• Tracy (9/5): Comfortable accommodation - Very clean and at the end of the street so very quiet. Modern. Large patio and sliding door for outdoor access and sunlight. There was no sink in the kitchenette so had to wash kitchen items in the bathroom. We had no hot water upon arrival so they let us shower in another apartment down the street. Received a discount for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. It was almost 11pm before we could shower and we were tired. Would just suggest better maintenance and that they do a quick walk through before turning the apartment over.

It may be worth confirming whether you are booking a room with a dining table if you want one. We thought we had but the terminology used on booking vs the owner are slightly different. Without the dining table the rooms are small. Overall would recommend staying here! Nothing

Need some face washers along with the towels. Shame there was no sink to wash dishes, especially as plumbing for bathroom handbasin shares the same wall as where a small sink would fit.

This ment lots of drilling next to our room during the evening and even power cuts. There was no communication upfront and when addressing this issue with the host, she looked away and started speaking Chinese to the people implementing the battery system. This is not customer friendly at all. This was a mayor let down for us even though we liked the room.

The single blind covering the main window and door was a little cumbersome to get behind when it was down for privacy and using the door at night.

• Erica (10/5): Comfortable & clean - The cabin is really clean and has everything needed for a comfortable short stay along the Great Ocean Road. We were four adults and found it very comfortable. Everything was super clean and well organized. We also really loved the view over the horses and the countryside, and it’s very close to shops.

• Sameera (1/5): A complete rip-off that takes advantage of high demand while delivering poor service and a basic, disappointing stay. - This place feels like a complete money grab. Prices are set extremely high to take advantage of peak tourism periods and high demand, but the value simply isn’t there. The location was nothing special, yet they are clearly exploiting the area’s popularity. Charging over $450 per night for a very basic room feels like a scam. There was no reception and no staff available to assist guests, apart from one person doing laundry. Unfortunately, she could not speak English and was unable to help us, as she didn’t understand what we were saying. It’s concerning that the owners would employ staff who cannot communicate with guests in a country like Australia. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place unless the price is reduced to below $125 per night. I also question the authenticity of some of the positive reviews, as they appear misleading and do not reflect the reality of the

The facility although not modern was clean and it seems that the "unit" has just been renovated or it is actually new. It has the biggest bathroom I have ever seen as a holiday place. It not really close to town. you need a car or walk a long way.

• susy (8/5): Overall a nice stay for 2 nights. - Location was a short drive to Apollo Bay restaurants/shops/beach. Very clean property. Provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Good size fridge. Stove top cooking is available. One queen bed and a set of twin beds convenient for a family of four. Good to have a lock box or person to provide/return unit keys rather than leaving the unit unlocked. No hair conditioner provided. Could not close patio door curtains when leaving the unit because the entrance door to the unit was the patio door.

La posizione è piuttosto isolata ma il paese è molto piccolo e in macchina il centro si raggiunge in 5 min. Ideale per passare la notte e rimettersi in viaggio sulla GOR. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e moderna, con aria condizionata e vista aperta. Il letto era comodo e il bagno molto grande, ben organizzato e pulito con a disposizione dispenser con shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo tutto di ottima qualità ! Ho apprezzato molto i piccoli extra come il phon potente e bollitore con tè e caffè. Il parcheggio è gratuito e comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile, con cui abbiamo interagito solo tramite whatsapp; infatti check in/out sono autogestiti. Investirei sulla biancheria da bagno e da letto che non mi sembrano all’altezza della struttura.
