- rajsV9739YR (10/5): The eternal Hotel - Visiting Rome and not staying at Palazzo Roma would be a crime. Forget the big hotel chains and their silly upgrades and breakfast. Don’t skimp and Book a premium room with 20 foot tall cabinets and curtains. From the ever smiling hostess Margarita during breakfast which is an over the top affair to the super polite Lorenzo at the reception, the team will ensure that you are treated like royalty. The carara marbled bathroom with 3 showerheads will keep you there for hours. The 3 lounges with the 100 clocks and busts of music Maestros will beckon you when you want to read a book. Trevi and Pantheon are within earshot distance. Looking over all of these amenities and keeping guests happy is the Haute Manager - Oliver. Seriously, don’t miss Palazzo Roma, it’s where dreams are fulfilled
- zshonig (10/5): My new favorite hotel in Rome - My new favorite hotel in Rome! Palazzo Roma is the perfect blend of old and new… the common areas, restaurant, bar and rooms (or at least my room - 205) are all stunning. The location is fantastic as well, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Easy to pop in and out. It’s a boutique hotel with 39 rooms, and the staff is extraordinarily attentive - Oliver, the general manager, answers questions before and during your stay, the barman was incredibly helpful and offered to make a Negroni “the way I would want to drink it” (fantastic!) and room service is served promptly. The included breakfast is also outstanding - with all of the cakes and pastries, dare I say there’s a bit too much food? Look no further in Rome!

Oliver and his staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and the hotel carefully and thoughtfully addressed every detail of the experience. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the location is without peer, and the breakfast was simply unbelievable! We were welcomed with fresh orange juice, coffee, and delicious pastries. My husband enjoyed a cacio e pepe omelet and I had pancakes with fresh berries . Both were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to every staff member who welcomed us and ensured that every detail was perfect! They even had champagne and pastries in our room on arrival because we had told them we were celebrating our 40th anniversary.

- pollys938 (10/5): This Hotel is Just Amazing! - Staying at Palazzo Roma was a dream come true. I loved every minute of this absolutely beautiful hotel. Oliver the Concierge and I were in touch before I arrived, he made my travel easy and stress free with help getting transport from the airport. I had asked Oliver about the work of a particular Rome based artist I wanted to see and asked him if he could look into the possibility. When I arrived he was there waiting and every one was so corteous. Mamadu was the valet who met my taxi and helped with my bags. He was so kind and we had such a great conversation, the check in experience was seemless and THE ROOM! It was stunning. It was the perfect home base for a few days of busy sight seeing and room service after a long day was DIVINE! The turn down service was just so beautiful I felt like a princess at Palazzo Roma. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so great. Oliver worked hard to find the artist for me and even followed up after my stay with updates about the artist and where they would be showing next. THANK YOU to Palazzo Roma for a truly remarkable stay!

- F231ZAtravish (10/5): Value, luxury, location and service - I am here at the hotel as I write this review. The hotel is in a building that was first constructed in the 1700s. The renovations left nothing to spare. The staff spoke good English and the recommendations as to restaurants were spot on. Room service is offered and the coffee in the morning was here in five minutes. The bed was quite excellent, a must for any hotel. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance from Trevi Fountain, even for a 77 year old with bad knees. I would stay here again, no doubt.

- EricARant (10/5): Lovely - and like a museum - This hotel has earned its place on Conde Nast's list of best Italian hotels for 2025. A truly unique hotel - decorated so opulently with works of art you'd think you are in a museum. The breakfast in the morning lives up to the hotels furnishings - it's lavish and delicious. Room was like being in a palace. Even though you are in the heart of Rome it feels like you are separated from the chaos of the crowds. Although there is no gym on property, you can use a small one at a sister property a minute walk away or get a day pass at a proper gym down street. Definitely a great add to the wonderful choices in la città eterna.

Was on a father-daughter trip that I gifted my dad, and we stayed one night before flying back home. My father was blown away by the service and the beautiful design of the property and our room. Oliver and Cynthia, and all the staff we countered, treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived, to the thoughtful touches during our stay, to the morning we departed. We have stayed at a number of five star properties in Rome and finally found the one to which we will eagerly return. Thank you, Oliver, and team for making us feel right at home during our stay! - Rebeca (10/5): - Whenever you cross the entrance the ambiance is spectacular. The eclectic style, the fussion between modernity and ancient Roman architecture is very unique. The service is almost personal, the manager helps you in everything you want, as also They understand various languages. The room was full of refreshments and sweets. We definitely RETURN and highly recommend! By walking 2 minutes you arrive to Fontana di Trevi, 5mn more Piazza España, 15mn more Coliseum, and the best thing is that you can find luxury stores or terrific restaurants, so If you want to avoid booking taxis or renting cars to move by yourself, this is the right place to stay. The only “but”, it’s noisy however you do not feel it inside the hotel!

We had the superior room which was spacious, clean and ornate. Loved everything about it. We had breakfast included and every meal was beautifully curated. The staff was attentive, constantly attending to our needs. We felt very special. All round five star experience.

His hands on, bespoke approach to what we wanted to do with 3 nights only in Rome before our next destination made the experience phenomenal! He has an intuitive sense - we had an early train to Naples- brekky box, coffee and taxi were all ready as we checked out. Bravo!
- duane (8/5): A different time of year and a different room would have made the stay a 10/10. - Location was perfect. The staff was both friendly and attentive. The height of the rooms and the decors was lovely. We really liked the hotel. It was very hot in Rome and the air conditioning did not work well in the back rooms. It did not feel like they air conditioned the hallways. Our room was also close to the kitchen staffs entrance so it was loud during the early mornings.

