• Juanjo (10/5): Tranquilo, limpio, bien decorado y cerca del metro - Nos gustó mucho la limpieza, el equipamiento y decoración del apartamento y la atención recibida pudiedo dejar el equipaje guardado el último día. Acceso sin llaves. Todo con códigos. Muy cerca de la estación EARL'S COURT en una zona residencial tranquila con sitios para desayunar y cenar muy recomendables. El baño un poco pequeño, pero funcional. Limpio y bien decorado. La cama principal sin mesillas lo hace un poco incómodo. Bien insonorizado con la calle pero no con los apartamentos contiguos.

• Ludivine01170 (9/5): Super séjour! - Appartement très bien situé. Quartier calme, à moins de 5 minutes à pied du métro. La literie était très confortable. L'appartement est joli et bien équipé. Arrivée tardive et départ en totale autonomie, très pratique. SDB jolie et spacieuse. Isolation phonique avec l'extérieur au top. Notre appartement était situé au rdc et donnait sur une cour intérieure. Il manque un placard avec des rayonnages pour pouvoir défaire les valises. Isolation phonique entre les appartements pas terrible mais avec des boules quies, ça passe.

Didn't like the loud squeaky hinge on the bathroom door..it could do with some wd40. Not a lot of clothes storage if staying for more than a weekend but perfect for us.

Le camere sono spaziose e molto carine e hanno la cucina con tutto il necessario. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli anche dopo il check out senza nessun problema, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a tutti

• Mary (9/5): I would happily stay here again. Great location, and good value. - Cleveland Residence is located in my favorite neighborhood. Close to both Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road tube stations with access to theee lines, it makes getting anywhere easy. There are restaurants nearby, but it’s not a touristy area. My studio has everything I needed with its modern kitchenette. No outside noise to deal with at night. The place is in immaculate condition. It wasn’t an issue for me, but the shower stall is small if you’re a big person.

• Hayet (10/5): Super séjour - Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement. Tout était très propre et parfaitement préparé à notre arrivée. Le personnel a été vraiment très accueillant, agréable et toujours disponible. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le early check-in, qui nous a permis de profiter de l’appartement avant l’heure prévue. Le canapé-lit avait aussi été préparé comme nous l’avions demandé. Nous sommes vraiment très contents de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir. Le seul petit point négatif pour nous concernait l’heure du check-out à 10h, que nous avons trouvée un peu tôt pour une famille avec enfant. Nous avions bien été informés à l’avance, mais nous aurions aimé pouvoir profiter un peu plus longtemps de l’appartement avant le départ, sans supplément.

• delphine (7/5): Hotel In Earl's Court - The hotel is located near a metro station: Earl's Court. Earl's Court offers a large selection of pubs, restaurants and shops just by the hotel. It's very easy to get to central London. Hyde Park is walking distance. The staff was really helpful and we had no problem getting in with a convenient system of codes. My only concern was that the tv wasn't in the bedroom.

Quartiere tranquillo e ideale per le famiglie. Due prese elettriche avevano la porta usb, così che non serviva l'adattatore per ricaricare i cellulari. Caffè solubile e thè disponibile e quando finivani si potevano chiedere tranquillamente. C'erano pure le spugne e il detersivo per lavare i piatti nell'appartamento. Le valigie si potevano lasciare in struttura dopo il check-out Qualche capello sul pavimento di legno lasciato da un'inserviente

• Ben T (7/5): Returned but not as good from 3 years ago. Beware of the basement! - Very convenient to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road stations. Kitchen and amenities are helpful for self-catering. Utensils, cutlery, plates, mugs all available to use. Rooms all use keypad, and key codes are sent by text or Whatsapp. Laundry machines are free to use, but only 2 available, so need to check which are available. Upgraded room, but ended up in the basement! Window was right beside waste bin, and was woken up everyday at 5am when garbage waste collection came. Room looked larger, but only because of long hallway to the bathroom.

• Denis (8/5): Friendly efficient staff. Room clean, small but well designed, exactly what we needed and expected. - One tiny but important detail. It seems that every year, check-out times are getting earlier. I understand that people need to clean rooms, but having to get everything packed and everyone showered by 10.00 am kind of puts a damper on a trip, you have to start planning the night before, everything is a rush and so on. I remember when standard check-out time was noon, and that was so much more relaxing. To be clear, we were a bit late, and they were super calm about it, so this isn't a complaint, just a suggestion.

It caused noise every morning and late night. We should have the staff to make room change,, but we did not request because of too much hassle (repack luggage).

