• Heather (10/5): Perfect for my quick trip to visit family. - Location was perfect. Easy access to trams, good shopping, fabulous restaurants and good coffee. Local cafe, eggs, bacon and coffee $15! The host has made positive progress with comfy beds, linen and towels. Fabulous value for money. Near busy Chapel Street. Can’t really complain, the street has a lot of character.

• Maree (9/5): Great location and perfect for a short stay. - Location location and great place to stay when you need to be in the heart of it and just want a bed in a clean and comfy room. Jade was great to deal with and very attentive. Loved it here and will be going back. It could be a bit noisy at times at night but that's what you expect when you are just off Chapel street. It was worth it for the location.

• Nikki Bognuda (8/5): Secure, very clean and comfortable. A homely feel. - The location was central to eating out, shops and public transport. The facilities (kitchen, laundry and outdoor areas) were a bonus. I booked an economical single room with external private toilet and shower, but all were updated, very clean and comfortable. The external toilet was inconvenient but for the lower price, it was easy to adjust to.

Apart from room next door to me- whose tenant played loud music and HD few loud visitors - I saw no one else in building . It was a little strange as I was there three days and there was no one sharing big kitchen either .

• tegan (4/5): Good beds, disappointing experience - The bed was very comfortable and pillows were amazing....that's the only redeeming feature of our stay. The shower had no toiletries, no soaps ect....there was a mini fridge but it was completely empty, no milk no water, no glassware...the host states shared kitchen facilities but nothing to make a morning coffee or tea... I thought the proximity to chaple Street would be good for shopping but unfortunately the pub on the corner only a couple of doors down was very noisy until well after closing time.... no private parking and we were informed by the host that street parking was ok until 11am, we received a parking ticket while out to breakfast at about 10am😢 cute place but bad experience

• Danielle (7/5): Good value for money - Convenient location, cheap rate, easy to find and check in/ out, updated bathroom, quiet. Tons of places to eat out nearby. Have to be conscious of noise because sound echoes upstairs and others can easily hear you due to close rooms (like having neighbouring rooms in your home). Not a problem though.

• Maxie Ritter (5/5): Tylko spanie i nic więcej - Typowe miejsce na spanie. Łóżko było wygodne, podobnie jak łazienka. Miejsce jest w dobrej lokalizacji w okolicy do wielu punktów gastronomicznych. W pokoju był spory telewizor z łączem internetowym. Niestety budynek jest stary i to czuć na każdym kroku. W pokojach nie ma kompletnie żadnych dodatków, żeby móc sie czegoś napić czy zjeść. Nie ma też żadnych kosmetyków. Pokój był mały i po rozłożeniu walizki trzeba było nad nią skakać, żeby wyjść albo wejść do pokoju. W pokoju jest lodówka, ale nie działa tak jak powinna - zamroziła nam ogórka i pomidora, mimo że te leżały daleko od części z zamrażarką. Kuchnia jest oddzielnym pomieszczeniem na parterze. Jest bardzo zużyta, jest w niej brudno i również brakuje podstawowych przedmiotów. Podczas naszego pobytu znaleźliśmy tak tylko jeden talerz. Podsumowując, typowe miejsce na spanie.

Perfect for navigating to the tram stops or the train station! Lots of local stores to visit and support! The only thing that I wasn't a huge fan of was the peeling paint from around the windows, BUT that's an easy minor problem (given the age of the house)

Sain vastaukseksi linkin millä pitäisi etsiä joku kadunvarsipysäköinti paikka jotka siis eivät ole ilmaisia. sen jälkeen sain viestiä, että olisi pitänyt varata pysäköinti, mutta ei siinä autopaikan kohdalla kyllä lukenut muuta kuin Yksityinen ilmainen pysäköinti. Sitä en tiedä jos he olivat piilottaneet tuon varaus vaatimuksen johonkin muualle, kerta he poistivat koko ilmoituksen pysäköinnistä.
• Spencer (8/5): Happy with the stay overall, good value for money and easy access to city. - Great location, clean facilities and nice staff (very easy to communicate with via booking.com). It got quite warm in the room but it was a hot couple of days in the room. They have a fan but no A/C but that’s not the end of the world- minor issue.

