• Anna (8/5): - There were a few minor snags with things that didn’t work the best, but nothing major. Loved the area, loved the flat, lots of space and amenities and talking to Cindy was very easy. She was very helpful and took care of us well. Very clean and nice location. Wish the key nest was a tiny bit closer, but still not a big deal and easy to get keys! Would recommend staying there! Thank you!
• Anna (8/5): - Property was very clean and spacious, had plenty of comfortable furniture for our family of five! Cindy was very easy to get a hold of for any property help we needed and this was a very fun spot to be. Would have been a little nicer to have a key pickup slightly closer to the apartment and we had a few minor technical issues, but I can’t complain. Lots of shops, places to eat and drink, and a lovely park right there. All very walkable from the Tube and train station. We were very comfortable here. Highly recommend!
• Dustin (6/5): - The property itself is in a great location, was clean, safe and could be an amazing place to stay. However it is clear that though it has been regularly cleaned it has not seen simple routine maintenance which makes the property's condition below average. 1) The air conditioning would not come on. It was cool outside but property faces west and it was hot in the afternoon even with windows open. 2) The master bathroom sink did not drain, staying full with dirty water for 30 minutes 3) The master toilet seat was broken off - seat not fastened and lid apart from toilet all together 4) Shower drain cover was loose in master shower 5) No garbage containers in either bathroom 6) In main bathroom the shower was clogged/slow to drain as well as shower glass partition loose at bottom making it floppy and potentially dangerous 7) Laundry was not working. I believe it's been removed from the listing but when I booked the apartment it was available. I messaged about the clogged sink and toilet day 1 via Expedia app and text and did not get any reply. For the price of the stay these issues should be addressed which would make this place easy to recommend. As-is it was a disappointing experience since we decided to splurge on staying here-- I would find a different apartment if I had the chance to book again.
