- Rebecca (10/5): - Great spot, plenty to do for the family On our last night, someone had parked in our car park (whom im guessing wasnt suppossed to, as the parking garage was full?), so we had to park down the hill. Made it difficult to load our luggage for the trip home. Probably NOT the resorts fault, someone took advantage of the spot while we went out for dinner.
- Sorna (8/5): Good, great location, friendly staff. - the stay was pretty good. the staff were friendly. great location and some good recreational activities. appreciate the stay nonetheless. communication on arrival was not great about whether we could check-in earlier (from the usual 4pm). we were left thinking it'd be 30-45m since 1:30pm or so but ended up checking in at 3:40pm. no biggie, it's just that we weren't sure whether to take out our groceries that needed refrigeration.
- Sandeep (10/5): - Location, customer service and amenities Room are bit old fashioned
- Ronak (9/5): -

- Michaela (10/5): Beautiful stay - Great facilities
Beautiful location
Very well maintained Parking was challenging at times but not a big deal
- Sonya (10/5): -
- Tracy (9/5): Roomy, private, tree view, easy covered parking. - Private, tree view, large unit, good air con.
Friendly staff.
- Thomas (10/5): Amazing, will definitely be coming back - Beds were comfortable and the rooms and facilities are exceptionally tidy and well maintained. Staff were really easy to talk too and gave out all the right information when needed. Parking can be a bit tricky if coming back late
- Nick (7/5): - The view! The stairs..
- Rochelle (8/5): Overall it was a lovely - I didn't have breakfast there Not enough car spaces and having to walk up so many stairs with all the luggage. Wasn't really suitable for someone with a knee injury. I probably should of check that first
- Alexey (8/5): -
- david (10/5): Only stayed two nights but on multiple occasions the friendly staff were amazing - Apartment was comfortable and spacious
- Daniel (10/5): Perfect spot in coffs. - There was heaps of space in the unit and the facilities are excellent with 3 pools, 3 tennis courts a playground and small futsal court as well as a golf course on site One of the aircons did sound a bit like crickets.
- Pamela (8/5): Great location and staff - The room was spacious and clean - for family rooms they need to invest in some door stoppers so families in adjoined rooms can feel more connected.
The pools were great. They need more than one deep pool though - the other pools were quite shallow a for young children. They need door stoppers.
It’s hard to find your room, they need better signage posting to where the apartments are.
Parking is difficult, there is not enough parking. It was ridiculous that there was a marine centre next door run by Southern Cross University with a boom gate that wasn’t open because of holidays - this parking area should be accessible in holiday times for the hotel rather than sitting there empty.
- Sue (5/5): Told too many things that were not correct. But we did end up enjoying our stay. - Clean facilities, spacious room, nice view. We didn't get breakfast.
Weren't told to bring our own food.
Totally confusing finding the Terraces. No proper signage.
Was told we would have a private Told lpool, but didn't. Told we could get Netflix and YouTube but couldn't because the TV's were so old. DVD option only. For the price we were disappointed. No room service. No restaurant.

Ausstattung alles was man braucht auch wenn nicht alles neuwertig und modern. Schöne Anlage inmitten im Grünen und ruhig. Kein Aufzug, war etwas mühsam. Zudem etwas alte Ausstattung.
- Anita (8/5): - Central location, pool areas and access to the beach, playgrounds and bbq areas. Staff were friendly from checkin to check out and very accommodating. Apartments were large and accommodating even though they had a weird setup with dual doors and rooms. The parking is ridiculous and hard to access, especially if you have a bigger car. If you decide to go out for dinner, there is never parking when you come back. Stairs everywhere can make it quite difficult to pack and unpack your car, especially when you have to park on the hill.
- Stuart (8/5): -
- Kemanie (10/5): Excellent. Close to beaches - Very spacious Not enough parking.
- Jason (3/5): Could have warned me about rh very old rooms - The room was very outdated to what I

The beautiful surroundings. The confusion trying to find our apartment

- Chelsea (8/5): - The king bed was great. Kids had there own space. Nice and cool The only thing was the tap in bathroom was noisy. And somebody had cut there toenails on the balcony and they left them there. 🤢

- Victor (10/5): Heerlijk resort met golf en tennis opties. Appartement heel ruim! - Mooie par 3 golfcourse om te spelen. Prima appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Behulpzame receptie. Mooie jacuzzi.

- Xiuli (10/5): It's a very relax place to live. - location no lift
- Bingyu (10/5): -
- Troy (8/5): Overall, a comfortable stay - The apartment was very spacious and ideal for myself and my children. It overlooked the pool, which would have been lovely to enjoy, though we didn’t get the chance to use it as we were attending an event. The setting was quiet and the apartment itself very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to stay. Parking was a little tight for our larger vehicle, but we were still able to find a spot each time. Check-in and getting back to the apartment was a bit tricky at night due to limited road lighting, though manageable.
One drawback was a power outage that occurred very late, after midnight. While outside the hotel’s control, the lack of clear after-hours contact made it difficult to confirm whether it affected just our unit or the whole complex.

