• elena (9/5): Mõnus, hubane korter - Asukoht väga ilus, korter ka ilus koos vaatega. Maja korralik ja kohvik all väga meeldiv Majja sissesaamise juhendis oli ebatäpsusi ja seepärast natuke keeruline sisse saada. WC prilllaud oli katki, sellest kirjutasid juba ka eelmised külalised.
• Guest (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays there. - Nothing. The property was dirty, the bathroom was covered in mold, the toilet seat was broken. We didn’t stay at the property. I informed to property manager know that due to how unsanitary the property was we would not be staying there 20minutes after we arrived and then only after the date we were meant to check out the property manager accused us of stealing the keys for the door and went on to say they had to break the door… We left the door unlocked and informed them using booking.com messages as well as WhatsApp. When I said let’s handle it through bookings.com I didn’t hear anything else.

• Bagi (4/5): Unhygienic, Cold, and Poorly Maintained - This accommodation was completely unacceptable. The toilet seat was broken and dangerously unstable — it was sliding, and you had to sit on it extremely carefully. I attached a photo as evidence. The bathroom was moldy, filthy, and clearly neglected, with no grout between the tiles, making it feel extremely unhygienic. The doors were disgusting, the floors were badly worn and damaged everywhere, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout the entire house. The apartment was also very cold, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below any acceptable standard. This place should not be offered to guests in its current condition. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here. This accommodation was completely unacceptable. The toilet seat was broken and dangerously unstable — it was sliding, and you had to sit on it extremely carefully. I attached a photo as evidence. • eliza (4/5): It’s warm and quiet, but far from luxury - It was warm, sheets were clean It’s deceiving to say “luxury apartment” considering the cigar smell, the bathroom, the bedroom mattress on which you’re sleeping with the feet at a higher level than the head. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned before our stay, there were soap marks on the shower screen and the walls, the toilet seat was broken, mold everywhere and there was no window or functional ventilation. Communication with the property owner was very difficult, WiFi did not work at all during our whole stay. The kitchen hob as dirty, the microwave wasn’t wiped since last use.

• Claudio (8/5): Nice stay not so far from Canary Wharf - The apartment has almost everything for a comfortable stay around Canary Wharf (reachable in 10 minutes by feet), including also the washing machine The underground station of Canary Wharf is around 10-15 minutes far from feet. It was also almost easy to enter the apartment but it is needed to download a specific App Some small details could be improved, such as: more toilet paper, detergent for the washing machine, the wc cover was broken and limited shampoo/body soap provided.

• Dziyana (6/5): Nice apartments for a short stay for a couple , however has a decent amount of disadvantages. - We liked the views, the vibe overall was good, the neighbours were friendly. The key lock was not charged - we had to do that ourselves, the owner was not pro active about charging it. The toilet paper was not provided for the full stay of our group of guests. The bedding had odour that made us feel very uncomfortable, also one of the towels had stains. The bathroom is designed poorly so after single use the bathroom’d be always wet. The doors would not stay open so we had to find the stoppers to keep it open. The property had washing machine, but could not provide pods for it :(

• Jason (7/5): Most relaxing - The apartment was quiet The property was starting to wear out look like it was well overdue, was still comfortable, but really did look like it needed an overhaul. There was no spare sheets for the fold out bed.
