Michail (3/5): - Excellent location with close transport links. Apartment was brand new and recently refurbished. Nice kitchen. - The bathroom is tiny. Didn't fully fit my legs when sitting in the loo. The tap is only large enough to wash hands and not to wash your face/shave/brush teeth - Heating is central and controlled by the building managers, and some of the nights it was not turned on - The 500GBP security deposit was refunded 25 days after I checked out and with numerous complaints from my side

Zhu (8/5): 伦敦西区特色的明亮公寓 - 位置很好，就在West Brompton和Earl court地铁站旁边，出行方便，周边餐饮超市齐全，典型的伦敦西区特色。如果是温布尔登网球赛季，district line一站到达。房间设计与布置与图片相符，厨房设备与用具配备齐全。一个是卫生间太狭窄了，一个是外门开关震动很大，apartment 1影响最大。员工后台与现场沟通需要及时，避免平台与现实存在不一致导致无谓的沟通。
Soumit (6/5): London Last Minute booking - The location of the property is the USP . Its just across the road from the West Brompton and 300 Mtrs from the Earl's Court subway stations . There is a Tesco Express within 200 Mtrs . The Customer Service folks were very helpful and responsive . The pricing was moderate considering last minute booking during holiday season . The Apartment is not suitable for more than 2 Pax . We were a family of 3 pax and booked accordingly , and the property owners had put in an extra bed in the seating room and it left very little space to maneuver. The bathroom can give an aircraft's washroom a run for the money :-) The Sink / Wash Basin in the bathroom is practically unusable for anything except washing hands . The radiator was not working in the Bedroom but portable heaters were provided .
Barbara (9/5): Fantastic unit close to everything. Felt very safe - Loved the set up everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and staff were very helpful at all times. Probably should have read that it was basement and the stairs were white steep but it was only an issue while I got my suitcase down.
Purdie (5/5): Loved hr location, while se real negatives per above were disappointing & impacted our visit. - Good kitchenette, good location Smelly entrance hall & smelly shared laundry. Another guest had a dog in their room Back yard very messy with rubbish. Advertised with seating area & couch with pictures to match, however very misleading as these did not exist. Needed PIN code for street entry, but not advised needed & not provided with instruction. Needed another guest to let me in… Housekeeping once in 2 weeks but no notice of when. Came again before 9am 1 day without warming….asked to please come back later, said no English & then cannot, come back next week !

Jane (8/5): Good place for short stays for one person, but cramped for two people. - Great location; very clean; well equipped kitchen with oven The apartment is very small. The bathroom is exceedingly narrow. There is not enough space to use the toilet and shower comfortably. The communal laundry was not operational.
Alena (10/5): I would definitely book this property again. - Love the locations, love the decor. We had everything we need and the management was very helpful
