• Frank (7/5): Very good apart from allowing pets - Great stay for 6 nights. New property that resembles caravan park style accommodation in separate units. Small, but very comfortable and secure. The only complaint would be that they allow pets and guests often lock animals in units when they go out, resulting in constant barking, sometimes for hours on end which is disturbing and irritating. Dogs on premises constantly unattended and barking

• Mujtaba (9/5): I would definitely book again - So close to hotsprings, and the beach and restaurants and cafes. I loved how it was clean and tidy, staff was friendly.

• Susan (5/5): Due to bed and light coming in was a restless night sleep and woken up early with light. - Close to everything, room was small but comfortable, en-suite was nice and room was spotless. Bed was like concrete, room smelt like fish think it was some sort of paint and the frosted glass door had no curtain so in the morning the light streams through.

• Jackson (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and check in was flexible with hours of arrival and very simple. The accommodation was clean and well stocked with toiletries, tea, coffee etc and very comfortable. Check out was also a very simple process. There was nothing bad to say at all.

The rooms very basic no nice furnishings or furniture to make it feel nicer. Sofa very uncomfortable, cob webs and small bugs in the house otherwise fairly clean. Bathroom window rattled all night. Gas cooktop did not work. Downstairs Air conditioner remote did not work. Mismatched curtains in rooms.

I had to clean the mould off the floor myself just to deal with the smell. Everything waa dusty like it had not been used or cleaned in a long time. Would certainly not stay again.

Rubbish on the floor, food bits on the table, towels all over the bathroom, the bed-someone had just slept in it there was makeup on the sheets. We ended up having to sleep in our car which compromised our safety. Having to sleep in the parking lot due to the negligence of this accommodation. The staff did not seem to uphold any accountability and we did not receive any formal apology. We came back in the morning to get some explanation and they were not able to connect us to the manager and instead of apologising and offering a refund, he said he needs to speak to manager first and further investigate. Was very appalled with this response and immediately called booking.com

• Vincentus310 (3/5): - Location to access transport to Peninsula Hot Springs. Good price for one night stay. Close to the beach. Small compact room. The walls were paper thin, literally true. I could hear conversations from next door. No real privacy. House keeping was a shambles, a bag of rubbish was left near my door. Inside, a kettle, plates and cups, but no coffee or tea for late night or early morning. They need to add sound insulation.

• Tom (9/5): Overall very good… would still stay there again! - Everything about the property was great. The shower needed attention.. it leaked while in use, which saturated the floor area and floor towel very quickly (nothing like stepping out onto a cold, sopping wet towel)

• peter (9/5): It was very comfortable. - It was clean and bright. The decor was very pleasant. Design and layout well thought out. All crockery etc supplied was very stylish. Pillows were exceptionally comfortable - in fact if you can tell me brand name I would buy one! There was plenty of space to put toiletries in bathroom and the showers cubicle was roomy. The shower itself was excellent and easy to control water temperature. It was great value too. Front steps are precarious! They should have a handrail. Also a hand rail in shower would be good. A second beside light please Oh the lightbulb in the outside light needs replacing. We were in 10A.

Advertised with a full kitchen, oven was missing. Shower had non slip tiles on wall and slippery ones on floor. Cleanee was rude, spoke no English. Receptionist tried to excuse the issues to cheap labour. Blames Booking.com.fir the false advertising which is probably correct.

• Jacinta (7/5): Good for one night and if you’re a heavy sleeper. - Clean, good location, easy to check in and out, facilities modern enough and good value for money. Had reasonable utilities such as tea and coffee, soaps, clean towels etc. Found there were a lot of noises at night coming from the AC unit (like loud fridge noises hard to block out even with ear plugs). Could hear neighbours in connected unit. Also felt vibrations/ almost like bed rocking a little when neighbour walked around their unit. Door had clear water damage and was rotting.

This place fails at that, and app - Can’t Sleep Here, Don’t Bother Worst hotel stay I’ve experienced. The noise from adjacent rooms was constant, and the room design is genuinely terrible. The main door is glass, so every time someone walks past, the motion-sensor hallway light floods the room with light. My partner wore earplugs and a sleep mask and still couldn’t sleep. To top it off, the bathroom door couldn’t be opened from the inside. We locked ourselves in multiple times and had to wait for the other person to let us out. A basic safety hazard that should never exist in any accommodation. A hotel’s one job is to give you a decent night’s rest. This place fails at that, and apparently basic door functionality too. Avoid. I had to move out and booked my second night in another hotel. To top it off, the bathroom door couldn’t be opened from the inside. We locked ourselves in multiple times and had to wait for the other person to let us out. A basic safety hazard that should never exist in any accommodation.

Room was attached to another, could hear everything in the other person's room, couldn't get any sleep because the people in the room next to us were up all night vacuuming the walls and and clearly on drugs. Felt uncomfortable and unsafe there. Would not recommend, and will not go back.

New and clean One of the dishes wasn’t cleaned properly but there was dish washing liquid and a sponge in the room so I was able to clean it. Checking in after hours was a bit confusing too as I didn’t receive the text I was supposed to receive.

• SETHI (4/5): Wont stay there again. - Location Photos are way different than the available premise. We lost our room key. We then called emergency at 9 pm because the offices close at 5 pm for which there is no information available. We got a help but, they charged us too much for just a key. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets make too much noise w you even take a slight turn during sleep. The photos they have posted online are the ones for big families, but even for couples, they havent posted any photo of room. The room was too small when compared to online photos.
• Jill (3/5): Was not that impressed due to not being able to sleep throughout the night due to see through front door and being cold - Area I didn’t mind the room, it was the front door being glass with frosted contact on it. Not private. Also had a big sensor light over it that made room into daylight throughout the night!! So not much sleep. There also was just a map no information on area things to do whether it was no smoking? Just got a map to show where pod was and how to exit out the place. Being really cold and wet weather, no extra blankets or a electric blanket so had to rely on split system
