- Beth (10/5): Great location, great views and a great time had by all. - We spent a great three nights at this property in Southbank. The location was terrific with the beautiful Melbourne CBD so accessible enabling us to catch a show at the Comedy Theatre and a lovely dinner in Brunswick St!
And as for the views from the apartment - absolutely stunning!
We would certainly stay here again.

Was a little confusing finding the property, if it was explained that it was the Australia 108 building it would have been a lot easier. But nothing that we didn’t love about the property.

Car parking space was a great bonus. The apartment itself would be 10/10 but severely let down by the managing agent. We did know keys had to be collected from a different location but maybe this could be re considered as with 4 huge suitcases we had to tag team. As it turns out this continued as we are only provided with one access card and key. You need the card to enter the building (2 doors) and to operate the lift up 66 floors. I did request more but was told ‘not available for stays under 30 days’ An inexplicably inconvenient ‘policy’ and very inconvenient for an apartment housing 4 people. Also on return to the UK I picked up a voicemail saying the keys were collected late from the nest and may cause a delayed check in!? Our schedule was to check in after 3pm so this was ok but had we been expecting to check in at 3pm - this would have been very poor!
Other odd approaches from the agents were them trying to get me to pay in full before they confirmed booking - in fact they were going to cancel the booking if funds not received. I booked through booking.com and the deposit and payment date was set.
I received a message asking for 10/10 review, or to contact them - the point of reviews is to give honest feedback for other people to peruse.
During the stay I suggested, as the access had been so inconvenient during our stay, could we perhaps use the apartment until 11.30am on departure day. (90 minutes after the contracted time). We just got a message back saying we were welcome to use it until 2pm for a fee of 100AUD. So not particularly personable, or helpful. I would suggest owners change managing agents or improve the contract details as it really is a fabulous apartment.
