- Ling (4/5): - Eine gute Lage Wir sind mit dem Personal bzw. Service kein bisschen zufrieden. Es sollte eine Kaution gezahlt werden in Höhe von 800 GBP. Zwei Wochen nach Abreise sollte dies an uns zurück gezahlt werden. Allerdings sind mehr als 2 Monate vergangen und bis jetzt haben wir kein Geld bekommen!!! Finger weg von diesem Anbieter

I pay them £800 deposit,left the property spotless clean and didn't get it back.
3 months telling me this same story."we preparing transfer". If u want to check in and minute earlier or check out a minute later they ask yo pay(hotels do this same) but £40 for early check in or out is a little bit too much.
House big but 🥶 cold. Communication good (when they asking for money).lot's of mould around the house. Never again

It was a nightmare to get our deposit back — we only received it after Booking.com intervened, as the host had no intention of refunding it.
We encountered many problems during our stay, but the host never responded to our messages.
The most upsetting incident was when a bedside lamp bulb burst by itself due to a corroded socket, narrowly missing my friend’s face. This happened because proper safety checks had not been carried out. Despite informing the host immediately, they still charged us £54.99 for One bulb.

- George (4/5): A very nice property which is very badly managed by the host. All in all, you better stay away! - It is a big appartment, with great decoration features and a nice garden. Spacious rooms and nice decoration taste all together! Two bathrooms and 3-4 bedrooms. The host attitude was very bad. They have not taken care of the appartment that needs serious renovation. During our stay we experienced a number of problems, such as the sink in the one bathroom got blocked, the pipe came out of the sink in the other bathroom so the bathroom was flooded, the heating system and the hot water stopped working leaving us for more than 1 day without heat and without hot water.
The worse was the host attitude... when we called to report the blocked sink, we were told to use a plunger near the sink to unblock it! When a plumber arrived the next day (to fix the other bathroom), he discovered items were thrown in the pipe of the blocked sink, so clearly the plunger would be of no help.
The host requires you £800 (!) deposit but... when the second bathroom flooded, one of the tiles came of the floor as the result of the flood. The host decided to keep £185 out of our deposit for the tile, even the responsibility was not clearly ours.
Just in case you have doubts, I am a guest with a huge track record of good reviews by the hosts and I am in general reluctant to criticise hosts for their shortcomings (for a proof, you can see my track record in bookings.com and airnbn). But in this case, the hosts were really difficult... very strict with their guests but very casual with themselves.
