- Patricia (3/5): Não Recomendo ! - Localização era boa , perto da estação de metro. Apesar do WhatsApp ser inteligência artificial conseguiu-nos responder a muitas questões. Estava tudo muito sujo, tanto o apartamento como os utensílios de cozinha. Os nossos lençóis estavam manchados e com cabelos ainda. As instalações precisam de ser renovadas. Os quartos não são equipados para o calor , é fornecido uma ventoinha portátil porém não é suficiente. O nosso quarto estava constante nos 29 graus. A janela do quarto nem podemos abrir pois a rua fica num sítio para pessoa sem abrigo então não nos sentíamos seguros deixar a janela aberta com os sem abrigo a dormir ali em frente.

- Eliza (9/5): convenient and comfortable - For a no-reception building, this felt really well managed. It was easy to access and the flat itself was really comfortable (loved the bed!). Though this could be called an efficiency (and it was efficient!), it felt elevated.
- Bogusław (8/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, niedaleko stacja metra Tower Hill i Aldgate. Kilka minut piechotą do Tower of London i Tower Bridge. Niedaleko jest też Borought Market. W apartamencie było wszystko co potrzebne. Mogę szczerze polecić tę ofertę. Dość głośne otoczenie.

- Ayrton (8/5): Good hotel with an annoying car wash out the window - Good location, bad neighbour I mean, a 24 hr car wash there is not your fault, but you might want to start filling noise complaints or something. Not sure how that works in London.

- Sankar (10/5): - The location which is 8 mins walking distance from the tower bridge. The place was clean. Clear checkin instructions provided. The luggage store on the check out day is an added benefit. Nothing as such.
- Cindi (6/5): Location great, 5 min walk to Tower of London, Fort, Jack the Ripper Museum, restaurants, stores. - Location was great. Problems were responded to quickly. Many issues with the studio. We were traveling for 2 weeks already, from US coming off a cruise and Lisbon. Asked for more hangers, only gave 2. Shower door was off track and wouldn't close properly. Toilet seat was broken. Couldn't work washing machine, no directions were available in the room, and the writing on the machine was worn off. Heat was too hot, thermostat not working. Again, no instructions in the room. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. Refrigerator door would not shut all the way, keeping food not at the right temp. They sent a maintenance man who was great and fixed the shower door, toilet and refrigerator, which still did not shut properly all the way. We had to put a paper towel stuffed in the door to keep it shut. Maintenance could not work thermostat either. He showed us how to work the washing machine after he had to work on it to get it working properly. The grand finale was seeing a rat in the hallway! There was a man painting the hallways and there were about 3 or 4 garbage bags in the hallway. Coming in from after a day of exploring and I walked by a bag and rat ran out! Informed them of this and they said it was a mouse. Was not! I know the difference. Noticed as we were walking that there were many bait boxes for catching critters all over the street. I counted at least 10 of them, so there definately is a rodent issue.

L'appartamento è pulito e non manca niente. Consigliatissimo. Io ho avuto difficoltà nella procedura di fare check-in.

Bed and pillows are unreal, shower is good and I like there being separate shampoo and conditioner which isn't the case in lots of places, great spot. Love the stickers and Instax camera Fridge wasn't actually very cold which wasn't ideal but we managed

- Stephanie (7/5): The location was great - I’ll be back, but improve wifi security please 🙂 - This is my second visit to a BobW and to be honest it never misses! The location was great, the room fabulous and all those little bits that enhance the space Mae a difference. I never saw staff but spoke via the app which made me feel attended to. The WiFi being open without proper wifi protection was actually problematic as I was hacked so had to reboot my phone and laptop. The location was great, however I feel that the smell of weed from the street permeated the communal hall. When I was there an electrical evaluation had to happen and I was given over two days when it could happen, I would have preferred a specific time so I didn’t stay in as much to ensure stuff was looked after.

- Lea (10/5): Odličan, vrlo opremljen studio apartman sa svim potrebnim sadržajima za osnovni boravak. Komunikacija veoma jednostavna - Odličan studio apartman, opremljen, imali smo gotovo sve što nam je trebalo (pohvale za kozmetiku u kupaonici), udoban krevet, dobra lokacija, lako smo je pronašli, dostupnost informacija, brzo odgovaranje na poruke. Buka od vlaka i s hodnika (dosta se navečer čuje bilo kakvo otvaranje vrata). Bilo bi korisno da ima tableta za perilicu suđa kad je već ona dostupna za korištenje. Za putnike koji dolaze izvan UK bi veoma korisno bilo da je dostupan barem jedan adapter za utičnicu, to svakako svima treba odmah pri dolasku u smještaj. Bilo bi lijepo da postoji mogućnost skladištenja torbi i na dan check outa.

- Carlos (4/5): - Lo que ofrecen se cumplió. La calle es muy fea, oscura y sucia. Alrededor muy mal ambiente que no nos sentimos seguros de salir en la noche. En la práctica la ventana da a un callejón de basura de un metro y a una muralla. Solicitamos check in a kas 12am y fue confirmado a través de un mail, pero no pudimos ingresar hasta las 15hrs, esperando en la calle.

Despite the reservation being fully paid and my arrival on time, I was refused access. I did not stay at the property, yet I was charged, and my request for a refund was declined without a clear explanation.

The noise from the railway, the mouldy and damp windows, the mould on bathroom walls, the stains and scratches on all walls, dirty bed, very slow tv. Bob W were informed and did nothing to rectify this. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep then I think that’s all it’s good for. The hygiene wasn’t good and neither was the sanitation. I even took off the bedding at the end of my stay and saw a bed cover that had old urine on it

- Gabriella (10/5): Cosy home in the heart of London - BobW was spotless and comfortable. It even came with all the essentials plus adapters, washing machine, hair dryer and kitchen utensils. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was fantastic. They also provided access to a local gym and discounts at cafés and other services. I highly recommend it! Nothing.

- PANAGIOTA (10/5): Enjoyable stay in a convenient location - We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We stayed for a week and we had everything we needed. The customer service was exceptionally helpful. It made a really good impression. We also appreciated the extra services like the instax camera. The location is really convenient, 5-10 min walk from bus stops and the underground. Also really close to the London Tower. The apartment is a bit small, so maybe it’s not as convenient if you have big suitcases. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy as it’s under a bridge, but we didn’t have any issues with that.

Walking distance to the Tower of London, London Bridge and all transport links. The apartment is located on a street which didn't feel safe in the evening. There was a lot of noise from the adjacent train tracks.
