• Simon (8/5): - Location for shops, trains, etc. All facilities were above expectation. Liked the central heating, washing machine, drier, new hob., modern fridge. Off road parking. Stairs ( no lift for luggage); shower in the bath.

• Judith (8/5): Enjoyable - Location, ground floor, host was on site for any problems stc The position of tv and the performance,,,,had problems which the host fixed, but still not optimal performance.
• Michael (9/5): - The check-in process was very simple, and came with a briefing by the friendly site manager. Going through the main entrance you're met with a staircase, with a strong smell of cooking, which isn't really a complaint, but rather an observation. (Lugging our bags up the day we arrived, and down the day we left was a struggle, but wouldn't prevent me from staying here again). We had booked a two bedroom apartment, but were given two adjoining single bedroom ones, which we were asked about and agreed to two weeks before arriving. The apartments have been renovated and are in excellent condition. All bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities that we required were provided, along with a large covered parking space on the lane at the rear of the property. The beds were comfortable and both apartments had good natural lighting and ventilation from large windows. The staircase cooking smell was not noticeable at all once inside. The location is very central, with the Westfield shopping centre, and Hornsby train station, a short walk away, and a nice children's play area is across Albert Street from the front entrance. Over all, the apartments were clean, quiet and comfortable, and exceptional value for the condition and location. It felt good to come back there after a day out.

• Jennifer (10/5): Great stay enjoyed going back to at the end of a busy day. - Perfectly located with a short 8-10mins walk to Hornsby Westfield Shopping Centre, the Hornsby Train Station & my family. I had a 1-bedroom apartment which was up 1 flight which was fine for me. There is a reasonable size kitchen with everything you would need, a couch, tv & eating table, separate toilet, decent bathroom which as a washing machine & dryer and washing detergent is provided for 2 washes. The bedroom is large & spacious with a huge comfortable bed. I like that the manager lives on site and meets & greets you and takes you through apartment explaining everything.

• Natali (9/5): Place for singles, couples and friends. - I liked the area, it is far from traffic noise. It has plenty of nature places. car parking was arranged. It was cozy inside. Bed very confortable. TV and air conditioner. 1 sponge to do dishes. Dryer and washing machine including the laundry soap. Shower hair hat. Bath. Tea, Coffee and milk provided. Manager and owner so Friendly and proffesional. Shopping centre near by. Train Station 14 min walking distance. Neighbours above are very noise. There is not lift, I would not recommend it for babies as I have a pram and it was very uncorfortable to go out for a walk and when I left the pram for a while I was required to keep it upstairs at my room every time. So no wheelchair and pram friendly or easy to move. There was not lobby area. there are a few renovations currently happening on the building during day time. I could not find the recycle bin but I am pretty sure they had. More clothes on the kitchen would be better and maybe a blender.

• Geoff (8/5): A fine clean apartment for exploring Sydney.... - Ideal apartment for exploring Sydney in an easily accessible suburb. Well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable. Parking. Easy walking distance of huge shopping centre and railway. Access instructions clear enough. A bit dark and overlooked from apartments next door so don't walk around minimally dressed. Usual city noises can be heard.

• Alphen (4/5): The stay was a bit disappointing and not much impressed. - The location was excellent, it was easy to get to train station and Westfield shopping centre The bathroom facilities was far beyond expectation, it was NIL shower curtain while leading to floor wet every time. The carpet cleanliness was below average, it should be performed a deep clean in particular for a long staying guests. There was no double lock or anti-theft eye/peephole on the main door of which it seems looks insecure.

No room available, hard to reserve a unit, Waitara option no longer exists, these are very stressful experiences. Ideally could offer discount for longer period stay as that requires less cleaning or washing etc. Some facilitates did old to replace, e.g. cracks on the clothes dryer, heavy worn on the bathroom basin

I was in the ground floor one bedroom unit and the bed was huge and comfy. Older decor but very well maintained. I liked that the unit had a washing machine and dryer. The staff were bery friendly and helpful. I stay here every time I come to Hornsby.
