Индивидуальное отношение к каждому гостю ( мы купили много одежды , нужен был дополнительный чемодан, но жалко было времени - нам купил Батлер съездил ), стильные светлые номера, очень классный бассейн и спа. такого нет

- Madeleine (4/5): A let down - Location Terrible food smell everyday In The corridor near our room , loud construction noises as early as 6:45am on a Saturday morning and other mornings .The breakfast was below standard of any hotel we stay in which are all in this category,omelette watery flavourless in fact we only ate the included breakfast 1 morning as it was that poor. The chicken salad at lunch was like it had been made the day before ,presentation and taste again below average . The same with the club sandwich wilted soggy and almost like a pre packed sandwich that had been prepared days before.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional. Nothing comes to mind. I’m genuinely struggling to think of anything more I could have wanted from a hotel.

The hotel’s response was disappointing, lacking urgency and accountability. This raised serious concerns about security and guest safety, which is unacceptable for a luxury property.

The staff are very professional and attentive, providing outstanding service beyond my expectations. The indoor pool is stunning, such a great spot to unwind in the evenings. The attention to detail in my suite and comfort was unmatched. I loved the views overlooking the Mausoleum of Augustus. The rooftop terrace is a standout, especially during sunset. Bulgari Rome is truly a magical property and by far the best in town in terms of quality, location, dining, service and comfort in Rome. 10/10. Having to leave

The pool is wow both in design and size. Marble so beautiful . Restaurant and staff were superb and the menu of Chef Niko Romito deserves many stars. AC in the room was weak and one wouldn’t feel it in the corridors. Danger of slipping on the marble both in the shower and around the pool.