No issues with noise, but we slept with ear plugs just in case. Its just old - the window didnt seem to close fully, it was not particularly clean.

• Lisa (6/5): Good location and clean, but quite cold - The room was clean and had its own private bathroom, which was very convenient. I also appreciated the small fridge inside the room. Check-in and check-out were very easy and everything was handled smoothly via Booking. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants in Chapel Street. The biggest issue was the cold: the window has a large gap, so cold air and noise from outside come in constantly. I tried to cover it with a towel, but it was still very cold. There’s no fixed heater, only an electric one, but it didn’t warm the room enough. Unfortunately for me, it was quite cold in Melbourne during my stay, but I guess it would be much better during summer.

• Hedda (1/5): Unzumutbar - Gar nichts wir haben dort nicht übernachten können, so schlecht Das Zimmer lag Parterre direkt am gut frequentierten Bürgersteig. Das Fenster hatte keine Gardine, sodass wir auch tagsüber im dunklen Zimmer saßen, mit nur einer Deckenlampe als Lichtquelle. Da es im DZ nur einen Stuhl gab musste einer auf dem Bett sitzen. Jeder, der draußen lief könnte also direkt ins Bett schauen. Unmöglich sowas! In der Küche gab es nicht ausreichend Geschirr für alle Gäste. Nicht einmal Kaffeebecher waren ausreichend vorhanden! Ein schmutziges Sammelsurium. Personal haben wir keins angetroffen und unsere Mails wurden bis heute nicht beantwortet

• Stef (8/5): - Property owners responsive, very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with any request made during our 1 week stay which is something that rarely happens. Really appreciated. Location is super and the e suite bathroom makes it worth the price. Room was dusty although in good state. Electric plugs conveniently placed. Common areas had little kitchen cutlery but this wasn't owner's fault. It was due to other guests uncivilised subtracting shared stuff from common areas and keeping it in their rooms.

• Lucas del Rey (3/5): - The location was good The room was very cluttered and the skirting boards and light switches have not been dusted in a while. The noise from chapel street is not easily blocked by the single pane sash windows.
• jonthan (9/5): I would stay again. - So this is a sharehouse, where everyone has their own room ( some of which have their own bathrooms) and common areas in the hallways, kitchen, and utility room. The location is excellent. You can get to the cbd in 25-30 minutes from the time you leave the front door if you take the train. The common areas are good and the rooms are comfortable. The washer and dryer are easy to use, and the price is reasonable . Overall, it's a good place to stay. There is no ac unit, and the building is old and not very well insulated. They give you a good heater in the room so cold is not really an issue, but in the summer it may get too hot. I was there in spring, and it was fine.

• raymond (10/5): Marvellous accomadation and will be back in the near future. - Stayed twice june and september this year, the place is excellent and staff are amazing. Tram is 50 metres away and Windsor train station a three minute walk. The large tv is a bonus and electronic lock with individual codes make it very safe. Kitchen is clean with plenty of utensils and will be back to stay again. There is nothing to dislike.

• Aloisio (10/5): Very Comfortable and Satisfying - Great Stay, Everything was comfortable, easy access and the host Jack, was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed assistance Great place to stay for a long weekend I wasn't prepared for the traffic around the area, and the ticket inspectors are on the job every day so must be prepared to move your car every couple of hours and also the free car parks never last for more than 3 secs so its a challenging experience.

There was amount of people were staying there for longer periods of time so the whole feeling of the place was respectful and reasonably quiet and kitchen cleaned after the cooking sessions. Only noise was coming from the chapel street on Saturday nights. :)

Our room was spacious also, plenty of room, for my friend and myself to layout costumes etc for the comp! Also having our own little Kitchenette was great, which we thought was an old bar, was very eye catching. Bathroom was cramped in our specific room, but that can't be helped, and unfortunately during our stay the fire alarm went off at 1am, false alarm as far as we were aware.
