Guest Reviews
- Kimberley (5/5): Perfect location but property felt a bit dated - Location was great, had everything we needed apart from a toaster or a tv for the kids. Could have been cleaner. Wet washing remained in the dryer. Balcony had empty beer cans and a tin of peas on it.
- Li (6/5): - Logement très central. Bien situé pour visiter Londres. Les poignées de portes sont mal vissées. Notamment celle des toilettes. Il faudrait réparer les poignées
- Erzsebet (4/5): Disappointing - not for a tourist group - There was some information which was not clear for me, partly because of my assumptions. By 4-bed apartment, I understood it to be 4 bedrooms and a living room, but there was no living room or any other room suitable for a group of 12 friends to have meals and time spent together. When asked about an additonal second toilet, I was under the impression that there is a toilet in the bathroom and another separate one, but there is only 1 for so many people and it looks quite rundown with brownish limescale.
The whole place is a bit untidy - washed linen left in the washing machine for the entire stay, the rubbish bin was half-full of wasted when we arrived, the small balcony was dirty, with towels and broken coat hangers.
The kitchen is quite well equipped, but there was not a single chair or dining table, only 6 mugs and 4 drinking glasses for 12 people. Some cupboard handles are broken.
The bedrooms are very small, beds in most rooms are very narrow (about 1.2 meters wide) - unsuitable for comfortably sleeping 2 people. We asked and were given 2 extra blankets, but without bed covers.
There was a constant annoying squeling noise from one of the other apartments.
This place has seen better days and may be acceptable for a temporary stay for manual labourers, but not for a group of tourists. The property manager was helpful, but the apartment was a disappointment. On the photos it looks modern, in reality it is like a workers' hostel or half-way house.

- Lucy (1/5): Bad - Nothing really
- Aiza (3/5): Poor - Good space Toilet bowl needs changing to new one or update the whole toilet
- Kamila (9/5): Recommended - Great apartment in good location. Easy and smooth access. Great communication. Awesome price.
Comfy beds. Well recommended 👌 For a group of 11 people not enough cups and plates.
- Jayne (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Absolutely nothing. It was disgusting. It was nothing like the description or very major things were missed. The rooms were awful, tape holding on skirting boards, toilet was disgusting and there was blood wiped on the tiles, bathroom had a mouldy toothbrush in a pot, the shelves above the bath was hanging off and rusty. The bath mat was filthy. There was masking tape around the tiles, which had clearly been there for quite some time as it was peeling off, it was also clear the ceiling hadn’t been painted. The kitchen net curtains were grey and bunched up in the middle of the window, there were no glasses, the washing machine was full of wet washing and the balcony was full of washing.
- Dawn (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing the property did NOT match up to the pictures it was absolutely awful the toilet was not clean. Did not realise the living room was actually a bedroom so technically it's a 3 bed. This property needs revamping to a better standard was not good value for money at all was so disgusted with it we left
- Rukhsana (7/5): Perfectly adequate - Location was great as it was very close to tube station and other facilities. The bedroom sizes were also good. Access via the code system was fine. Overall the location of the property makes it highly convenient. There was an iron hairdryer and full kitchen appliances available although we didn’t need to use them as it was a weekend visit spent mainly sightseeing. There was only one bathroom between all of the occupants and the toilet area was quite small. Also no Tv which I would have liked. However it was fine for a short stay. P.S I had my mobile stolen whilst outside (pickpocketed) and I was lucky I had shared message with room codes with my family or else I would have been stuck trying to gain access without my phone.
- Danielle (7/5): Good, the flat served our purpose. - The location on the property was great, it was a short walk from King’s Cross which made getting around super easy! There was also plenty of food places around, such as McDonald’s, kfc, Tesco, Sainsbury’s & Burger King!
Access into the property was fairly easy too.
Host responded quickly when we contacted them. As we had an issue with Room 3 door not unlocking with the code, we called and they answered, and gave us the master code so we could get in.
The flat served our purpose which was somewhere to sleep, put our luggage, so we could go out and enjoy London! And that is also reflected in the price, and it’s a very good price for such a good location and trying to budget for a hen do in London isn’t easy. Not the hosts fault, but we scheduled check in for 3 and we got there but the flat wasn’t ready. The cleaners appeared 10 minutes later and started cleaning whilst we were in the flat trying to decorate for the hen do. They said they were super busy and only just got time to get there.
Only 1 toilet and 1 shower between 10 of us, and the flat was very noisy. Like the toilet door kept jamming so when trying to use it whilst people were asleep it made lots of noise throughout the flat.
I felt the flat was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The photos didn’t really advertise the flat as it was, but it’s okay for us. We only used it as a hub, somewhere to put our things and sleep.
Bed in Room 2 was all springs, noisy and not very comfortable.
The seating area is in Room 4 with a double bed and the sofa bed, which wasn’t an issue for us but wasn’t completely obvious on the booking.
Also appreciate that some guests can’t be trusted, and they are probably not there in case they get broken but it would have been nice to have more cups / mugs, and a bottle opener in the kitchen! And maybe some trays for cooking as we didn’t have any, and didn’t have a toaster so had to grill bread on tin foil.
- Angela (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. While it was a four bedroom, the fourth room doubles as a living room so if you need four rooms four sleeping there is no common area. Also, there is only one toilet.
