- Robert (9/5): It was a fantastic overall experience. - The bar had a great old school vibe.
- Natalia (6/5): - For this price rooms should be much larger. Obviously much of what you are paying for is the brand, however the competition often provides better rooms at a considerably lower price. Also the mattress was really firm and not comfortable for a 5 star hotel. Food and amenities were great.
- Ahmed (9/5): Superb -
- Q3197IBkellys (2/5): Absolutely not worth it! - Okay, let me start with the one good thing — the location is solid. Super convenient. But honestly, everything else? Big thumbs down.
From the second I checked in, it was giving bad vibes. The receptionist was rude, and it just went downhill from there. The rooms? So dark. Like, even when the sun was out, it felt like a cave in there. The noise level was insane! I could hear stomping from the room above, nonstop honking, and full-on convos happening outside like they were in the room with me.
And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. They seriously need a new housekeeping supervisor or something. There was literally a ball of hair on the sink counter, the toilet seat had nasty yellow stains, the mirror was covered in water spots, and the shower? Mold in every corner. Like… has anyone ever cleaned that bathroom???
Absolutely not worth it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had.

- Milad (6/5): Good hotel hotel, beautiful restarant with good food, but not paying attention to details - room service, lounge and the restaurant, room design 1- the phone in the room was broken , I called and asked the reception to send someone to fix it , they never send anyone!!
2- room lighting needs a lot of work, mid center ceiling lighting is not good
3-the toilets are not highend , when you spend this much for design of the room you need to pay attention to details

- MeredithR176 (6/5): Disappointing Experience - My travel advisor recommended this hotel as the last night of our two week trip through Italy. We were disappointed that their dress and etiquette code was not consistently enforced. My son was not allowed to eat in the restaurant in tailored linen shorts. We then left our children (17 & 19) to eat room service. At the restaurant, my husband and I were surrounded by three gentlemen wearing graphic t shirts (not allowed), one in gym shoes (not allowed) and the third took off his Birkenstock clogs and dined barefoot. One table away, a lone diner was having a zoom meeting. We were left speechless and disappointed deeply regretting our booking for our last night.

- Travel33974261783 (2/5): Liers - Very poor customer service! Never seen a place that make mistakes and do not honor towards the guest that has nothing to do with their issue. Tried to speak with a member of management and kept being told that there wasn’t anyone on shift! All the lies and excuses you used I’m graduated on. I’m Hotel General Manager myself and never heard so many lousy excuses. Hotel used their extranet access on Booking.com to cancel the reservations. They have no honor, if they made a mistake they should have accepted and moved forward and not penalty the ones that haven’t done anything wrong. Never seeing a place where a Manager runs away from the responsibilities and leave to reception staff to tell lies to guests. You have no integrity or honor, be a grown up and face the consequences, don’t blame others. I’ll make sure everyone knows what you have made behind the scenes and I hope others seek for compensation and report you to the consumer’s protection. You don’t deserve any sympathy.
Kind regards

- 157carlob (4/5): Beautiful hotel , badly managed - Beautiful hotel very badly organized
The rooms and facility are beautiful but very sloppily managed. Just some examples: waiter at the table looks at other guests essence listening to me, gives me in my hand two open menus, the table is set while we are seated, starting with the tablecloth, wine ( very good) poured in the same type of glass in which water is poured, wake up at 6 :20 on Sunday morning because upstairs they move chairs ( I think to do cleaning) I wait a while and at 7 I try to call the reception but the phone in the room does not work. I go down to reception, they apologize, offer a discount on their own initiative but at check out the discount is not applied

- francescodE3649QJ (2/5): How bad a coffee can go - Extremely delusional experience, almost a crazy story where personnel rudeness transforms a coffee into a drama (today 5pm CET, Feb 3rd)
As a premise, I am not a Cipriani member, but happened to me many times to stay at Cipriani with member friends.
You have to know, that in Milan there is Cafe at the ground floor, normally more free, if not always free, to public (“door selection”)
I entered as always, and the receptionist was absent. Waited for 10 min, always absent. Therefore, I asked for a table for 2 to the waiters. I got served very professionally some water as we ordered cafes; the place was completely empty.
Before the coffees arrived, a blond lady (probably the receptionist that had been sleeping somewhere for 30 min) headed to our table asking in a very rude tone for our membership, we gently said we did not have but we asked the waiters and they allowed us in; besides, we had already ordered.
Despite the order, and the place still empty, she forced us to leave in a way behind any form of decency. She kicked us out with rude tones, and by us meaning also some influential Arab friend, literally out of the room.
I had dinners scheduled in Venice and London, that I will of course cancel; besides, will work my best to make sure that any person that asks how Cipriani is gets served a funny piece of this story.
And the story is going to spread quickly.
I understand and respect Cipriani is a private member club, but if you are not present at the reception, they allow us in, affluent client already order in an empty place, etc. it’s reasonable to treat them at least with respect and let them finish what they ordered, even because I was myself considering becoming a member.
Cipriani really needs to train staff on how to respect customers if they care about having a few people on their green velvet sofas

- avid899 (10/5): Fantastic experience - Recently enjoyed an exquisite stay at Casa Cipriani Milano. This hotel is pure luxury, and one that should not be missed when visiting Milan. From its beautiful interior design to its classic Italian charm, everything about this location was magical. The staff was the epitome of grace and professionalism, and they catered to my every need flawlessly.
This was truly an enjoyable, vacation and I am looking for my forward to my next opportunity to return.

- Ian (10/5): An incredible place to stay in the heart of Milan - It is a beautiful Hotel and the room was lovely. Stefano the General Manager has been amazing, and truly understands Hospitality! We has a small problem that he promptly addressed and he s a genuine gentleman The hotel is hard to find from the street, as there is no exterior signage, just trust your GPS! you can valet park your car right in front, its a busy intersection so you have to pretty much pull up on the sidewalk.
- Onan (9/5): Superb - The staff was amasing and smiling
Consierge made a big mistake but how they apologized made us forget everything Spa was not good at all. I took massage therapy and it was so unprofessional. Some of the spa activities where close.

Good hotel for business trip. We can always hear subway, since its going somewhere under hotel. Its weird that hotel guests who paid for the rooms can not take photos in the hotel (as per them its hotel policy).
