elaine (2/5): For the cost it was very poor value - The pool was ok Poor aircon. Room smells of bleach. Only sheets on bed, extra blankets smelled unpleasant. A tenant serviced their car outside bedroom window and oil was smelled all night so could not open windows. Screen door didn’t lock so could no air out the room whilst away.

Derek (9/5): - This appartment meet our expectations. It was in a queit loaction, but shopping centres and also main roads were not far away. All the facilities were as described. As this is a gated community, it was disconcerting that the reception was not located at the entracnce to the complex and when we found it, it was closed as it was a late arrival after 5pm. we made it clear on the booking.com website. It is a pitty that arrival instructions were not given us upon making the booking. A notice on the doodr told us to phone a telephone number and the we were given a code for the key box. In the key bax we found an envelope with our keys and instructions which of the 3 gates to use and location of the appartment. We visited the reception next day and from there on everyting was very good.

Claire (8/5): - Was a lovely apartment, a little out the way but that was fine as we had a car and it was nice and quiet Better lighting needed on balcony for night time. Trying to get hold of someone to get the code to collect keys from box after hours was hard work. Noone would answer the phone for ages. So instructions needed before arrival, especially after a very long flight.

John (7/5): Facilities were good but lack of free wifi and access to food shops a disadvantage - There wasn't any shops within a reasonable walk and driving is difficult as freeway and train line divides accessibility Location remote from any shops. Address was confusing and entry was difficult to find. No clearly marked parking near reception when attending reception. Having to pay for WIFI in this day and age seems unreasonable - $15 per day so $30 for overnight stay.

Chioniso (5/5): Good, minus the dirty smelly blankets - Spacious It was really a cold night, beds made with only a thin bed sheet to cover oneself in such low temperatures. The blankets in the closet were smelly and uncomfortable.
Cristi Travel (7/5): Could be great, with a little attention - Resort style property, with permanent residents and others offering accommodation here. Our room had a great view over the pool and yard. Large size rooms. Had a nice lizard on the ceiling in our bedroom. This place is located far from everything in Cairns and around. We had to fight for the remote controllers for the AC units, they stated we cannot use the units in all rooms at the same time because they will break. Didn't have towels, they blamed this on the cleaning service who was late for two days. There is no elevator, so we had to climb our luggage on the stairs to the third floor.

Sodaneth (8/5): Pretty good, acceptable, reasonable price for 3 rooms. - Like home, we can cook for family gather together. Clean beds rooms, living rooms, kitchen.. Swimming pool for kids. It doesn’t provide toothbrush or toothpaste and most of areas in bathroom are old and rusty should be changed. Eg. Bin, sink..ect
Adriana (4/5): Suitable but underwhelming, would not stay there again. - Apartments are spacious and well equipped, lots of facilities available (tennis court, gym) the pool kept the kids entertained, the building although not in a great location (industrial area) is in secured compound. Poor maintenance, we had 2 apartments they both look quite dated (unlike the photos in the ad) cleanliness was poor, reception hours were insufficient. We booked a month in advance requesting earlier check in (midday) due to an elderly family member but it was ignored.
QIANG (9/5): - It was basically a great stay except the checkin procedure. For other facility, and checkout, it was great! We arrived a little late, the inter-phone of the reception is extremely terrible. It repeatedly timed out after talking with the staff for 10-20 sec. When we called next time, another staff picked up the inter-phone and he has to check our name and reservation from the beginning. When he confirmed our reservation and was about to share the checkin and door unlocking information, the phone timed out!! We spent over 20 minutes here and it was the most disappointing thing. The checkin procedure needs to be better and smoother

Having a washing machine & dryer made my life so much easier. The grounds were also beautiful. Neighbours placed their rubbish bags near our front door for 3 days.
Chengyun (1/5): Not lucky for me. - overall was okay. They gave me a wrong room, which leads me sleep on the floor for 3 nights. One staff promised me to change the bed/room but they did nothing that day, which makes me sleep on the ground one more night. AND no compensation!!!!

Arrived to check in at 2.30pm and was told nobody was onside until 4.30pm to allow us to check in. Called again at 4pm and was given the code to the lockbox out by reception. Would have appreciated the code at 2.30pm as it was there waiting for us. I appreciate if a room isnt ready for early check in then you must wait but it seemed unnecessary pedantic to let us wait outside in the sun an hour and a half until closer to the check in time to allow us gain entry.