- Lindsay (7/5): Loved it. Disappointed on the coldness of both the spas and one heated pool - Lovely place The pool/ spa were definitely not hot enough

- Jai (10/5): -
- Jessica (8/5): - Gym was good. Pools were in good locations. Lovely, well looked after resort and room for family was so roomy and well thought out The noise from other visitors. We were on the bottom floor so could hear stomping from children above us
- Phredy (8/5): -
- Cathy (7/5): Great location, spacious rooms and comfy beds. - It was spacious, the facilities were great. The kids loved the pool and spa. The beds were really comfy. We are a family of 4 with 2 children. We stayed at the terraces and it was challenging at times as there was not enough car parks undercover and close to our room. It made un-packing and re-packing the car more challenging as we had to park far away from our room. It was also raining at the time so having enough car parks for all units undercover would be much better.
- Renay (10/5): When can we go back please!!! - Everything! Late check in was so convenient as we arrived at 9.30pm. Buffet breakfast was a hit, all the facilities on the grounds impressed the kids also
- Bruce (8/5): Great apartment for a rep basketball weekend - Size of the apartment. Grounds Outdated carpet
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - All the Facilities were fantastic, Buffet Breakfast was Amaazing. Would highly recommend Vending Machines up in the Terraces Accommodation.
- Alisa (8/5): Very good - Huge 2 bedroom apartment, great size for families. Walk to the beach and short drive from Coffs attractions. Door stoppers would be useful.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bronwyn (9/5): Had a great time. Excellent location and grounds. - Didn't have breakfast. Found the restaurant a little pricy. Great food however. The area is a bit confusing as a first timer. I didn't realise all the properties were really part of one big area. The parking at the Terraces was a little limited for the number of guests - and it wasn't even a busy time I didn't think. Twice we had to park down the road as there were no undercover places left.
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roy (8/5): - Great stay however on last morning power outage by energy company , no power for breakfast tv air con etc spoiled the last morning.
- Hilary (8/5): Very good -
- St (9/5): Superb -
- Jeanette (8/5): Enjoyable - We didn't have breakfast. However we had dinner the food was good.
- Jai (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Sara (6/5): Gorgeous property, loved the pools. Need to stay on top of pest control. - Beautiful property, lots of pools, beautiful gardens. We unfortunately had heaps of cockroaches in our room (I killed 8 the first morning). ADE me feel like the room wasn’t well kept.
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were beautiful and spacious, very comfy and perfectly sized. The facilities were great - we especially loved the heated pool. Had everything we needed, and it was an amazing stay. Will be coming back!

- Adam (7/5): Good -
- Prassanna (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ackland (5/5): Passable -
- Wendy (6/5): It was okay, but wouldn’t go back. - The Bee tour was excellent, Scott was a very informative guide.
The meals at the restaurant were good, however I don’t understand why I have to head to the bar to order a drink to take back to my table. Couldn’t fault the day spa, very good. Location was too far out.
It could be great, if they offered things like ice making machines so if you want a drink in your room you can, the freezer didn’t work. Somewhere to buy nibbles. They had a bar at the pool we were closest too and it was never open. I don’t understand why you have these things but not man them.
- Genell (10/5): Exceptional - We were a family of 5 and stayed in a 2brm terrace apartment. The room was clean and the bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy, even the pull out couch that our 15 year old slept on. The pool and hot tub were always clean, and the kids made the most of them throughout our stay. Staff were amazing. They were very helpful getting us checked in at the earliest time possible when we showed up 2 hours early. They were very accommodating, giving the kids access to the pool and supplying pool towels so they could swim while waiting for the room to be ready. Lovely quiet spot. Would definitely come back again. Probably the only minor thing we had was no door stops for the doors inside the apartment to keep them open. They were quite heavy and closed behind you... We just stuck a heavy bag against them to keep them open so they weren't slamming behind us every time we went into another room. We could also hear the doors on the floor above us slamming, I'm assuming due to the same problem. It wasn't a big issue but maybe an idea.
- Robin (9/5): Superb - We are a Wyndham owner ... we were able to book Booking.com throughout the last two months but were not wait list successful ... pretty sure something is wrong here - it seems Wyndham Destinations would rather sell rooms vs accomodate owner guests!
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grace (10/5): Our stay was wonderful will definitely go back there. - Room was clean, everything you need for a short holiday was already there.
- Reremoana (8/5): Very good -
- Janelle (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (10/5): Relaxing, clean and comfortable - Perfect stay for long weekend, accessible to places we needed to go and the room was comfortable to refresh and chill
- Andre (8/5): Very good - Staff, pools, spas, location
- Tim (9/5): Superb - Size and location Air conditioners were old and noisy
- Stephen (7/5): Good - Great location to split the journey from Sydney to Gold Coast
- Verified traveler (4/5): Room quality was not good - We were given room very far away from the main resort, very far from their main heated pool. Looks like the rooms that were close to the main reception were new and in much better condition than what was given to us. May be it’s because we didn’t book with them directly. The mattress of the king size bed was also not in good condition as it was a bit sagged from the right side. When asked if we can be given rooms close to their main reception and they said it’s all full. This is even though we booked way months in advance.
- Syed (10/5): - Outstanding facilities with pool and natural beauty. Beach is just 5min walking distance. Big banana and shopping is 5min drive. Overall excellent for family vacations. Loved it!!
- Taleah (9/5): Couldn't rate it higher, fabulous - How accessible the facilities were and how clean it was. Also how friendly the staff were Unsure how often cleaning services in the room such as new linen and towels although we didn't receive this service during our 4 night stay
- Sheree (10/5): Exceptional -