Ficamos na suíte 304 e era muito bem decorada com hall de entrada, closet, quarto e banheiro. Mini bar free e enxoval ótimo . Achei o lobby com mau cheiro, provavelmente pela estrutura da cidade.

Wspaniale położony w samym centrum miasta co umożliwia piesze zwiedzanie wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji. Codziennie dostawaliśmy dodatkowe propozycję zwiedzania wspaniałych wystaw i pałaców, pobyt był cudowny. Wspaniała jakość produktów na śniadanie. W pełni wyposażony minibar i napoje przez cały dzień, a do tego wspaniała kawa, czego chcieć więcej, tylko, aby czas płynął wolniej. Dostaliśmy wspaniały pokój, wino i słodycze na powitanie, było to dodatkowym plusem. Na pewno wrócimy do tego miejsca podczas kolejnego przyjazdu do Rzymu. Polecamy go każdemu kto chce odwiedzić stolicę Włoch. Podobało nam się wszystko, dodałabym tylko dodatkowe lusterko w łazience, aby można wykonać makijaż i wtedy będzie już idealnie, ale to tylko taki mały drobiazg. Hotel generalnie jest boski.

Upon our arrival, they kindly upgraded us, and we stayed in a beautiful, spacious suite. The manager sent daily WhatsApp messages and greeted guests at breakfast. Stay at this palazzo! The à la carte breakfast is great, but service is slow. They definitely need more staff in both the kitchen and the dining area. Waiting 30–40 minutes for an omelette is simply too long.

The food at breakfast was out of this world and the staff there were attentive and professional and went out of their way at all time to help. Oliver the manager was always there to give advice or help or just make sure we didn't need anything. This was one of the best experiences ever!

- setontash (10/5): Truely Unique Hotel - We stayed at the Palazzo Roma in July for two nights. Upon checking in, we were told our room had been upgraded to a suite. The room was absolutely beautiful and very roomy. The bathroom for European standards was very spacious with a large rain shower. Our booking included breakfast which was amazing each morning. On our first morning my husband received a birthday cake at breakfast for his birthday which was such a lovely personal touch. The staff and Oliver the general manager were so welcoming and were very helpful with guiding us to tourist attractions and helping with recommendations for restaurants and reservations. The location of the hotel was the best that we have ever stayed at in Roma. Only 100 metres from the Trevi Fountain and only 150 metres from The Pantheon. The hotel is located on Via del Corsa - the main shopping street in Rome with everything in walking distance. I highly recommend the Palazzo Roma for anyone looking to stay in the centre of Rome in a truely unique hotel that you could only find in Rome.

It started off with Oliver reaching out through WhatsApp the day before check in to see if we needed transfer from the airport. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of prosecco and shown to our room promptly. One of the staff recommended restaurant options near the hotel and helped us make reservations. The hotel itself was beautiful. It’s in a building from the 17th century. Had a number of salons and rooms to relax in. A la carte breakfast was included and was absolutely scrumptious. Perfectly made cacio e Pepe omelette was the perfect start to a busy day! The afternoon before check out, reception checked on us to see how everything was going, and see if we needed to book a taxi. Staff was always helpful with a bright smile on their face. The location of the hotel is on the main shopping sheet and within walking distance to the main attraction. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Easy walking to almost everything. The staff were very attentive and personable, ensuring our stay was filled with the right site seeing and excellent restaurants. I highly recommend using them to help find the best places to eat. They made suggestions for sights to add to our itinerary that we would have missed otherwise and then helped us book them. Our stay was a five star experience.

- Charlotte (10/5): A wonderful wedding anniversary stay! - The rooms were stunning and immaculate. The visual nature of the hotel is beautiful and grand. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless and shout out to Cynthia for her recommendations and to Oliver for the personal touches daily. The hotel was right in the centre of Rome but was very quiet and tranquil inside. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The hair dryer for a 5* hotel could have been better. The TV has chromecast you can connect to on your phone but there are no apps on there like Spotify or YouTube should you wish to stream any music. For breakfast the selection of bread and pastries could be fresher - the bread was often stale.

- joadik (10/5): Amazing Hotel - I don't know if words can appropriately describe the fantastic experience my husband and I had staying at Palazzo Roma for eight nights. Everything was perfect, and I am not easy to please. Our room was gorgeous, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were phenomenal. Oliver Hutton, checked in on us daily and even added a beautiful chair, which we had not requested, so we would be more comfortable to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in our room. Oliver left partway through our stay and Ricardo took wonderful care of us for the remainder of our stay. We have travelled the world and stayed in beautiful hotels, but Palazzo Roma is absolutely at the top of my favorites.

Allerbeste Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert. Margerita und auch alle anderen waren überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Seele des Hotels ist der Manager Oliver Hutten . Er ist immer zu Stelle und bietet Tipps und Hilfe zu jeder Zeit. Wir würden dieses Hotel, beim nächste Aufenthalt in Rom, wieder buchen.

- Genevieve (10/5): Luxurious accommodation in the heart of historic Rome - Everything! From the lobby, to the breakfast room to our room, everything was beautifully presented and felt opulent. Our room was stunning - the shower was incredible! Three different jets and huge. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and we had plenty of room if room to hang clothes. We loved everything.
