Daryl (10/5): A wonderful experience! - Friendly helpful staff. Bed is unbelievably comfortable. The room was immaculately clean and tidy. The website for booking 2 nights consecutively is really difficult to navigate, and I couldn't do so. The electric Kettle is to small/volume wise.

Carlee (8/5): We have been staying at the park for over 30 yrs we like it - Park is secure, relaxed No where to park for the glamping tents The power board set up is a bit confusing we kept turning the fridge off in the glamping tent Not much hot water for the shower

We can see the owners are working hard to make it a - The location to the lake is great The staff were friendly and helpful Full size fridge En-suite was clean New pool was handy/nice but needed shade Laundry clean and free to use Park was lit up enough for the night We could see progress to make the park better The cabins were extremely dark (painted black) and it made them even hotter. Only 1 air conditioner worked and it struggled to keep the cabin cool. The kitchen cupboards were dusty and felt dirty, spiders and webs all over the doorway, no broom, bunk beds had little space between top bunk and then ceiling.

Ruth (5/5): Needs improvement. - The setting by Kangaroo Lake was lovely. The grounds were spacious. The facilities layout were well set out. The amenities were renovated and modern. The cabin was cold because the split system heater didn’t work. The sliding door to enter the cabin kept jamming.

Bryce (6/5): Cabins tiny, beds terrible, insufficient cooking facilities - Nice quiet location Some nice green grass areas in the park The cabins are way too small . The double bed bunks are ridiculous- as an adult who wants to be shoved under a bunk. And with 2 teenage kids, boy and girl, they had to sleep in a double bed (top of bunk) together! Our oldest son couldn't come, but if he did, there was no options for 3 kids No cooking facilities in the cabin. For a lakeside holiday crazy not to have even one bench top induction plate. No private bbq. So you had to go to camp kitchenand bbq area (separate places) anytime you wanted to cook, even pasta. The community bbq did not have utensils, and no provision in cupboards to put cooked meat in to bring back to unit. Inside was pokey small, but not even veranda and outdoor chairs and tables to make up for it. The camp kitchen and bbq area were full of dust and leaves. Not ground staff fault - it looks impossible to keep clean.

Tracey (5/5): Cabin park in desperate need of a makeover - The lake itself was rather beautiful at sunset. The grass for the campers is well looked after. The a/c worked well. The linen was clean and the towels very fresh and large ( although perhaps too large to manage in the shower block) The cabins are very outdated, not looking like anything much has changed since the 70's or even 60's perhaps, aside from the installation of a/c. The fly screens were torn, the windows filthy and the whole place felt like it was covered in a layer of grime. The amenities block didn't look like it ever gets a proper clean. While the basins near the toilets looked clean enough and updated, many of the toilets looked liked they've not been cleaned in a long while. The hand dryer looked dirty. The showers had no benches to place belongings, but there are hooks to hang items. There was NO HOT WATER in the ladies shower block. The floor was layered in grime and dirt. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

Jan (8/5): Again a great place in a great location, such a relaxing holiday with the kids - Great location, beds so comfortable and luxurious towels really just the amount of cobwebs in the cabin, and the fan in the bedroom broken
jacqui (4/5): Nothing for kids - The towels supplied were amazing so white big and fluffy. but that’s all that was good. Cabin has no hot water. No one explains that you need to bring your own drinking water as all water at park comes from lake. Was supplied one bottle each when we arrived. No shop or vending machine to buy some more. Air con was pouring out water and not cooling on 43c day. No one onsite to help. Left day early as became sick on the 2nd night we stayed. Ended up with severe chest infection. Looks like the owners are improving the site but nothing much for kids to do. Play area didn’t look very safe. Could be a fantastic park in the future. The lake is what keeps people coming back. Hope owners realise you need to look after the kids and families will return.