• Seiko (8/5): ロンドン観光には完璧 - 広くて清潔。コンロも2口でキッチン用品や食器も揃っていて快適に自炊できた。不具合や分からないことは問い合わせたらすぐにメンテナンススタッフを派遣してくれた。 閑静な住宅街にあり駅が近くてどこへ行くにもアクセスが楽でロンドンを観光するには完璧でした。 壁が薄いのか隣のゲストがかなりうるさくて耳栓無しでは眠れない日が何日もあった。 浴室に床暖房があると説明があったがスイッチが壁の中に埋められていて使えなかった。 泊まった部屋が地下だったため日当たりや景観は無く、カーテンを開けたら隣の部屋のゲストと目が合って気まずかった。
• Michael and Teresa (10/5): Great place 5 min from Earls Court tube! - The location was excellent and the staff was exceptional! I mentioned I needed a mirror on the outside of the closet. The staff had one installed the next day! It was a safe and secure area. The apartment was impeccable and the bathroom had a wonderful shower and heated tiles. Would highly recommend this place. There was a free washer and dryer on site! Nothing

(9/5): Ottimo luogo per esplorare Londra - Situato in un quartiere molto elegante e tranquillo, a due passi dalla stazione nevralgica della metro di Earl's Court, da alcuni supermercati e da dei locali molto carini. Noi lo abbiamo trovato ottimo per visitare la città. Il personale ci ha accolto di persona ed è sempre stato molto disponibile. C'è anche la lavanderia e si possono lasciare i bagagli alla partenza. Al ritiro dei bagagli, c'è poi la possibilità di utilizzare un bagno. Nulla, forse la vista della camera, che era praticamente inesistente (piano terra con vista su uno sgabuzzino di servizio), una camera ai piani superiori sarebbe stata molto apprezzata, ma comunque non ha inficiato il buon soggiorno in questa struttura e la camera risultava comunque luminosa e ben arieggiata.

• Stefania (9/5): Ottima posizione e bel contesto - Posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro (linea blu Piccadilly che va direttamente a Heathrow e linea verde District) e a ristoranti e supermercati. Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione e ben tenuto, molto pulito. La zona è molto bella e sicura. Il divano letto in soggiorno non è molto comodo

Extremely convenient to have a laundry including dryer in the building & the staff was accomodating when we needed to use it after 9pm .. Had to pay extra for a clean but was well worth it . Thank you for a lovely stay!

• Rocío (7/5): Cercano al metro - Ubicación, limpieza, cercano a servicios basicos como cafes, restaurants y metro. Se puede dejar el equipaje en custodia luego del checkout. Comodidad, podria haber tenido un poco mas de mobiliario, me hizo falta una mesita de noche
• Giovanni (7/5): - La posizione è eccellente. La struttura è distinta, pulita, accogliente e ben gestita. Lo staff è gentile, disponibile e attento. L'arredamento della camera è tutto nuovo e funzionale. Bel frigo spazioso, buona dotazione della cucina. La camera matrimoniale in realtà non è una camera divisa. L'alloggio è infatti un unico spazio che su un lato ha una mezza parete in cartongesso, che resta aperta nella parte superiore perché altrimenti la "camera" sarebbe cieca e non avrebbe aria. Quindi non esiste una separazione, di fatto è come essere nella stessa stanza con un paravento molto elaborato. I letti sono pessimi, sia quello della camera, che è in pendenza verso un lato, sia il divano letto, davvero scomodissimo. Non c'è il servizio di pulizia in camera. Ogni alloggio è dotato di una paletta e una spazzola per raccogliere le briciole e in corridoio c'è a disposizione un aspirapolvere. Ciò significa che a qualunque ora chiunque può usarlo.

• lenka (10/5): Urcite tam pojdeme znova.. hluk sa da prezit, ale stvrt lokalita, blizkost metra je na nezaplatenie… - Lokalita, personal, skorsi check in.. V budove je naozaj hluk, je pocut enormne vsetko v noci v okolitych apartmanoch+ vytah..+ v noci klimatizacia..
• Anna (8/5): - The room was super clean. Though the room was compact but everything I needed was there. Close to the tube station and Kensington High Street. Quiet and safe location and at the same time convenient. A+ they have free laundry. I was given a room on the ground floor right next to the main entrance and the elevator. The room was totally light up by the headlights of the vehicles drove by. I did not need an alarm to wake me up because I was woken up by those people talking in the hallway and on the street and the noise from the lawn mowing outside the building. I was kinda like sleeping on-street in a clean, comfy bed. Will definitely come back, but avoid the G/F units.