Wendy (10/5): A relaxing time in Cairns - The pool was exceptional. Room was lovely. Had to drive to get into Cairns city, I should have checked this before I booked but that was my mistake. Luckily we had a car. If not, they did offer paid transfer options which was good.

naresh (9/5): Good property , had enough parking, clean and neat - Place was clean and was well stocked with all the essential items, be it kitchen, bath towels, beach towels etc. The Kettle for hot water was very dirty from inside, did not use it at all
Steve M (8/5): Great spot and will definitely come back. Loved it. - Great spot with great facilities.Excellent pool area and close to sports grounds where my children were participating. Will definitely be back . Parked in a car park and someone put a typed message on my windscreen telling me not to park there and to park outside. I moved one spot over and no one parked in the spot where I got the note. Some miserable person that needs to get a life. Dont blame the hotel in any way. There was plenty of parking everywhere.

Sam (10/5): Perfect for families and is in a convenient location only 15mins from the city. - It was spacious and had everything we needed. For room 161 the beds were quite flimsy and not comfortable. But room 80 beds were really sturdy and comfortable.

Victoire (7/5): Spacious apartment but not the best location - - Big pool - Safe carpark - Spacious apartment - 10min drive from Cairns - Location (nothing to do around at walking distance) - Not enough shower gel etc for the whole stay. You have to ask reception for extra - Not enough of everything for 6 pax (outside table can fit only 4, 4 wine glasses, etc) - No bins inside the resort. You need to go at the entrance -

Graham (6/5): Good, just needs the mould sorted out and gym opening hours extended a little to accomodate . - We used the pool and spa frequently on our return from work each evening and the site was local to our White Rock work area. The pool water was kept really nice and the lagoon style of pool was great - opening hours of pool were good to, I think 10pm from memory. Didn't rate anything for Staff except neutral as we did a late check in and checkout and all automated with the lockbox and pin code, but all worked seamlessly. There is a severe mould infestation in the wardrobe of one of the bedrooms. I noticed when I turned off the fan in that room on the first day, then my colleague came on the second day to take the room that there was a funny overpowering smell in the room (and permeating to the rest of the house). We opened the wardrobe to find the bad mould infestation. We closed the room and put a towel up to the door to stop the smell and he slept in the 3rd available bedroom with the 2 singles. It would be good to push the gym opening hours to a bit later if possible, we had to leave early on most mornings then return late arvo/evening to find gym closed each time. Would be good to extend the hours for corporates/trades that start early and work late.

Shane (10/5): Cairns Holiday - Great people, lovely place to stay, quite, chiled. Will be one of our regular holiday destinations from now. Not much. Its a little bit away from town centre but only about 5 minutes. No issues.

Lisa (9/5): Great size apartment, would stay again - Location was perfect for our needs. Pools and basketball hoop was great for our older kids. Staff were great with different requests Only thing that we can say is the apartment needs a little TLC but it was very clean

Rachel (8/5): - Great place to stay as it had full size kitchen, washing dryer two bathrooms and my bed was comfortable. However the stairs let me down as we had a room on the top floor. Also the car park was very hard to get in and out as parking space was tight.
Michael (7/5): Had a great week, loved the property however it could be improved by some simple things and service. - The facilities and the rooms are very nice - amazing pool and rooms are fairly decent. Its a bit out of town. If you don’t hire a car its not convenient. Also its not a serviced apartment, they do not provide new towels or toilet paper etc, so you have to wash them yourself and buy new things. You barely see any staff.

Malia (8/5): - The property was great. Very flash and comfortable and plenty of space. Definitely family friendly I didn't like that the neighbours consistently complained about noise even when the quiet hours were over.

Katelin (10/5): My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. - The property was comfortable, spacious and at a good location. There was no wifi included and you couldn’t connect your phone to the tv to watch anything so that was a downside. Also feel there should be more condiments like baking paper.
tara (10/5): - Lussuosi appartamenti con piscine illuminate di notte, doppi servizi, lavatrice, asciugatrice, balcone. Sono case enormi, appartamenti in cui si può vivere e non solo soggiornare! Sono favolosi e a Cairns è bene dormire da loro. FAVOLOSO!!

Lynna (8/5): - Great for families, comfortable, nice amenities and kitchen supplies. The pool is great!! Cleaning could improve especially in the bathrooms, the showers needed more careful scrubbing. 15 min drive from the city centre so you need a car for daily commute. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Ruthy (10/5): Fantastic apartment, beautiful energy, a comfortable home in a beautiful place. - Wonderful large apartment on the ground floor, with a super view of the pool and wonderful gardens, with home to home feel. Super well equipped with everything you need. Is in a lovely quiet resort, super comfortable and super clean. Could not fault it . The property itself was super and could not fault it. you do need a car to access the closest shop or access nice walks. But for us, for what we need it, it was excellent.
