another room with a Queen bed that was comfy. Definitely a bigger TV. Would hate to stay in that room with a couple kids. Not hard to put a battery in a wall clock

It appeared to be "sticking" I didn't feel unsafe but it should be looked at. It was also a bit frustrating not having a power point near the bed

• Lauren (8/5): Great location. - Location was wonderful. Room was clean but needs updating, especially the bathroom. Shelf for TV in Unit 3 is just inside the door and extremely dangerous. At head height, resulting in hitting head.

• Sherrie (10/5): - My family often travel to Beechport once or twice a year. We decided to book a motor inn, as it was too hot to sleep in our caravan. The staff were lovely and ready to help when needed. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. I will definitely be booking this motor inn when we travel to Beechport again.

• Ann (10/5): A comfortable stay in a great location in town. Staff super helpful, parking is in proximity to room - the motel has a great location and the rooms are super clean and well set up. The staff are super helpful and friendly. the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the beds are very comfortable.

It was like trying to wash under a drip😬. And having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink - which was clearly blocked

• Rob (10/5): - Good location, next to the Beachport Hotel, where you can have a good dinner if you order before 8 p.m. The motel is simple and clean. Everything you need is there. Good beds, very forceful shower, breakfast and coffee, from 9 a.m. on the other side of the road. Easy after hours check in, an e-mail message tells you where to look for the key.

• Sue (8/5): Value for money in a great location - Great location and large space. Main room had three beds as well as stable and chairs and a lounge which you rarely get. Kitchen space was a seperate room which allowed enough space to prepare meals with lots of utensils. Bathroom was clean and tidy but a smaller space and although it was outdated it was well looked after. Good value for money, we enjoyed our stay. No real issue with space we had .
