- Ian (1/5): Booking.com took our money for a property that is not availabl to rent and then ignored us on theday - don't know - we couldn't get in The property was not booked! They had removed the property from Booking.com but Booking.com are still taking Bookings!!! I spoke to someone at Travelnest but they were useless. I got the impression that they didn't care that we were stood on the side of the road and had no where to go. They just blamed the hosts for everything, when it was Bookingc.om who were to blame!!
